this used to be my go to nail salon but lately have not been pleased. asked for tapered square and was totally ignored. more than 1 of my nails are completely uneven and when i asked him (not sure his name) to fix one of my nails and he said the only way to fix it was to take the nail off completely. i said that's fine and he sighed more than once in front of me like my satisfaction with my nails was an inconvenience to him.

I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else, Phil and his staff are incredible and do an amazing job. The salon is spotless, they have so many options for colors/services with the best prices in town. They even fix broken nails for a period of time after your service at no charge. My girl Jenn is an absolute QUEEN at what she does, she's an artist not just a nail tech. If you like what you see in my review make sure to call and set an appointment requesting her (Jenn)!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 👎👎👎 if I could Give 0 stars I would . ive been coming here for 3 years they used to be great but this passed year they’ve just gotten worse and worse I asked For a simple French tip & I got The worst French tip nails I’ve ever had and all they did was give me $5 off , I kept Trying to tell the lady to fix them she kept having attitude and the owner was trying to tell me they look good , HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!!!

Please do not waste your money here! I would give no stars if I could. I had one of the WORST and scary experiences I’ve ever had at any nail salon getting my nails done today. I came in for an acrylic rebase. The nail tech they assigned me to was under the influence of drugs! It was VERY apparent to the point she was sniffing repeatedly, couldn’t sit still, shaking and tweaking out the entire time. She kept tapping my nail 5-10 times with the running drill bit before actually touching my nail. She kept missing spots, hitting skin and making me bleed with the nail drill. I was horrified. She was shaking and yanking my hand/fingers aggressively over and over! My boyfriend was watching next to me and even asked if she was okay? It was so bad to the point I asked if there was literally any other tech who could finish my nails. When I asked her she said no one else was available and I’d have to wait again, so I sat through it. I wanted Halloween designs but I decided against it because I knew there was no way she could draw anything with how tweaked out she was. It took her over an hour for a rebase. My nails were uneven and bumpy at the end of it. I got a ACRYLIC REBASE, with black nail polish, MEDIUM length and at the end of the service she tried charging me $50 (what I paid originally for a full set exactly the same 3 weeks ago). I told her I’d like to speak to a manager and she said there was no managers there. I paid and left. I’ve been going here for years and I will never be going back after this. That lady should not be allowed to provide services under the influence.

I called to get a quote, they asked what all I wanted and I told them regular acrylic maybe gel polish and very simple design… they were for my daughter so I sent her in and told her to ask before they started on her nails..well the wait was over 40 mins long and they didn’t even greet her when she walked in! She had to initate! she’s only 13 so she just let them start on her nails before asking how much it would be…I’m a licensed cosmetologist for over 12 years and usually I’d just do them myself however she was just wanting to do the whole nail salon experience since I do everything else at home. Also I know how much time can be put into doing this so I’m thinking high end these nails could be around 60 bucks with shellac and all right… WRONG….!!!! After about 2 hours at the nail salon my daughter finally calls me and says she’s done and needs 80.00!!!!! My mouth dropped ! I’m in shock!!! NEVER ONCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE HAVE I EVER SPENT THAT MUCH ON A FULL SET OF NAILS!!! Sorry 360 nails we will not be coming back here ! Poor customer service, wayyyyyy too over priced for what she got also they don’t pay much attention to detail!!! I give 1 star because she likes them but I’m sorry these are not 80 dollar nails!

I cannot tell you how much I LOVE this place. Its such a friendly and calm atmosphere. You feel welcome the moment you walk in. Everyone is ready to help you right away and believe me if there a wait, it's worth it!!! Personally, Phil, Amy, and Jen are my go to's but they all do an incredible job. My daughter and I have been coming here for about a year now every two weeks and it's become like a family visit every time. Thank you all for being so amazing 💖💖💖💅💅💅

Favorite spot to get my nails done. I usually get gel or dip on my real nail but have seen them so amazing work on acrylics too. They will fix your nails if they break. Definitely make an appointment ahead of time, but expect to still wait when you get there.

50/50 shot of getting a good pedicure. Make sure you watch what the techs are doing because I paid for a hot oil rock massage part of the 45 dollar package and the tech didn't even use the oil just a hot rock massage over the lotion. The tech also used the grater on my feet after they had been out of the water for a long time so feet were very dry when it was used then halfway though she changed to the yellow scrub block added gel them grated them again after the yellow block was used. She also dropped the yellow scrubber on the floor and used it again.

I was highly disappointed in this nail salon. I had been here years ago and their service was phenomenal; however I had moved down south and started going elsewhere. I recently moved back up north and figured I would go here. Wrong choice. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived waited to be seated for 30 minutes. When I was finally seated for my pedicure I waited another 30 mins sitting in cold water before someone came to me. Mind you, I was seated with two other girls who arrived after me and they were helped way before me. I got the same pedicure as the lady next to me and I noticed that the lady doing mine did not do all the steps as the other lady next to me. The lady doing my pedicure made me feel bad for getting my nails done. She constant kept making comments saying “ too big”. She pinched me multiple times in the process. I honestly was so glad when it was done. What I was hoping for a nice relaxing nail appointment turned to be one of the longest waits; with me wanting to leave in tears.

They used to be good, not anymore. Seems like they’re always in a hurry to finish with you so they can have more and more clientele, but because of that they make pretty bad job. My mani and pedi no longer last not even a week!! And for the amount of money they charge you it’s upsetting. My daughters skin is falling apart after her mani there, I’m afraid they are not taking good care and well sanitizing their supplies. Very disappointed! (Picture 3 days after services)

I have always come to this place and I love every experience but today when I was getting my full set I had told her how my left thumb was sore and to be careful she said ok but she would completely disregard it and I was in pain for almost the whole time. Not only that but It felt so rushed and it’s not even close to what I asked for. I’m just really disappointed and hope for better. The pedi was great tho very relaxing.

They never seem to fail me. Their job is for perfection and I love this about them. I can easily tell what I want and they give their best to match my dream nails. Not like other places where they perform what they wanna do. Rose is my fav technician. Make sure you make an appointment tho.

We've never made an appointment and have always gone as walk-ins. We've always been attended to quickly. They do a great job and are affordable. Clean, comfortable atmosphere.

I love this place but who is the new guy who serves you when you enter is very arrogant and rude The owner was better, I hope he returns soon.
