This is our new home and could anyone ask for a more beautiful home? The area, beach and surrounds are so neat and tidy. It's simply a joy to be part of this new world!

This is a very popular beach but it is not always safe to swim there because of cross currents. When you walk into the surf, beware of uneven sand. You might suddenly step into a deep channel. The beech is wide at low tide, but at high tide you could be forced to go half way up the dunes.

Very beautiful... the beach is perfect for romantic walks or for the family. Lovely rock pools for kids to enjoy and good fishing spots. Caters for all ages to enjoy.

Nice walk from the river mouth around to the beach area. Big open sand dunes, easy walking, shallow waters and small waves closer to the river. Perfect for children and doggos, also other water sports!

A fantastic beach for families as they have lifeguards on duty. Showers and ablutions available which is great. There is no doubt why this is a blue flag beach.

Highly suggest for quick stop and lunch before continuing with N2 to reach destination as its become our tradition never had a bad experience with any of the restaurants and restrooms in past 7 years

Beautiful Blue Flag status beach! After a long walk in the beach stop at the restuarant and enjoy a sitdown meal or take away. On warm days indulge in a delicious icecream! The strawberry soft serve is highly recommended!

Clean and safe beach. Nice waves.

The pavilion's view is great but the restaurant underneath the one above I waited 40 minutes for my medium chips and the people before me waited for an hour
