Really
really
really
disappointed
with
the
managers
behaviour.
This
manager
guy
who
would
call
himself
Gus
(I
am
sure
this
isn’t
his
real
name)
was
extremely
rude
to
us
all.
We
were
two
families
with
children
there
and
would
really
like
to
name
and
shame
this
guy.
This
is
not
the
first
time
they
mucked
up
our
order
but
each
time
the
staff
here
was
apologetic
and
eager
to
fix
the
issue.
Today
though
we
experienced
the
rudest
behaviour
in
customer
service
history.
After
raising
the
concern
with
staff
over
two
errors
in
one
order,
Gus
the
manager
shows
up,
starts
asking
us
to
just
eat
what
ever
they
made
and
starting
abusing
us
when
we
complained
about
these
guys
mucking
up
the
order
again
and
for
wasting
our
time.
We
asked
them
to
compensate
for
the
lost
time
and
drinks
and
the
manager
says,
no
you
are
not
going
to
get
anything
and
that
I
have
had
enough.
He
then
alleged
he
said
I
have
had
enough
(after
one
corona)
This
manager
on
Thursday
evening,
23rd
November
2023
was
so
rude
that
our
family
was
in
shock
the
way
he
treated
us.
I
am
specifying
the
time
and
date
of
this
incidence
mainly
because
I
don’t
think
this
manager
gave
us
the
right
name,
he
also
asked
his
staff
to
give
his
name
to
us
and
they
would
refuse
to
do
so.
First
they
muck
up
the
order
twice
in
one
evening,
and
then
is
getting
treated
the
way
he
did
is
shameful
and
an
absolute
disgrace
on
Guzman
Cockburn
staff,
franchisor
and
their
managers
part.
I
asked
if
I
could
have
the
contact
number
of
the
franchisor
and
he
would
refuse
to
even
talk
to
us.
15
minutes
later
when
we
again
raised
our
concern,
the
third
time
when
our
mucked
up
order
wasn’t
coming
/
reordered
he
then
instead
of
apologising
the
third
time
started
threatening
us
to
call
the
police.
I
do
not
ever
give
give
reviews,
in
fact
after
being
abused
the
way
we
did
I
was
compelled
to
create
this
account
and
write
this
review.
After
reading
this
review
the
franchise
owner
should
really
make
efforts
to
contact
us
and
or
deal
with
the
concerns
raised
appropriately.
We
will
never
be
back
again.
