Took a bus to reach this casino during evening and it is a quite a distance from the bus stop to reach the casino. Then, went to the food court with only 3 stalls (Subway, McD and Noodles Box) serving the customers and because the bin area already full, paper bags and trash are left on the tables, which is unacceptable. Inside the casino, spacious and comfortable, good air circulation. Had a few games and went to sit at the lounge area to listen to live music and sip a glass of beer, reasonable price and friendly bar tender.

Crown is a great luxury area for everyday life. The hotel is still of its highest standard, which lives up to the magnificent view I had from the deluxe villa of the river was amazing. It was crowded when I got there, but room was made for me and the rest of the guest to move smoothly around. The private casino was a ball. Much better than the usual one. All in all I had a marvelous time.

Always lovely staying at the crown. Spotless room, comfortable beds, spacious, equipped with everything you need. Room service is amazing! Pools can get packed over summer with families. Sun lounges are scarce! Check in can also be slow during peak periods

I arrived and stayed in April to use a gift card I received for my birthday.I got to use the gift card freely at first, until later that night when I decided to use all of the credit and selected to dine at one of the restaurants. When it came time to pay, the receptionist attempted to use the gift card but was unable to do so due to a system issue. She indicated that they started encountering system error in the late afternoon. I am disappointed that I was not notified of this problem before I dined, as I could have used the gift card in another way. I emailed the gift card department, and the manager assured me of a refund. I assumed everything would be fine, but now I'm still waiting for my reimbursement because the restaurant's manager is on leave? It's like a trick to get us to spendmore money. "Sorry, system error again, you can't use the gift card, just keep coming and pay by yourself until the system is fixed?" Why am I having to deal with this "gift card system error"? Why couldn't I just use the gift card the way I intended? This is unacceptable.

In room service was good. You should offer a variety of breakfast options as the breakfast that's available is way to big for kids if ordering in room service. Such a waste of money and food. The pool should be heated during cooler weather. A night stay is pricey as it is. It would be satisfying if we could make the most out of our stay for all amenities.

For the most part, the Crown experience is second to none. The restaurant offerings, the hotels and amenities are fantastic. Crown Towers along with Nobu and Epicurean are some of Perth's best offerings, but a couple of the bars and Casino end up attracting some interesting characters that can be off-putting. Would give 4.5 stars overall if I could, but if you stay closer to the Crown Towers side and the premium restaurants then it's easily a 5 star experience.

I feel like crown towers is very overrated and over priced but definitely convenient if you want to go to the casino or enjoy fine dining. Staff were lovely upon check in and check out. The room and facilities were average but no speaker to play music, lighting in bathroom isn't the greatest and there were stains on the carpet in the room. I expected more for the price you pay.

I absolutely love staying at crown towers and I cannot wait to come back. The pools are amazing and the morning breakfast at the Crystal club was so amazing. The view while eating breakfast was so good I can't even put it into words. My whole stay was absolutely great and I went here to celebrate my birthday and it did not disappoint. I only issue is that I didn't receive my complimentary champagne but I didn't think I was receiving anything so I'm not really going to complain about it. Cannot wait to come back. I will only be able to come back closer to the end of the year but I cannot wait. It'll be amazing!!

Amazing place to visit and have a meal! I have visited both the Epicurean and the Atrium, and both feature excellent service, friendly staff, an enormous range of delicious food and drink, and delectable desserts. The setting and atmosphere of the buffets only add to the enjoyment of one's lunch (or brunch, for that matter). I have recommended them both to my friend, and I shall come back soon, hopefully not too far in the future!

Overall wasn't to bad. Close to train station for location. Buffet breakfast was pretty good although some foods were not topped up like the bread while we were there. Room was clean but had issues with the heating / cooling and TV kept in restarting. Had informed concierge and they reset the TV but issue remained and TV would keep rebooting while we were there for out entire stay . Staff were good to deal with tho.

