Dear Lakeside Joondalup, What kind of decent establishment would allow for children to be exposed to pornographic images? Female genitalia on display in fetish attire? Honestly??? How can you let this continue? What do you have to say for yourselves? It's one thing to allow a shop like Honey Birdette to rent space in your mall, but it's quite another to allow them to advertise the way they are, and then another for YOU to invite children in. Fix this.

Huge shopping centers. With major brands conveniently located within walking distance from the train station. And a great place to go for food varieties. However it can be crowded though.

This is the first time we have been to the shopping center since the expansion. The whole place is very spacious with lots of people doing their Christmas shopping while Christmas decorations are creating the festive atmosphere. Almost all the big names in retail business are well located somewhere in the sort after location as well as those popular brands and some seldom heard of names as well. Overall, it's great to see almost all big and small businesses are doing well since the pandemic is starting to ease over the new year.

This place has everything you need and more. The layout is a little dated, but the new additions a few years back have added some more interesting shops. Great food court. Overall this place is above average and always packed with families & the young & older. Great location 3 minutes from the train to Perth.

Large shopping centre with loads of choice for all tastes. Myer, Woolies, Cole's Big W, Harris Scarf etc parking is a breeze. You can either get in and get out or spend entire day. Your choice. Food court has good variety of meals for most tummies. 👍🍲

Haven't been here before . I was thankful that the Aldi had the VIP pet mince my cats and strays love . They also have a Farmer Jack's supermarket which I haven't seen any around for awhile near me .They had black disposable face masks quite cheap at $5 for 50 . Lots of stores in a big , bright, clean and airy feeling mall . Bought my Lotto ticket there so I'm hoping for a change of luck . Plenty of variety in the shops with some nice looking eateries . I will definitely drop in again next time I'm in that area .

Disgusting acts of bringing vaccination clinics into a shopping precinct. It is NOT a medical centre. The management should be aware I will never spend another dollar there. The recent collapse of a teenager after receiving an injection at a public forum was extremely distressing for all that witnessed it. I hope that management are held 100% liable for that incident and to that young person. I will boycott this place and encourage all my friends and family to do so too.

This was a pleasant surprise after cruising up the coastal highway and needing a reprieve from the weekend drivers! Beautiful cool mall, beautifully developed.

I’d like to thank Claudia at the Centre Management Help Desk. It’s hard to get good customer service these days and she was very kind and helpful with my enquiry. Keep it up Lakeside, great place to shop!

Mostly dilapidated parking areas on the west and north sides. The more dated parts of the centre are an unsightly contrast to the beautifully constructed extension. Store selection is great with an attached train station for ease of access.

Why did you change your signs in shopping centre? What was wrong with the old black ones, they matched the redeveloped area better than the new beachwood ones.

One thing to have relentless noise from human chatter that seems to rebound in the cavernous structure of Joondalup shopping centre but adding further to the cacophany in a seemingly competition on who's the loudest, Joondalup had 80s music (?70s, who knows because you can't distinguish much due to the contest between voices & music) blaring out over the PA. Oh, & another highlight was the alarms being set off on two cars displayed in the centre mall. Food halls on both ground & 1st level were kept clear & clean. A pity the same couldn't be said for the lovely looking bathrooms littered with bits of paper and inexplicably, water on the floors of both. Very handy location for train travellers being connected to the station but Joondalup shopping centre, in the end, proves size doesn't mean quality.

Good shops but the cleanliness needs to improve. The parenting rooms absolutely stink like dirty nappies because the bins are always full! The food court tables are sticky and dirty most of the time too. Once a cleaner walked into me with their trolley and didn't even apologise to me! they need to hire better cleaners. Besides that I do enjoy this shopping centre and has a great variety of shops.

Literally our one stop shop for everything we need. Parking can be tricky on a busy day but that's expected. Always nice and clean. Only thing I wish they would do more of is kids play grounds/ activities. Otherwise I love shopping here, coming to eat, drink and entertain the kids.

A very large shopping mall, which sells a lot of things. There are also Taiwanese bubble tea. There are 3 different supermarkets here, which is also convenient for housewives to buy! Leisurely shopping, more parking spaces are also convenient. In addition, this is also the place where COVID-19 is vaccinated.

If you want to go get lost for half a day. Come to this Shopping centre, OMG it's huge. So many little alleys to disorient you. Food and beverage places. Just so much of everything. Maybe a little too much for me to comprehend. But beautiful Shopping centre, clean and tidy...

We went at 4 pm on Saturday to dine in at the food court upstairs. On our way up from the mezanin carpark, our shopping trolley got stuck in th escalator start turning upside down with our toddler in. We barely saved us from having a bad accident by taking our toddler up, going around quickly and pull the trolley up. Next two persons on the escalator were walking backwards behind the stucked trolley. I think they should check time to time trolleys and escalators to avoid this kind of situation. Finally arrived st the food court and lot of the food shops were already closed. I thought that closing at 5pm means serving food until 5 pm not finishing clean their kitchen by 5 pm. Disappointing.

