If it weren’t that I am a student here, I would never come to this health clinic. If you don’t come and line up before opening time, I guarantee you are going to wait more than 3 hours to see a doctor. Even as the third person to register for the day, I waited 2 hours before I actually saw the doctor. And I’ve experienced this about 4 times now, the first time being that I came during midday and would never make that mistake again. You can’t call for an appointment, you can’t email them either. They won’t respond, and if you’re lucky that they do respond, they will just tell you that it’s only walk-ins. Staff is rude, especially the reception staff that checks you in. These few people that do check in at the reception are consistently intolerable and unaccommodating. I’m sure there are more staff that are the exception but so far only I’ve only met one. I don’t usually complain this much but I’ve truly never met a doctor as unprofessional as this before, and if I can save you from wasting your money seeing her, then I’m glad to write this review. That said, I’ve met other doctors in this clinic and have never had an issue with them. Doctor Nee (I can’t remember her name it’s either Nee or Mee) a middle aged Chinese lady is the absolute worst. I gave her a full description of my problem, and the entire time she was flipping through a book called ‘Diagnosis/Prognosis’ something like that. She alternated between that and going on Google on the computer she had in front of her, turning her screen slightly to hide the screen. After I described my issue to her, she gave me attitude, insinuating that I’ve made some bad life choices. I mean yes, and it’s affected my health, that’s why I’m here for a doctor’s advice. It was weird, I didn’t notice it at first because i find doctors generally quite neutral. But eventually I had to ask her what her point was, and she quickly moved on to the next topic, she said I needed to take a test. She then made me sit through a test, and gave me a completely incorrect diagnosis that totalled to a bill of $300. I only knew this because after I left, a week later my problem still persisted and I went to see a doctor outside that made me sit through another test and me prescribed medication that solved my issue in 5 days. From the reviews, I’m disappointed that a top university like NTU accepts such a vendor as Fullerton Health that has left such a bad taste with so many people.

Updated: Sep 22, needed to accompany my friends twice this week. Nothing changes, unfriendly staffs. Unusually looooong waiting time at the dispensary. It probably takes 15-20 mins to see the doctor, but almost an hour or more for the dispensary. Many patients kept coming to ask the staff at the dispensary counter because they had been waiting for so long and the staff could only ask everyone to wait..... by the way, the door guy was very helpful. He helped to arrange and clear the way for my friend on a wheelchair. I can confirm many reviews here regarding the ill-natured manner of some staffs there. The chubby receptionist girl (sorry, to identify with physical aspect, I didn’t look at her nametag [if there’s one, I doubt]) just glance at me, and response with very very unfriendly tone when I asked for alternative clinics that was still in service. Honestly, I wouldn’t have ever visited this place provided that my employer doesn’t contract them for health services.

I only give negative comments when it is necessary, and now it really reach my limit. 1. Over-charged. For same price of seeing doctor and picking up the medicine (prescribed by psychiatrist) was x4 more expensive than general hospital. 2. Bad customer service. They barely accept the phone call even if something urgent. Then the voice message suggested you to email them, but they will never reply your email.. 3. The receptionist and some nurses are trainees and they show the unprofessional attitude sometimes. 4. They made mistakes about making appointment. Some doctors are very hard to see or only available once a month, and as I requested a few times from both phone call and writing email, they still missed booking appointment. Plus: ill tell how they got this high review. Last year when I saw the doctor, they handed me over a paper and asked me to give 5 stars review on google maps and indicate the doctor/nurse’s name. Sorry but I’ll try my best to see the good point of this clinic but I couldn’t find any🤷🏻‍♀️

Came here to do the health screening. The process is very smooth. Took me about 45mins to finish everything. Paid $52 for the health screening for local student with Hep B blood test. Updated on 24 Aug. Came here for my 2nd dose of Hep B jab, the Indian staff doing the vaccination was a little frustrated and rude, slammed her stuffs infront of me just because I asked her how long I need to wait. But she did her job in explaining the vaccination stuff.