The Crown Atrium boasts a pleasant ambiance with a diverse array of culinary offerings, encompassing Japanese, Mexican, Indian, Asian, and a delightful selection of seafood. The extensive variety of desserts adds a delectable touch to the dining experience. Furthermore, the convenience of free parking enhances the overall accessibility of the venue, which is conveniently situated near Perth City. Despite its appealing features, the venue manages to maintain a relatively uncrowded atmosphere, allowing patrons to enjoy their meals in a more relaxed setting. As a potential improvement, including soft drinks in the buffet offerings could enhance the overall dining experience, providing a more inclusive beverage selection. In summary, the Crown Atrium is a well-rounded dining destination with a pleasing atmosphere, diverse food options, free parking, and proximity to Perth City, although the addition of complimentary soft drinks to the buffet could contribute to an even more satisfying culinary experience.

Well the gardens are awesome...full of colours & bloom. An added treasure are the native wildlife; including Swans (complete with chicks), ducks, coots & much more. An awesome space to relax & enjoy. P.S. Please take your rubbish with you when you leave.

DO NOT stay there if you are using crouches! January 31st 2024 was my third time staying in Crown Perth. It is great hotel with great facilities. But if you have crouches and even you have emailed and ask for wheelchair, once you get there they will treat you like piece of dirt. They will bot give you wheelchair and the manager Kevin will tell you that you were rude because you called the reception for wheelchair.

Just Wow! Staff were AMAZING! A lovely waiter chased me down after I accidentally walked out without my glasses. Valet parking was a breeze. The room was gorgeous! The pool was absolutely gorgeous.

Great 2 night stay. Luxe king room with a view was comfortable. Breakfast at Atrium each morning included in package. Staff were friendly and nice. Pool was busy but we found sun loungers each time. In room dining was yummy with food and drinks served promptly. Highly recommend

Room was clean and fresh. Air con didn't work so room was super warm and stuffy. Told front desk and she didn't seem too fazed- and didn't fix the issue. Poolside food and drinks are good - but a constant battle to find a chair!! At 8am all chairs covered in towels being saved by people. Rules say 30 mins but no staff enforced this.

Booked 3 x rooms for a family holiday at Crown Towers. Nice rooms but very pricey considering the poor house keeping services. We asked for water twice, both times it never arrived even when we were told it would be brought up. My nephew had a number 1 incident on the bed in my brother's room and he called to get the sheets changed as it was bed time. Was told someone would come and change the sheets but no one arrived. His family slept on a bare mattress all night without sheets and blankets. We've had better house keeping services from 3 star hotels, and this is supposed to be a 6 star. Very disappointed and would not recommend. Btw we paid around $700 per room, per night so you would expect water and a change of sheets after it was urinated on. Even if we had paid $150 for a room, you would expect clean sheets to sleep on. We did not ask for any of our rooms to be cleaned the 2 days we were there either so house keeping would have saved time with our 3 rooms. All we wanted was water and the one time for clean sheets. Never again

Don't recommend going there by yourself. After having 4 pints for the evening and enjoying myself I got kicked out and to follow a few unresponsive security people to not let me know why I was getting escorted out. Not the first time either, probably won't be the last. Completely disrespectful to an occasional patron. 👎

Stayed in Crown Towers. You're paying for the location, and I personally don't think it's worth the asking price. Nice hotel room, comfortable bed, but much of it is made for appearances, not necessarily a luxury experience. The modern looking bath was uncomfortable to lay in. The TV was to the left hand side of the bed. Not very convenient to view from in bed. Light switches are confusing, operating bathroom lights from the bedside, and multiple presses of the same switch operate different lights. The iPad for in-room dining had a fault that wouldn't clear. The coffee machine was a nice touch, but then there aren't enough pods for you both to have the same type. I called for more and it took 2 attempts to get the ones I wanted, despite specifying the name and colour. Of course, there was always the option to buy a $14 bottle of water from the minibar instead. The most disappointing aspect was the appalling view of nothing but hotel roof from our window. If it cost $120 per night, I'd say it's great value, but it didn't. There's far better value for money in Perth.

I have been to the crown a few times and for different occasions. Crown Perth is a destination that you can go to for just a few hours dining having some drinks with mates , watching the sports at the sports bar which is fabulous or having a little go on the pokies or casino tables. You can go for an overnight stay and dine at the all your can eat Atrium buffet which I must say is ever so yummy , the dessert station make sure you leave room for the desserts. If you are looking for a one stop place to go with a variety of eateries and a few things to do or just to go to relax for a couple of nights then the Crown Perth could be a destination for you.

