Well we were in total shock we were given birthday certificate so of course we bought two adult tickets we were reading so many bad reviews on Facebook I kept thinking oh gosh we're going to be upset if it's really that bad but honestly we had a great time there was only two rides closed that I seen but the kids were talking about it the whole time on the way home how they had a blast and so did we yes there was some line not too bad we did not eat there thank God you can take water in because $5 a water bottle is Extreme Pepsi is $ 1499 was $1 refills but all in all we had a blast walking out we decided to get season passes for next year but I do recommend you take in your own water bottles take an ice chest lunch cuz they do have some tables right by the entrance to have lunch to have an affordable time there was plenty of shade plenty of beach chairs lots of rides cute little stores I think it was well worth it

Waves are AMAZING the yellow and blue slide with the tubes that you ride on is the best ride! I don't go on the other two single person slides cuz I'm a bit claustrophobic, but they looked fun!

We went the other day and unfortunately my daughter passed out in line. The EMT acted SUPER fast to get my daughter to a safe place and helped her recover. Drink lots of water y'all. Wear footwear of some kind (slides, flip flops, etc) The ground gets hot!

We always have fun here! We go a couple times a week and recommend the season pass. Although being heavy I can't ride a lot of the rides, but I love the wave pool and lazy river, no weight limit! If you're over 250 forget it on a single tube slides. The double tubes stop at 400 pounds. But the kids have fun and so do I anyway. Also they always have great great fireworks shows on holidays!!

Kids loved it. Got here early so had plenty of spots to choose to sit around in the shade.

It's ok when they stay open, lockers could be cheaper considering the patronage.

It was OK, many of the lifeguards and staff did not seem happy at all when asked questions. Lines for lies were not too bad, but really if you didn't spend a lot of extra money on private locations, or on your own tubes it could take a long time to get one for things like the lazy river or the tube slides.

Most of the water park rides were closed as well as the lazy river. Staff was extremely shorthanded and not well guided whatsoever.

I loved the water park, but I HATED that they closed at around 12ish for a little rain, and they said they'd open when the rain passed, well it passed in around 30 minutes, but turns out they sent all their lifeguards home and it wasn't reopening. ‼️We paid for the full day, and we got a few hours before they just closed entirely‼️

Park needs some love and updates. Wave pool was fun every other attraction was okay.

Most water rides were either closed or understaffed, and 3 out of the three rides I went to broke multiple times and needed fixing so they stopped them for a long time.

We waited an entire HOUR to get food. Security was called when other patrons were getting rowdy because of the wait. There were six employees making food, and I only had five people in front of me in line. I often have no idea why it took so long.

Great water park with attentive lifeguards and friendly concessions employees. Variety of water slides and a large area for small children.

Very overjoyed with their customer service, and their amiable team.

Amazing place to go with either friends or family wasn't able to bring a ice chest unfortunately but other then that it was a great time we also paid for a fast pass which was more convenient for the other rides outside the waterpark , the Waterpark did have one ride we were able to use the fast pass on thankfully ! Drinks were also good but a bit overpriced like I don't even pay $16 on one drink on a cruise they Def gonna lower there prices a tad bit .

Only issue was the lines for the bathroom to change was hectic no one was following the rules of the signs people kept cutting in front of everyone so needs to be more manageable.

The rides are too slow. It seems that they are always fixing something. It is not worth the money, seriously!
