Great place for grocers & shoppers

Poor customer service especially at the appliance area. The guy just kept grumbling hes not in charge of the area ,continues packing the items which was not secured and left screws falling all over tge place. He should have taken a day off he did not want to talk to people.

Good place to go while in Passi City. Alternative also for motorists to shop for personal and grocery items.

Gaisano in Passi has the same kind of vibe as the other Gaisano malls. If you are looking for reasonable prices for goods and other commodities, this is for you. But if you are looking for a place to chill, going here is not advisable since it's always packed with people buying their groceries. The mall must maintain the cleanliness of the surroundings, parking area, and the toilet. The supermarket and department stores always play old music - they must keep up with the music trends!

Had fun and will definitely visit this place again.

Their cashier system needs to be upgraded, especially in the senior citizen lane super slow. They're still using obsolete manual process.

It was good clean but no fresh meat products except chicken ( due to Afm)

Parking is a problem sometimes (very limited) but well worth the visit. I go there for food, medicine and the shopping experience. A must visit!

Nice place for shopping in a small town. Parking is okay, even though not so spacious. I recommend this place.

Most of the cashier's station are closed, so expect long lines specially on holiday season

Fashion wears for low prices. I suggest additional lightings to the supermarket for better ambiance.