Plenty of stores here but good lucky finding them. This place goes off in all directions, it's easy to get lost or not be able to find the store you're looking for.

Nice shopping centre but seriously workers dropping off trolleys should park somewhere else as they are blocking cars. Good spot would be on the other side at the drop off zone.

I find these shopping centre too big as I cannot walk that far. Disabled parking spaces are many depending on the time of day, sometimes I cannot get a parking space so just go home without buying food, paying bills as a result. Rebel sports have taken over what was a favourite food shop, so one less reason to go there.

It's a convenient place to shop . Fruit and Veggies are very fresh. They, and some items which are very expensive. This is because they know, being the Sole outlet in Merriwa But, the Pizza Shop had a good range of food, and is always Busy

This is what you would expect from a shopping centre that is servicing a regional community. A large number of stores that will entice you to spend your $$$ on non-essential items. The variety of food stores will encourage you to spend longer in the facility. The train will get you straight in, but equally easy is parking in the multistorey carpark. You will get nothing new in your shopping experience here, but I expect you will find something for yourself and enjoy the day regardless.

It was good being there today. Not to crowded. I love seeing such a wonderful variety of stores unfortunately one store I went into was so stocked up with products I had trouble trying to walk through.

I shop in the Lakeside shopping centre often. I have found that there are times I would like to sit and rest but find all the seating way too low. I fall into the seats and then struggle to get back up. It would be great to have seating suitable for the elderly. I really hope you take this on board. Pam Squires

There is something very different and expansive about Joondalup Shopping centre. it feels like multiple shopping centres have been added onto one another with sections being different to one another. Plenty of directions to walk in. There are plenty of shops and you can find everything you need in the one shopping centre. It's also the only shopping centre that connects directly to the train line. If you take the train directly to Joondalup train station you walking up the stairs at the platform and the shopping centre is right there. Great if you want to shop all day and not drive. Plenty of coffee shops and ammenities. Recommend.

Lakeside Joondalup is clearly the most exciting shopping precinct hub North of the River. It has reknowned anchor tenants, multiple grocers, extensive food and beverage outlets, fashion, entertainment, watering holes and more to offer even the most discerning shopper. My experience is enhanced by the dynamic vibrancy of spatial use created by design and thereby flow of foot traffic, ample parking, and proximity to public transport and conveniences. It's my kind place.

As far as shopping malls go, it's seen some people through the years but it's well maintained. My only gripe is that weekend parking is at a premium. Most parking seemed to be free of charge, but it took me 10 minutes to find a space. I'm not keen on shopping at the best of times so I found myself growing impatient. The place has the usual mix of shops but I did notice that there seemed to be a lot of jewellery stores. Go figure???

It was very good. The staff in the toilets near K mart were particularly helpful when the toilet wouldn't close . Apparently because I was standing too near. There needs to be sign to let people know. K mart need to change their paper bags to the cloth ones. The bags split!!

I have given this place a high rating because it -has a store for every occasion -organised placement of the stores and places of interest (food court, bathrooms, sports, general stores) -a navigation system -near a train station -is bicycle friendly -has plenty of parking (rarely full) despite being a popular mall The negatives I have noticed so far is the fact that -it prefers larger companies. -not many places to hang out with friends -not many bookstores -no stores for electronics Otherwise I would say this is perfect place to go to for people who are not familiar with the area and a place for friends and family to meet up.

Really enjoyed the Christmas music welcome in the underground car park. Thanks too for Lakeside continuing their tradition of having a significant nativity display. It was a pleasure to be there. This has been my experience for the 22 years I've shopped at Joondalup. Why go elsewhere?

78 YO, disabled, and heavily reliant on a Zimmer Frame to walk short distances, I parked in a bay, no sign, next to the lift on the roof. The lift would have taken me directly to the shop where I intended to purchase a pair of shoes. I was unable to do so as a female security officer intervened and told me I must park my car elsewhere or be fined. My daughter (also disabled) and I decided we would shop elsewhere and left. The roof top car park was almost empty at the time.

For a huge shopping centre, I find this quite a calm place to spend a spare hour or two. Plus, it is really relaxing to know the train, and the buses are located so conveniently close by. I'm surprised they haven't added other really top coffee places. Wow, see this one very cool “Gucci” young tradey. Another great one example of how much fun it is to people-watch at Joondalup! such a unique community full to the brim with the naturally stylish - such individual flair - love it! XS Though I really like the coffee & snacks at the very cute Coco Cobano, with its top location and wonderful ambience, inside & out. Recommended

Fix the leaking tent roof. Sick and tired of seeing buckets on the ground every time it rains! Also put a roof over the ones outside near the cinemas. Sick of getting rained on whenever I choose to go out there to eat or walk to the movies. I don’t understand why it can’t all just be put under the plaza roof and have it all inside anyway. Not fun coming out of a movie to pouring rain and having to run across to the plaza with kids. Not great design.

COME ON JOONDALUP MANAGEMENT.... The first Sunday in November and you've got Christmas songs - on a 45 minute loop playing already. By the 1st of December the sales staff are traumatised and she'll shocked by it and the quality of service everywhere plummets.
