Very nice, beautiful and spacious mall. Very elegant and stylish shops and restaurants. It's very classy and lots of high end stores to shop at, giving you a very rewarding and enjoyable experience. If its exclusivity you looking for then this is the mall for you.

A massive mall with everything you could ever need under one roof!! So much to do and see. Lots of dining options and a wonderful walk across the canal is available outside. Definitely something for the whole family. Perfect location in Century City.

The best mall in Cape Town in my opinion- the architecture is just beautiful- neoclassical elements and great attention to detail. The Frescoes remind you of Rome and Paris while the roofs bath you in light streaming through the high curved glass roofing. Great array of shops inside- heaven for the leisurely window shopper or the more discerning palates. The canals outdoors definitely add another element to the experience- for outdoor dining or just appreciating the views. Just Beautiful 🥰

Great Mall. Beautiful design inside and out. Variet of shops for everyone from big brands to the little ones that does customization. I literally done over 10 000 steps. Just one recommendation to have the outside eating area near the food court a no smoke zone. Disgusting how some people can light and smoke a cigarette near a baby. Very disappointed and disturbing which made my family and myself not enjoy this place.

One of the best mall in the city in term of stores, parking and other fun activities. One can enjoy the scenic walk around the canal with boating and tramway around the canal. Loads of shopping stores, banks, games and restaurants to suit all. Mall is open for long hours. Generally clean and pleasant. Parking fee is charged upon entrance.

Canal Walk Shopping Centre, located in Cape Town, South Africa, stands as a premier shopping destination offering an exceptional blend of retail, leisure, and entertainment. With over 400 stores, the center caters to a wide range of tastes and preferences, featuring everything from high-end boutiques to popular chain stores. The architectural design is both modern and inviting, with spacious walkways and an abundance of natural light that enhances the shopping experience. One of the center's notable strengths is its diverse culinary offerings. The food court and various restaurants provide a plethora of dining options, catering to both local and international palates. Additionally, the center hosts a range of entertainment options, including a state-of-the-art cinema and various family-friendly activities, making it a perfect spot for a day out with friends or family. The facility is well-maintained with clean, secure, and accessible environments. Customer service is generally commendable, with helpful staff and ample information desks. However, it can get quite crowded, especially during weekends and holidays, which might detract from the overall experience for some. Overall, Canal Walk Shopping Centre is not just about shopping; it's about an experience. With its vast array of stores, eateries, and entertainment options, it promises and delivers an enjoyable visit for anyone looking to shop, dine, or simply unwind.

Exceptionally large place, can compare to mall of Africa. Plenty if space to walk. The hung out place for shopaholic. I am not a shopper! Make sure where you want to go and there can be more than one store of the same brand here

A frequently visited shopping destination for most Cape Tonians and tourists from all walks of life. Canal walk Shooping Centre is the 3rd biggest shopping centre in South Africa , this enormous centre also has a great walk way surrounding the beautiful Mall. Developers built this stunning building with "Cape Venetian architecture" in mind. You will also beable to visit over 400 shops within a walking distance from surrounding luxurious apartments.

If you are crazy about shopping, then Canal walk Mall is for you. This Mega huge Mall has got everything available. From global outfit brands, footwear brands, fashion stores, kids stores, super markets, jewelry shops, to restaurants. Everything is available. The mall is uniquely designed with really fancy architectural designs. Was blown away by the fancy stores within the mall. There is available WiFi for use once someone registers. Security is top notch around the mall as well. Perfect place to do some nice shopping with unique goodies without a doubt.

This mall has it all. Definitely worth a day to explore. There is great entertainment for kids with the train, movies or games rooms and a variety of shops included all major brands and supermarkets. Lots of natural light throughout. Wheelchairs are available but ensure you find where the hidden lifts are as otherwise you may end up I'm a lengthy queue to go up or down. Be sure to also check out the walkways in between as there are some hidden gems in there. Once done take a scenic walk around the canals. It's definitely worth a visit.

Canal Walk has such a lovely outdoor area that one can sit and relax. If you are adventurous kindly note that you can make a booking to kayak by the canal and just take in the amazing view. I love the fact that there’s so many trees all over for nature admirers and a pathway to take a stroll whilst watching the birds and the water.

The most beautiful shopping mall I have visited. Normally, huge shopping malls don't offer much I terms of scenery, and it is perhaps in this that the Canal Walk mall is very different. It is a huge mall with just about every major shop one may want to make use of, but the lake outside and the architecture around it is truly special. A huge shopping mall can be found in every major city, unfortunately very few like this one, it is different to all other malls I visited.

