I would say my overall experience was Average today. Nothing special unfortunately. I have been here before and definitely had better food and service. I feel the portion size of burger vs onion rings and chips is strange. Hardly any "burger" and it did not taste like a homemade patty, quite tasteless. I would however compliment the chips, it was very nice. Hopefully better luck next time.

We went for their R69 burger special which includes chips and onion rings. Burger was very good and you can choose any one from their menu. Margarita was not that great, too much salt and bitter. Other than that, will definitely return.

Man, returning to Jackson and Black was the ultimate year-end blast! Talk about stellar service – they rocked our world with their lightning-fast response to our special requests and swooped in like superheroes when we had a last-minute influx of four extra guests. Boom! Tables rearranged, no sweat! And the food? Oh, it was a symphony for the taste buds! Seriously, top-notch flavors that left us in culinary paradise. The vibes there? Off the charts! Think friendly atmosphere, decked out with the coolest decor you've ever laid eyes on. It's the kind of place where good times are mandatory. Personally, I’m marking my calendar to go back and show them some more love. Huge thanks to Hettie and the incredible team for capping our year off with such an unforgettable experience

My hubby and I came here for a day date, and we were definitely not disappointed. The service was a bit slow for us, even though the restaurant wasn't that full and others were being paid attention to more. Other than that, the food and drinks were delicious. I'd definitely recommend the ribs and malva pudding for dessert.

WOW just WOW! had an awesome experience. They are not pricy at all. We went for my moms birthday and had the date night special, As well as extras like pasta, burgers, starter and drinks. Great atmosphere and friendly waiter. I checked out their menu and their day to day prices not bad at all. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent Chateaubriand fillet. Excellent choice of wines. Very good service. Rustig atmosphere. And they have Leffe on tap!

Great steakhouse. Steak was amazing and the rest of the food as well. The waiter was very helpful and polite.

My son really raved about this place due to his first experience. We got there and the ambiance was impressive. We could not wait to order. Sadly the food was not great. My medium to rare sirloin steak was dry. My sons tomahawk, supposed to be rare, was really raw and my mom's steak was also dry, completely covered in sauce and 4 halves of braised baby tomatoes. First experience not so good. Such a pity. Don't think I will opt for Jackson & Black again👎
