Mikayla in leasing is fabulous. Amenities are great! Maintenance has been fairly responsive. Tenants moving in are fairly awful, but I guess you can't control human decency or how people were raised. "Bruh" parties in the pool till 3am....not a good look. 7/29/23 I am updating this review as mgmt has been very responsive to my concerns about the noise/parties going on at the pool at all hours. The issue has improved immensely. A happy sleeper is a happy tenant. So glad I can enjoy my unit with a lot less stress. Office and maintenance staff fabulous, even while short staffed. Ground always well maintained. And I love the interior of my beautiful, and new, place.

Have been living here for about half a year. I loved how easy it was to move here. Before moving here I had already toured these apartments but decided to keep looking, after seeing other properties I decided I needed to go back! I love the location and how close I am to all the stores. I love that the agents get back to you so quick about any concern you might have. Safety is a big concern for me as I’m sure for everyone else and I most definitely feel safe at any time of the day and night. I absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to live ♥️

The front staff is super helpful and takes every situation very seriously and in a timely manner. Overall the inside and outside the building is always kept clean. The pool area is nice, the gym is always kept clean and organized. They are always adding new things too and the circle is a great place to hangout. Great and safe place to live!

We moved in 3 months ago, and we have absolutely LOVED living here! We will adamantly say this is the best apartment community we have ever lived in. We moved out of state and took a chance on the location and could not be happier. The apartments are gorgeous and so cozy, the amenities are fantastic and the location is perfect for our lifestyle. You're 15 minutes away from Downtown Boulder and Downtown Denver, and only 5 miles away from the light rail. We are very happy we chose Marq Promenade!

I’ve been at Marq Promenade since November 2022. Honestly have nothing but great things to say about the place. Apartments are brand new, modern, and spacious. The gym is big and the building is in a great area. Everyone working there is really friendly and quick to help. I rarely hear any noise through the walls from neighbors. The only thing I ever had an issue with was the noise from the pool area late at night, but that has since been resolved. Super satisfied with my time here and would definitely recommend this as a place to live!

Lived here for about 8 months and greatly enjoyed my stay! Touring, signing, and moving in were all seamless to do. Pro's: - The leasing team (Melissa and Amber) are wonderful and make living at the community safe and sound. They were always so helpful, quick to respond, and very friendly and pleasant. They will help you with whatever you need. They take keeping the community safe and clean very seriously, which I very much appreciated! -The maintenance team is also wonderful and are very quick to respond, very friendly, and efficient with fixing things. - The gym is huge, clean, and modern. It has everything that you need and is open 24/7. - The units are new, beautiful, bright, clean, and very modern. The bathroom and walk in closet in my 1 bedroom were huge. - The mail room is secure. I had some package theft problems but that was because the carrier left it in careless places. - There is a cleaning crew that comes by regularly to vacuum the shared hallways, and mop the floors. This kept the shared interior space very clean! - I never had issues with noise from neighbors. - You can have a covered parking space for an additional fee, this was great to have especially when it hails/snows a lot. Cons: - Dumpsters overflow and the residents leave their trash on the ground, which is unsightly and unsanitary, but that is a people-problem and not the community's fault. Overall I had a great experience living here and recommend it.

Been living here for about 9 months and I've had no problems with the quality of management or the maintenance team. Everything has been so smooth regarding communications. They over-communicate to make sure I am taken care of. I had my mirror that broke off of the hinge and the maintenance team was on it ASAP within 24 hours. Additionally, the ice dispenser on my freezer stopped working and it was fixed in a couple of days with clear communication of the time of arrival and they actually showed up to fix it at the correct time. Highly recommend this spot!

my fiancée and i moved in 7 months ago and we love it here. Makayla was super helpful during the move in process and made it super easy to contact her. i love the location being so close to a Target and other shopping options. Being super close to where i work and the distance to Denver and Boulder is unbeatable. definitely recommend moving here