You will be made to wait outside the clinic due to covid rules. This is super uncomfortable since it's very hot and humid. The clinic is quite disorganized. I was made to wait 1 hour because the doctors went for lunch while I had to skip my lunch, anticipating that they will call my name. My student pass examination had to be continued the next day since the concerned department was closed. There is no concept of appointments. You can walk in anytime before 12. However I would suggest sometime around 9 am. If it's beyond 11:30, there is a good chance that your examination will not be completed. When I came the next time to complete my examination, the nurses, receptionist and Medical officer are completely clueless about my previous application. The employees make you move around from one station to another to collect things they should have kept ready in the first place. Moreover, you will never be informed about the next step. There are no directions. It's possible that you will be waiting at the clinic with no end goal, only to realize too late. Go to this clinic as a last resort. I will avoid it next time.

Horrible experience. The only star goes to Dr Calvin Tan, who was very considerate and helpful. Regarding the doctors, I have to warn the patients that some doctors are truly disgrace to this profession. The first doctors I saw used "I don't know" to answer all questions from me, including the question about whether I should seek advice from another specialist. I went to the clinic another day and found out that I have a minor issue. If the general physician's only task is to write referral letters, why not just hire an idiot to sit in consultation room? Besides, the staff at reception will ignore the examination reports received from other centers. If you want to know whether your reports have arrived, you will need to check it out yourself.

If you are doing the pre-enrollment check up, dont be fooled by the 2-minutes per person appointment. The whole thing took me 5 hours. You will be spending 95% of your time waiting for your queue number. Staff service is unprofessional as well. I will not recommend this health center to anyone even if you are visiting for common sickness. There are way better polyclinics in your area to visit. If you are doing the pre-enrollment checkup, just book the first slot of the day or earliest slot possible to avoid disappointment and get it over with.

Still cannot emphasize how slow and inefficient this clinic is. Patients are literally coughing their lungs out yet the staff and doctors take forever. A consultation and collecting the medicine from the pharmacy takes a total of at least 2 hours and up to and beyond 3 hours in my experience. The queue system is so flawed you can arrive before another person but have a consult up to 45min after them. Furthermore, why are there so many five-star reviews? Everyone from students to professors agree how slow and poor the clinic's service is yet that's the case. Polyclinics take way faster and is around the same price (for locals). It's been over three years since my first visit and it still sucks as badly as the first time.

Inefficient clinic admin, very long waiting time (~ 1-2 hours). Staff shouting across the clinic telling people to put their masks on. When I went to the dispensary counter, the staff complained why I took so long to come to the dispensary. When I wanna pay the fees, the staff just said “I don’t want cash”. They seem to treat us as students to be scolded, not patients/customers to be served and cared. Surprised me that this time the Indian doctor is quite experienced and detailed. Usually the doctors look like fresh grad just finished their lectures at LKC. Last time I had my doctor googling medicine’s name right in front of me. Good thing is the consultation for NTU student is only $3, and some standard medication is free!!

Missed my queue no by 1. Waited 2h with assurance by the receptionist two times that my queue no will be called again. Finally, they said will give you a new queue number with waiting time of additional 2-3h. Felt more sick than before. Should just assign the missed queues, a new queue number instead of asking them to wait for hours.

The service at the reception is pathetic. It takes hours to check insurance covers. How can people at a health clinic be so uninformed when there could be emergency diagnostic, etc. Required. Adding something now as the experience was worst by the end of it. The doc initially prescribed a series of tests. When I asked about the insurance and total cost involved, I was directed to a nurse who made me wait and came back with a corrected prescription where one of the tests was striked off. What does this mean. I never mentioned that I had any problems with any of the tests but as soon as I ask about the cost involved, suddenly the health centre feels a need to omit some tests without even discussing with me about it. This is strange