Stepping into Crown Perth, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere. The gaming floor buzzed with excitement, and the array of restaurants offered diverse dining experiences. The Crown Theatre's world-class performance was a highlight, while the luxurious Crown Spa provided a serene retreat. As night fell, the energetic nightlife scene came alive, offering a perfect end to a day of excitement and indulgence.

We've come here for the last 5 years for our wedding anniversary and it never disappoints. We stay at the towers, which has beautiful rooms, really comfy beds, an excellent view of the city and river, delicious room service, and an absolutely amazing pool (which has great drinks and food delivered to your poolside recliner chair). The bed looks straight out of the massive windows, and we love going to bed looking at the city at night. The crown spa has the best massages and facials Perth has to offer. The restaurants, especially Nobu and Silks, are magnificent. We plan on coming back every year to enjoy what we believe to be the nicest parents getaway in WA.

Popped into the casino for a quick look around. One of our party wanted to play the tables, so two of us headed for the atrium and enjoyed a drink in the lounge area whilst relaxing and listening to a musical duo perform. I'd previously visited in 1986, but the place has been completely transformed since then. If time permits, I'd come here again to dine or meet friends for drinks.

Modern hotel with spacious luxurious neat rooms with wonderful view to Optus Stadium. 24 hours room service with very polite staff. Food quality was wonderful even for a late dinner at 11pm. Definitely suggest this hotel, particularly in summer, then you could use its pool.

Got a Crystal Club room for a night as a gift for our anniversary, it was great the staff were very friendly and the room was great with the best view of the river and city. In the afternoon you can go to the 12th floor and have canapes & drinks while watching the sun go down, it was very relaxing. If you are looking for a special night stay I recommend it.

As a newby to the Crown parking alternatives need to be clearly sign posted. The fact you are not allowed to bring a bag into the premises should be highlighted at the point of parking. On the positive, once you get your head around all protocols ! The Crown is an alternative night out, when everything else is closed......Some staff could learn to smile and improve the vibe.....Come on Crown Perth look at improving your signage, vibe, and give us all a winning smile!! We all deserve the best service!!!

Normally I love going to Crown, it's something I do often for small family get togethers. I have never found any problems or reasons to complain but on my most recent trip (January 2023) this was not the case. I dined at Atrium for a birthday lunch hoping it would be enjoyable, unfortunately that didn't happen I had a small issue with the variety of food, however this time it was the staff who were not helpful and forcing dinners out with misinformation about session times. I tried to inform the reception staff of this and they refused to hear what I was saying, instead they spoke over me and only after I paid they said my group could stay and enjoy ourselves a little more. At this stage what is the point. I will definitely be thinking twice before I done at Atrium again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The concierge staff meet you on arrival and take care of your luggage and took it up to our room while we went to lunch at Market and Co. Waiters were helpful and efficient. Our meals were delicious and beautifully presented . Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. It would have been nice to have been able to access iview on the television . We enjoyed a morning swim in the sparking pool. Towels provided at the pool and there were plenty of lounges to lie on. As we left, the concierge carried our baggage and put it in the car. Jordan opened the car door for me. Staff are well trained and helpful. We will return.

My first visit to Crown Perth, primarily to eat and my first touch of a gambling machine. Inside it's fantastic, clean, modern and spacious. Several restaurants within the main entry hall area and all are excellent. On the gambling floor it's just as spacious, clean and all of the attendants were friendly and professional. As far as being a place to visit, as a special occasion or a once off, I recommend it. The exterior, especially the main entrance, is misleadingly bland, boring and hidden away. But once you traverse that concrete and bitumen jingle, inside is refreshingly welcoming.

True, it is more than just a casino. I have been there on a few occasions and you are more or less satisfied. I know there is a night club underground but I believe that it would have been nicer to have a second restaurant /dancing bar beside The Merrywell.

