Downtown potbellys are trash. All bread, no toppings. Considering how pricey the sandwiches were, it was disappointing. It was missing some toppings that I selected. They really do skimp on the veggie sandwiches. Had to try this place 3 times to know forsure it's just not the best.

I've been going to Potbelly for a few years now and have always had great service especially from Manager Bianca. The quality of the food is awesome.

Went here for lunch. The staff moved through the line with great ease. Very professional employees. My sandwich was made to perfection. I got Turkey on white. All ingredients were fresh. Love that they toast your sandwich. I also got the sugar cookie. It was AMAZING! So glad to be near a Potbelly again. Will be coming back soon!

The lady making the sandwiches was very kind but she messed up my order even after I repeated it 3 times. The kitchen was an absolute mess and so was the the dining room. The cashier also had mayo on his face. Sandwich wasn't bad and this place has potential.

I definitely like the food, but the reason for the two star is one everybody seems depressed in this place every time I go here, and the most important thing is when you are strongly advertising, something such as the Orange cream shake and you don’t have the material to make it every time I go in here this is very disappointing and I blame it on the management step it up especially for the prices

Stopped in for a quick sandwich. However customer in front of me ordered four sandwiches. And the guy making them didn’t want help from the other employees. When they offered he refused the help. The customer was rather picky and had a lot of questions and requests. All the more reason to get some assistance and keep the line moving. It took way way too long for just a few sandwiches.

The absolute best meatball sub I've ever eaten, and exactly what I needed in between bus rides. It has a wonderful, inviting atmosphere.

Ordered a Big Wreck and an original chicken bacon club on the app. I got there about 5 minutes after it was supposed to be ready, and the order said completed on the app. I was the only person in there and still had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. The bread was toasted but was not warm at all and the meat on the wreck was only on about 2/3 of the sandwich and was ice cold. It was gross. The chicken club was only slightly warm with only a couple pieces of chicken, which were cold. I live 5 minutes away, so the sandwiches did not get cold between the restaurant and me eating them. Plus the meat on the wreck was way too cold for just having not been eaten quickly enough; it had probably warmed up, honestly. Not sure how the bread was toasted but the meats were so cold or why I was stuck waiting for so long.

I ordered a BLT and it was the worst BLT I’ve ever had. No flavor, low quality bacon and expensive. Highly would not recommend. Never paying for these sandwiches again.

first time and was only 15 bucks to get sandwich, drink, cookie an a dream bar. for downtown that was cheap. staff was nice very helpful.
