I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The items I purchased are extremely comfortable. I'll be returning to purchase more of the pants.

Good style but pricey

Almost bought a dress but found the neck line too low. Sad face. Lots of Pretty tops and dresses.

First visit to a Cotton On store.... Nice clothing and very approachable and friendly staff member. Could benefit by turning the music down just a bit...makes communication very difficult if you don't have perfect hearing.

4 staff members chatting at the counter while there is a line of customers waiting at the checkout. Great service.

Usually love the clothes here. I bought black utility overalls and the button fell off after 3 washes. The staff said that was normal wear and tear and could not exchange. I always wash properly, on cold with like colours and air dry. Was expecting more than 3 wears out of $50 jeans.

Staff are very helpful and very friendly. I wanted a pair of boots but the store only had one 39 and one 40. They provided me with information so that I can get the shoes at another cotton on store

Great selection of clothing and shoes, headbands and socks but the only downfall is that most of the clothes inside the store itself is extra small or small itself to which I cannot try on any of the clothes because of myself being a medium. I did ask a worker at Cotton On and he said that most of the medium sizes can be found online but they're mostly sold out. Disappointing but very cute and aesthetic store to shop in.

I would like to commend Robin for fabulous customer service. I was in the Bunbury shop at Centrepoint and Robin assisted me with my queries regarding other nearest cotton on body locations. She was extremely knowledgeable about your services, taking time to explain on line shopping as well. She was friendly courteous presented herself well and seemed very happy to help me. She processed my purchase and I just have to say she really made my day. Thank you