I had a lovely stay recently. Rooms are nice although they start becoming a little bit dated. I would have given my stay 4 stars if it wasn't for Laura at check in that did her best to make us feel that we were an inconvenience for her. I don't need someone to roll their eyes before answering my questions. In fact her customer service skills were appalling. All in all a great stay

Fancy La La, almost as good as Bali....almost. Few things to improve, when you pay for valet parking....you still have to go down stairs and collect your car yourself (holywattywhatdafuck). Plus you know what's good around a pool in the blistering WA sun....shade, tea towels on a pole doesn't cut the mustered ya fancy Jew's. And as you fall asleep at night, remember, in an emergency there is "No Escape"

The band at groove is really good. They know exactly what to play to keep people on the dance floor. Had a good time when we are there. Service is obviously the best it can be base on the amount of people and staff on the day. Sometimes it's a long wait but what can you do with a hundred people lining up and only 4 staff behind the bar. Security is on the lookout which gives it a safe environment.

Stayed here a couple of times and have enjoyed all the stays. The rooms and especially the beds are very comfortable. The bathroom and shower is great, and the views (pool and river views for us) were beautiful. The pool is amazing for kids, and service was excellent. There are number of dining options the atrium is great for the buffets.

I loved and enjoyed my stay. It was a birthday treat for me, and I am glad I took the time off to experience this. The spa session for 2 hours was heavenly and relaxing. Good customer service and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

Staff service was excellent. Great view of the city and the room was well maintained. There was a fairly long queue for check inn but it steadily progressed. We had access to our room 20min earlier than check inn time. Crystal club was booked out so book ahead to avoid disappointment.

We stayed at Crown Towers. Awesome room very clean and well thought out. Very friendly and Capable staff. We had dinner at Silks. It wasn't the best and would not eat there again. Definitely not worth the cost as it wasn't cheap. Breakfast We had at the Epicurean. It was fantastic with unbelievable selection of food that you served yourself from buffets. Very tasty and excellent quality.

The hotel is nice enough. Good selection for breakfast. Very helpful staff. Stayed during winter but it's definitely more of a summer place. The control panel in the room was strange and needed to cover it at night to prevent it from lighting up the room with the display not turning off.

The crown is an incredible experience and a must visit while in Perth. It’s so spacious it feels like your outdoors while indoors. Great for the winter to stay warm and the summer to stay cool! Beautiful designs and top quality restaurants throughout! Many different options to choose from when it comes to food! Great place for a public photoshoot as well as the lighting is more consistent than outdoors.

Service... well, restaurant staff are unbelievable AMAIZING! Pool Staff very friendly and helpful! Valets and receptionists, upon our check-in on Sunday night, completely unhelpful, disinterested and rude. In general the hotel is warm and very organized. The casino is without words! Very friendly and welcoming staff!

Went for lunch Extensive variety clean fresh and well presented Dessert looked fantastic but some lacking in flavour .

Always great to visit. Wheelchair friendly rooms and elevators to all areas. I thought the elevator to the pool was quicker this time around. Only down side was the indoor pool not being ventilated enough. The amount of chlorine was unbearable to a point I still don’t have taste back and can still smell and taste chlorine. I thoroughly enjoy staying in the rooms that over look the main area. I also thoroughly enjoy the river side views. Our first experience with river side view. Highly recommend it. Night time is lovely to leave curtains open to view the lights of the city. Atrium is always great with its amazing selection of culture and food. Pools were a tad cold this time around. As normal with school holidays, there is more people then chairs and as normal, it’s disappointing people place items on the chairs for the day to not use the chairs. Currently Crown is celebrating Chinese New Year and the decorations lovely and animations are cute and awesome. See you next time Crown!

super fun night and the beds are so comfy! had a premier king room and the view was amazing to wake up to. the only downside is the $500 security deposit which is a bit steep, although you do get it back it does cause you to be a bit anxious about everything you do or eat in the room.

Been there couple of weeks ago to watch the rugby test match on Thursday Australia vs New Zealand. I had Guinness the whole time. On of the bar tender was very friendly and efficient. He also has the Guinness pouring skills.. His name is Paul (414736) . I strongly believe that he deserves a recognition or something from the management. Will come back and for him again.. keep up the good works mate!
