Great job by the management and all team. Making Belmont Forum one of the best shopping centre in Perth this year. So much better than Carousel. So much more parking. Good store. Good support facility. Clean toilet. Smell good.

The forum is my local shopping centre, & while it has a lot to recommend it, it also needs some improvements regarding customer security, particularly later in the afternoon, as I'm not happy about dodging scooters, groups of screaming people & the possibility of handbag thefts, which are becoming more prevalent there. It has a great choice of shops, so it's sad that the issues I've already mentioned mean; I prefer to go to another nearby shopping centre, if I want items after 2pm. It's situated well, & has a large parking area, with eating establishments & a local cinema, so it's unfortunate that the security problems let it down.

Has lot of parking space, and various eateries. Well maintained restrooms and food court, free wireless charging pods to charge your phones. Offers a good overall shopping experience.

Large shopping centre with a food court, restaurants, supermarkets and department stores. They have a fresh food market where you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables as well as meat and seafood. It is easily accessed by bus and there is ample parking.

It’s my local. I like it. Lots of bike parking, good variety of stores. The only downside is the butcher. It appears to have a nice selection for people who eat meat and it’s a nice clean looking store with friendly staff; but the display window of hanging dead animals is a bit confronting.

Belmont forum has some great shops with plenty of parking spaces. There is a movie theatre with a gold lounge and a lot of food options to choose from. There's also a couple of bars if you want to watch sport or pay per view UFC or other sports that require a payment to watch.

Quite decent mall. It has various choices of retail stores. It also offers different choices of coffee shops , salons and has major banks located inside the shopping centre. It has Woolies, Coles and Aldi. It also has currency exchange, seafood market, Asian store and Australia Post. The shopping centre has clean and well managed toilets as well as parent rooms. The security staff is very visible and alert all the time. I had a couple of situations that I needed their help and they responded really quick! Their Customer Service desk is also very helpful.

Loved my shopping experience at Jeans West today. As soon as I came in I told the girl what I am looking for in style, colour and fabric and she took me straight to the right shelf. I asked about 8 pairs to try in different sizes and colours and all the same she remained positive, cheerful and ready to help me. I felt I am in the right place with a supportive sales person. The result was I did not loose my patience, as often happens if someone is pushing me. I left the shop as a happy customer as I found 2 pairs that I liked.

The forum has security, however these employees walk around mainly in pairs, and during busy periods, like for instance in the food court, there is no security present, and it is not until one of the cleaning staff call for security that they appear to quieten noisy teenagers or unruly behaviour. The toilets at the forum are also scare, the toilets are all located down one end of the forum, at the Fullum Street end, and when you're shopping at Coles or Woolworths, or at the liquor store or chemist shop or the other food outlets etc, and you and/or your child wants to go, then you have about 100meters to walk to the nearest toilet. Also, I've noticed the only max speed restriction signs are located at the entrance to the Forum, and there are no speed restriction signs on the roof top parking area, or near the pedestrian walkways, when I mentioned this to security once, I queried as to what the max speed was, and the person I asked said that it was 20kmph, which is incorrect, and is probably why many of those shopping at the Forum drive much too fast (it's a shared zone). So more speed restriction signs are definitely needed to avoid pedestrian and vehicle interactions.

Wow, hadn't been here for years. What a nice spacious shopping centre. Bought some wanted items during the sale from a variety of stores. All friendly staff with hand sanitizer at every entrance. From house hold items to Dusk, House, Clothing stores, big W, Kmart etc with nice eateries too. An enjoyable and cool shopping experience. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, everyone. 🎄How lucky we are to be able to shop together this year!😷🥳

For people just out of the area - Maylands, Bayswater - this shopping centre is an undiscovered asset. It’s got stores like BigW and JBHifi together with great fresh food market style shops as well as all the majors. Add in cinemas, good parking and the fact it’s small enough so you don’t need a motorcycle to traverse the place! It really rates.

I ❤️ belmont S/C, every thing is easy to get to. It's perfect, you won't get tired getting around, plenty of seats, strangers smiling at each other..It's 1 centre you won't get lost in. Plenty of signs, to let you know where things are. Not like another shopping centre N/R ,NEAR Stirling train station.

Such a clean, spacious shopping mall. Food court is awesome, grocers are always well-stocked and serve fresh produce, and service is really friendly! 5 stars.

Our car window was broken, and they stole 2 laptops and 5 passports together with bags which had baby's items in it. Management and staffs were very helpful but I guess the place needs security improvisation.

Run by a bunch of Karens. Got there early to get our movie tickets and went to the shops while waiting for the movie to start. Found a parking fine on my car after the movie. Apparently you aren’t aloud to see a movie and shop on the same day. Add to that the drug fuelled loonies yelling offensive language at the top of their lungs and you have a shopping experience we will not repeat.