Still a great mall to visit in Cape Town! Always has so many attractions such as a violinist playing a piece from the movie Frozen or an entire area dedicated to easter with a large range of chocolates. The outside area is a delight and you could almost forget that your sitting in front of a Mall. Parking is always available and the car wash service is a plus. Security is visible and around every corner which is a comfort so from me a definite 5 star experience.

Enormous 2-level mall with all the important anchor stores, a choice of large supermarkets (both Pick n Pay and Checkers), various restaurant and coffee shop chains (including Mugg & Bean, Col'Cacchio, Vida e Caffé, and Starbucks), NuMetro movie theatres, all the major clothing retailers, all the cellular providers, and electronics outlets including iStore and Samsung. In contrast to other malls, the architecture and aesthetics also make it attractive and appealing, both inside and out.

One of the best centers in S.A. (If not the best mall). It is the only place in the Western Cape that I am aware of who has a Istore that will fix your screen and phone while you wait. Looking for mirrors? I found at least two places (in the middle and end) who has a variety at a very good price. There are shops like Zara, Forever New, YDE, and other designer shops. Need rings, watches, a tailored suit, or a new couch? They have it all at various prices and in different designs. What about browsing and sitting at a coffee shop? They have LOADS to choose from.

This is one of the most beautiful buildings I’ve ever seen. It’s like a work of art and the interior resembles that of roman cathedrals with the impressive domed roofs and stunning ceiling paintings. The gold finishings really tie everything together. The building is a breath of fresh air from the modern monochromatic aesthetic that is taking over today. The exterior of the mall is just as impressive. The palm trees in the parking lot were a very aesthetic choice. The exterior of the food court is also well designed, and the colours work very well together. The mall has a variety of stores ensuring a one stop trip for everything you need. With over 400 stores there are plenty of restaurants to try, different ranges of clothing shops, several beauty shops and many entertainment spaces. The mall is always clean, as well as the bathrooms. You can tell a lot about a place from the bathroom. The bathrooms here are well lit, clean and very aesthetically beautiful. They are also disabled- accessible. Usually, major mall are hotbeds for crime. Despite it being a big mall that services thousands of people, it’s very safe. I’ve never experienced nor witnessed any crimes while there.

The shop is exciting to visit with a huge selection of stores with a lovely environment for walking around with a snack. The parking is conveniently layed out and the shops are better than those of the V&A waterfront. Probably the best mall complex in Cape Town.

You pay so much for parking, please make sure you put better toilet paper dispenser In the toilets. It took me 15min to get enough toilet paper off to wipe my 5 year old! Complained to the cleaning lady and got the worst look of my life...

Make sure you have at least R10 cash for parking even if you only going to be one hour.... Been to a few stores here, and I've hardly received quality food or good service out of the many stores... The mall is very hustle and bustle with a few suspicious characters blending in

Gosh what a shoppers paradise. Everything accessible but lack of a fabric shop that sells a variety of fabrics for toddlers and decor etc. Only negative was the overwhelming scent of perfume or fresh air sprays as you entered.

Canal Walk is a good place to go for many possible reasons. Most of the shops if not all the shops you want are right there and there's a fairly big food court incase you're hungry. I'm not really a 'go to the mall' person to just hang out, just if I have to go and Canal Walk is the one I'd choose 9 times out of 10. All in all not bad.

Keep your social distance as you navigate through the mall. There are some sanitizer stations in an around the mall especially by the entrances so be sure to look out for it. Lóts of a variety of shops. Like the new shops that opened. Love the decor. Clean and neat restrooms. Would have loved some seating in the aisles (specially for the elderly and those of us seeking a break from shopping). Understand the reason around the lack of seating but still - one can make a plan. One of my favorite shopping malls.

Very overcrowded with little to no enforcement of Covid-19 health and safety guidelines as numerous people walk with masks underneath their noses or mouths. The individual shops do enforce the necessary safety guidelines but the mall itself could do better.

I visited shoe city and had some snack and coffee in No. 5 (the mall is divided up in numbers). It was great. Definitely coming back.

Open till later than other malls. Most of the shops in the mall have the items I'm looking for compared to their other branches. Perhaps a few more entry/exit points for parking will make it better especially around Christmas time! Sitting in traffic to get in/out CW during festive season is the worse!

The largest mall in Cape Town is Canal Walk. more than 400 stores are located at Canal Walk Shopping Center. movies, jewelry, home goods, health and beauty products, as well as fresh pop-up shops and mid court activations. All ages can find something to enjoy.

It is the most beautiful mall I have seen so far. From the public entrance side that is entrance no.12 I only realized when I was inside already that I am now in the mall as I was busy looking at the waters with spectacular views and estates and hotels surrounding it. It is very clean with touch of gold on rails and the shops beautifully displayed their merchandise.
