I can't endorse Dr. Butler's services highly enough. She was an immeasurable source of help to me in alleviating any concerns I might have surrounding the possible diagnosis of a neurological disease and lended me the quiet strength I needed to push through a claustrophobic imaging process following that discussion. Not only is her bedside manner impeccable for the field in which she practices but her office itself is an oasis that elicited a calming effect in the middle of what was a disconcerting and dizzying set of circumstances. I'll be forever grateful to both her and the staff for getting me on the schedule in a timely manner too. Strongly recommend this business if you're searching for a neurologist who's professional but actually cares!

By far the worst and most non communicative office ever. My wife experienced a seizure was put on medication, and these people are the worst. Wife’s seizure meds weren’t working for her, we called as they were making her feel sick. Received one call back from the office manager telling me she may be having migraines. This morning she had another seizure and still received no emails or calls from Melissa. Save yourself time and find a better neurologist.

Calls me two days before the appointment I had scheduled months in advance to say it needed to be done virtually when I specifically requested an in person appointment. They attempted to reschedule me out for several more weeks. I’m not wasting my time with a provider who can’t inform patients in advance of their leave from office.

I waited 6 months for an appointment as a follow up after I had a seizure and a concussion from a car accident. My primary care doctor sent me to them for further testing and a week before my scheduled appointment they left me a voicemail to change the appointment to telehealth. The scheduler even said they can't assess me for seizures and post concussion symptoms on telehealth so why on earth would they want to do a virtual assessment. This place is a joke and has terrible customer service.

I went here for a nerve test, and while it was painful, it was over rather quickly, and the doctor explained everything he was going to do. The front desk ladies are very sweet and reassuring as well. Also, the office was very cozy so that was a nice touch!

Dr. Katherine Coerver has treated my migraines for some time now and is wonderful. She is very responsive and I can always get a hold of her on the portal or get an appointment with her when I need to. I have never struggled getting meds from her, not while in the hospital or when I was about to go on vacation out of the country. She is pretty amazing.

The woman who answers calls needs a lesson in listening and customer service. For a frightened person calling to follow up as directed by ER, this person's unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness was startling. How are you supposed to follow up to be seen in 1 - 2 days when you are nonchalantly told you can't be seen for 3 weeks, and the receptionist suggests to you that you are lying? Wow.

I haven’t actually seen any doctors at this practice but my neurologist had given me a referral to Dr Elgavish. I was disappointed to hear that they don’t except Medicaid. I asked why and was told the the doctor just doesn’t want to except it! In this day and age, that just seems a bit elitist! And, many people with epilepsy are unable to work and most likely on disability! It just doesn’t make sense to me! It makes me think that this practice is only for the wealthy, and probably could care less about the rest of us!
