I scheduled an appointment weeks ago. They called me the day before to confirm. I did confirm. They asked me who my insurance provider was, which they already asked the first time they had to reschedule this appointment (due to be a first time visitor) I told them I was at work and couldn’t talk. So they gave my appointment away and asked me to come again later. It might possibly be weeks before I can get the tome off of work to do this and im in pain. I dont understand why NOBODY is a professional anymore. That was so impossibly rude. And now I dont even know when i will be able to see a dentist. There is zero chance I will be using this dental office. Beyond unprofessional! Im sure their work is probably just as bad if this is how they handle the scheduling process. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to have your teeth worked on.

I would refrain from going to this dentist. The Doctor’s bed side manner was not only unprofessional but outright rude and disturbing. Their knowledge of certain insurances was very lacking. We took our business elsewhere and it was the best thing we did. The new Dentist at another dentistry was amazing and they were prompt and knowledgeable with all insurance options. I’m only posting this because I believe in people having all the information they need before placing their health or body on the line with Doctors/Dentist who treat them/their patients as $$$ rather than human beings.

Even the Doctor was saying how she doesnt have time for my mom (she had a referal appointment so they def had the time if they scheduled her in) and was laughing/smirking the whole time. along with her receptionists in the front. my mom doesnt speak very welll english, so my mom was communicating the best she could and the two receptionists at the front AND THE DOCTOR were LAUGHING. They will ask/tell you “How long are you going to be here then?” “I dont have time for this i have another crown i have to do”. DO NOT SUPPORT a Rude, Unprofessional, and apparently racist company.

I have been on perfect teeth for several years I really like the service and the people that works there doctor’s nurses receptionist etc everyone They are my first choice I wish I could give ten stars 🌟

Terrible experience. I was using Hilltop Dental in Thornton for years. It all went downhill when bought by Perfect Teeth. Appointments cancelled repeatedly. I finally had an appointment today at 2 that wasn’t cancelled before hand. I showed up at Hilltop 15 minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door that all appointments today had been moved to another location and to call that location and tell them I was on my way. I called and spoke to two people at the call center who both told me that the other location closes at 2. I asked how that is possible when my confirmation text from the dentist THIS MORNING told me they’d see me at 2. My appointment was looked up and they canceled it right after that text went out and NEVER TOLD ME! This is the second time I’ve actually taken time off work to go to the dentist and had it canceled. Never again! Stay far away. Even this sign says the location is on 104th and Federal, but the address is for 104th and York. Which are MILES apart. The level of incompetence is staggering.

I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism by those working here. They are VERY disrespectful and have no compassion of those whom english may be their second language. I would never recommend this dentistry to any one. Dentists work for you! They should take their time, and do their job in a professional manner. Read other similar reviews about this place before scheduling and take your time and money elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and professional! Im not a fan of going to the dentist, but these folks made it quick and painless. I would highly recommend this Perfect Teeth location.