This is a wonderful shopping complex very neatly laid out fresh looking floors always appear super clean with multiple shops to choose from. Wherever you go the staff seem friendly and is very popular with the locals here in Belmont. The shopping centre get visitors from all around the main metropolitan area due to the variety of the Stores that are found within the complex. You have your main shops for groceries there are banks made your clothing stores and well laid out food halls so it’s definitely worth a visit if you are in the area

Not often visited. The seafood store and clean service is very popular at the less and best entrance site! Some fresh sardine very nice without cleaning done. The veggies and fruits store was also very good price for fruits. I bought my favourite grava and banana.

Clean and tidy shopping centre with a good range of useful shops and products to choose from, including a handy department store, a supermarket, and food court. Great location servicing a number of suburbs. Close to nearby hardware stores and other retail businesses.

Beautifully designed newly built shopping centre with plenty of parking outside. This centre has all the basic shopping for everyday. Toilets are maintained very well. I loved the fresh fruit market and the dining area in the middle of the centre.

What I really love about this shopping mall is that its less of a nuisance to park compared to Carousel and Karrinyup. The shopping mall is very adequate. Also love the fact its 4 hours free. Restaurants are also great. Woolworths and Coles are well stocked.

Love shopping here for groceries. Fresh veges from the Asian place is great. Nice service and coffee from the Patisserie too. Lots of shops you find at the larger Malls to look at or buy from. This place has a different atmosphere and vibe compared to the larger malls and reason I prefer to go here from the city quite regularly.

This place is not that local to me but it is in a handy location to meet up with my mum. It's a great centre. Has a wide range of shops and food options. It's very clean and modern. Parking is free which is quite a bonus these days.

Good day as far as shopping goes. Daughters hair cut day, staff were wonderful. I'm not even feeling robbed! As one often does with a teenager.

This is a whole city in itself! Clean, neat and spacious. The restrooms were as clean as the best I have ever seen. Although it is the size of a small city, navigation through the centre is a breeze. Definitely a place worth visiting again!

Worst experienced at customer center today. I was inquiring about something, the lady who served me wasn't sure about what I asked. She told me to wait and start serving another customers. I told her but I was here first...the other customer who heard me got angry and start swearing at me in front of my kids. But the lady still told me that she try to serve everyone and she is doing her job. She did not say anything about the guy swearing at me or try to call security. I asked her help but she just didn't say anything or help. After the guy left, other people who were hearing what happened helped me. But not the customer service. I felt discriminated and scared to shop at this shopping center. Dec 2nd around 2pm.

My first time in Perth and also at Belmont Forum. Enjoyed the outlay of the store and the food court. Enough stores to satisfy your daily needs and more. Thanks to the friendly lady who showed me where the bus stops were. So many sales and discounts, you could easily shop away your daily allowence.

Standard major chains, range of small cheap vendors for fruit /veg/meat and other food for gone consumption. A big smaller than modern centres. Parking easily available, banks easily accessible, good range of asian and middle eastern food retailers, cinemas nearby

  • 5/5 Marianne B. 1 year ago on Google
Huge shopping centre with almost all the major chain stores and heaps of specialist and smaller stores. The real reason I come here so often is not just for the shopping but for the restaurants and food outlets. Yummy :)

  • 5/5 Peter B. 1 year ago on Google
Excellent shopping mall with plenty of free parking. All the big stores are here for groceries, clothes, shoes etc and there are many coffee shops, places to eat and a cinema. Other stores include one selling puzzles, board games, jigsaws and so on. The mall is spotless and well managed. Easy access from Leach Hwy.

Surprisingly clean and spacious shops with the usual chain stores. Some nice choices in the Food Court. Opposite is the Cinema complex which also has restaurants. One of the better large shopping complexes in Perth

  • 4/5 Andrew M. 1 year ago on Google
It's a nice enough mall with a good variety of stores. It would be so much easier to navigate if there were more store maps and stores had numbers on them. All the usual stuff can be found here.

It always such a pleasant place to shop. Amazing team Rachel, Jackie, Debbie, Catherine (2) Very organized, polite, efficient and always willing to go that extra mile to help. Excellent work guys. Keep up the good work. Cheers 🥂😊💕

Lots to see and shop from. Food hall is good, supermarkets have everything you need. Car parks get very full around mid day, better to visit early

  • 4/5 Sue C. 1 year ago on Google
There's a reasonable variety of stores to purchase clothing, shoes, toys, housewares, food, etc. Not much open after 6pm. Could definitely use an upgrade to security. Quite a few undesirables around. Hold onto your bags ladies 😕
