    - was unaware on any forms provided that a booking was required for the Bentley hospital location to take samples. - arrived at 130pm on 27/3/2023, no staff at window, only a sign directing to call to make a booking. called no one answered to taking booking. departed clinic - do all locations require a booking? - but legit, jokes aside you are in for a bad time heading here

    Poor telephone service by one of phone staff. English isn’t my first language but staff did poorly (or was just plain rude) - was answering with single words and/or incomplete sentences had to rephrase to clarify information. At some point she wanted me to go to a hospital? hmmmm. Had called 3x to make sure information provided was accurate. In contrast, collection staff were excellent. Brianna/Brittany and Diana were very patient with bub. Good assist from Lloyd as well. The three of them were very pleasant during the whole ordeal. Wait wasn’t too long as we went on a Thursday.

    The other reviews on this page confirm the fact that this is probably the slowest place in Perth to get your bloods taken. I have given this collection centre three tries over the space of the last year and the wait just gets longer and longer. As a comparison I have been to many other blood collection centres and whilst I understand some test take longer than others at this collection centre every time I've been it takes a minimum of 20 minutes per person. This third (and final ) time I tried, there were only 4 people in front of me and I finally walked out after an hour. If you have to use PathWest avoid this collection centre and go to another one

    Completely useless. Phoned to make an appointment for a certain test, they told me I don’t need one and can just walk in. Walked in, they then told me I do need one but Belmont branch doesn’t. I decided to call Belmont branch before driving there, they said that’s incorrect. Returned to Bentley branch who couldn’t care less about misinforming me AGAIN. No apology, no acknowledgment, not even an interest in who misinformed me 15 minutes prior to correct their knowledge to avoid this happening again. Asked if they could take me in anyway, they said I needed to be fasting and be available for 2.5 hours. I told them I am fasting and I have the time, then they said they’re fully booked. Was like talking to a brick wall.

    Desperately understaffed. No mention that you need to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT prior on any paperwork. Wait times are average. Nurse was fantastic- literally touched my arm, found vein and then was done in 2 minutes. The website is next to useless - locations and their times and other specifics never loaded.

I came in yesterday really early and there were so many people waiting, adding to that are their “booked in appointments”. After 40mins and my number is still way too off what was being called, I decided to move to Belmont branch because I am getting quite hungry and know I wouldn’t last long if I wait another hr or 2. Guess what? I was told I actually needed appointment for my test and has gone way past the safe required fasting time so they couldn’t do anything but schedule me another time. I understand that you are busy, but listen to the queries carefully so you don’t mess up other people’s schedule and well being.

    I reckon it is all in the planning! My experience at PathWest Bentley was very good, friendly service and very little waiting time (less than 10 minutes). As it was my first time there and reading the poor comments, I popped in to see how busy it was around 10am. As there was a few people already waiting in line, I decided not to wait and came back in the afternoon after 2.30pm… not a word of a lie, in and out of PathWest in no time, and very pleasantly surprised by the good sense of humour of the staffs at the end of a long day's work 👍

    Wait time is ridiculous no matter what time you come. Staff are surly, verging on aggressive when they are asked anything. They definitely need to review their processes here or get more staff - possibly both!!! Today I waited 2 hours fir a simple blood test. Crazy!!!

    Couldn't ask for better service, always is treated with respect. I have been going there for the last two and a half years. I cannot complain one little bit. Keep up the good work.

    went there 3 times and the waiting times were worse each time, over an hour and a half the last time with few numbers before me, belmont a huge improvement
