Edit: They did refund me. My recommendation would be to dine-in only, avoid take out. But if you do take out, then double check your order before leaving. - Did take out. Showed up at the pick up time and it was ready before I got there, which usually isn't a bad thing but the food was cold by the time I got home so it was probably sitting there for a while. All the photos showed two tacos for online ordering yet we only got one taco. We would have ordered the right amount had it been clear that it's only 1 taco per order. Tacos were cold. I got the chimi taco with beef and they gave me a regular (stale) flour taco and the beef was cold. Hard shell taco was broken and the wrapper was open in the bag so a lot of the ingredients spilled out. They also went really light on the protein for my shrimp taco and especially for our nachos - we reheated them in the oven and added some extra ingredients from our fridge.

Went for Cinco de Mayo and while it was very crowded, unfortunately both the food and drink weren’t good at all. The chicken quesadilla was very watery and dripping with juice. Probably the only reason why it was even juicy in the first place. The drink I got was okay, but not great. Very sweet and hardly any booze in it, besides the Corona. They obviously had a long wait with it being 5/5 but even with the line being out the door it still didn’t take longer than 10 minutes. The servers and waitresses were amazing! Idk if I’ll be back. One of those experiences where it was just meh.

Good tacos! I like that the tacos are sold individually so you can try multiple ones. We visited 2 different times in the same evening and the vibe didn't change much. I'd say the shrimp tacos were my favorite. The fried avocado taco was worth a try.

Every time I come here I have a great experience. Love getting the burritos they are delicious, I also love the pork nachos , the queso is fantastic!!!! I love fuzzys!!! The margarita was delicious as well. Great customer service and clean quiet calm environment.

Honestly, just don't bother. Horrible customer service is the biggest issue. Ordered online, so I know everything was right on my screen and the printed receipt. They missed two items completely and ignored ingredient removal completely for any orders requesting it.. these are options on the online order system, not special comments. This was a decent sized order for a kids birthday party. It was hard enough to get there, and parking is no treat. I fed the kids with what we had, and had to take them all for a bit more food after since there wasn't enough. I called the restaurant for a refund, but when you "push one for curbside pickup or to speak to a manager" it simply loops you into the same menu. That was the case many times later that night, and again the next several days. We filed an online request for customer service and refund, and received no additional contact. I contacted corporate complaints, and they told me the complaint was sent along and the business had updated the case that they contacted me. This was a lie. I have a mobile phone and there were no messages, texts, emails, or missed calls. I called corporate again after the 4 days they asked me to wait, and they assured me they would escalate to the store and I would for sure hear from them within 24 hours. I did not. They have no interest in helping, even when it was their mistake. Worst business I have ever dealt with. The store owners are quite simply criminals, and corporate makes the whole chain a risk to visit. They should be ashamed.

I've lived here for 2.5 years and I'm legitimately upset with myself for never coming here sooner. The food was amazing and fast, the sauce was hot and flavorful at the same time, and it's $8 for a frozen margarita that weighs as much as much as my head. I'll definitely be back again!

Inconsistent. Really enjoy Fuzzys when it’s a good day for them. I do a mixture of Uber eats delivery orders and also online pickup orders through their app. They love to forget additional sauces when you pay for it. Not include drinks and today the chicken in my taco was drier than the desert and flavorless(typically it’s good..) and stringy(hard to chew). I had a pick up order through the app- the service today was not impressive, took a good 2 minutes to acknowledge me standing at the cash desk to pick up while they cleaned the empty bar to my right and told them my name once I was acknowledged and then just handed me my order and said nothing and went back to cleaning. Not the warmest welcome but what can you expect these days! Today my order was missing a drink, extra carrots and ranch and extra ranch. I didn’t want to fight the battle over $1 for carrots and $2 dollars for a drink as I was on my lunch break. Last time I ordered they forgot extra salsas, carrots and ranch, and my drink. Many other orders have similar patterns but I do enjoy their food most of the time and trying to be hopeful order accuracy could improve.

This is a great spot for an afternoon snack and mango margarita. It has become our new go to place! Last time we did have to share the patio with a few bees but it’s a little expected when you have sugar on the rim of your glass. We have been here several times with no problems. Happy hour is 3-6 during the week with $5 margaritas and $2 tacos!