Was told by staff to come before 8.30pm but I have seen people rejected from seeing doctor if they come at 8pm. If 8pm then say 8pm, why say 8.30pm? Reading other reviews they will probably just reply me to email them. Why need? Is this not a sufficient feedback site? If don't want to take the effort to use Google Reviews feedback then don't reply? Simple problem simple solution.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at Fullerton Clinic during my recent visit. As a student, I have been a frequent visitor to this clinic and had previously enjoyed pleasant experiences. However, my most recent encounter was extremely upsetting. I arrived at the clinic around 7 pm and obtained a queue number. The receptionists informed me that the estimated waiting time would be approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. They also cautioned that if I wasn't called by that time, I might not have the opportunity to see the doctor. Subsequently, the clinic stopped admitting patients and closed the queue. Given that I hadn't had dinner, I decided to leave temporarily to grab a meal at a nearby canteen. I returned to the clinic at 8:15 pm, which was 1 hour and 15 minutes after I had received my queue number. To my dismay, I realised that the clinic had progressed to serving patients with numbers ahead of mine. Concerned that I may have missed my turn, I approached the receptionists, one female and one male, to inquire about my status. Unfortunately, the female receptionist's response was abrupt and accusatory. She said something along the line “just now we already instructed you to not leave the clinic but you went out yourself." She implied that I had been instructed not to leave the clinic, which was NOT the case. Any reasonable person, faced with a long waiting time and an empty stomach, would naturally seek sustenance. The receptionist's tone was unnecessarily confrontational, and she provided inaccurate information to accuse me. I was then informed that they needed to consult the doctor to determine if I could be accommodated as the last patient for the day. I found this approach rather perplexing because other clinics typically prioritise missed queue patients as the next in line. Regrettably, I was unable to see the doctor as they had reached their maximum patient capacity. While I was still in the clinic, I observed that the female receptionist exhibited discourteous behavior towards another patient's family members. This patient required a transfer to a hospital after consulting with the doctor. The family members approached the receptionist with questions, but she responded rudely, saying "do not disturb me anymore if not i cannot do my work!". It is crucial to understand that patients' family members often seek reassurance and information, particularly in serious situations. Her dismissive and disrespectful attitude was highly inappropriate. I am deeply dismayed by this experience and believe that Fullerton Clinic should address these issues promptly. It appears that there have been multiple complaints about this specific staff member in recent Google reviews. I hope that corrective action can be taken to ensure a more respectful and patient-centered approach in the future.

poor management and low service quality. wait for almost two hours just to know my queue is missing. instead of getting the next queue, my queue is sent to queue on the last. ask 4 staffs for a clarification. only 1 out of 4 replied nicely.

Nurses in the treatment room need to watch their attitude. Even though they are having a bad day they shouldn't take it out on others. Was having a pleasant experience until I met them.

Went for the health screening today. Staff were friendly and helpful, the whole procedure was efficient, maybe because I only went for a quick checkup? Happened to drop my wallet on the CR bus but the receptionists and lady checking my height and weight were kind and helped me contact the transport services. Found my wallet after I managed to get on the same bus as before. Went in the late afternoon on a weekday so there was only a small crowd. Leaving a review here to thank them for their help!

Unreasonably long waiting times. Came for a 9AM health screening and finished at 12PM. Don't bother calling the clinic, they just let it ring and never actually pick up the landline.

The nurses at the reception and dispensary counters were nice and friendly. As there was no queue, I was referred to the doctor immediately. However, the service by the doctor was bad. He was on another call which seemed to have already frustrated him before my consultation, but he continued to project his annoyance and frustration on me. I previously had a bad experience with another doctor at another clinic and had been hoping that it would be better here. However, the doctor's terrible attitude turned me off immensely. In the end, my consultation concluded within 2 minutes without any helpful advice from the doctor. He simply referred me to a specialist as he stated that they had no capability of assessing my condition there.

Went to do a pre-matriculation check up on 21/06. Overall the check up took about 30 minutes which was rather fast. Staff was pretty well-trained in their tasks, making the waiting time short. The doctor attending to me was friendly as well.

Terrible experience with Dr. Maria Bernadette S. Thomas today. Totally unprofessional and rude with neglect attitude. At first, she keeps asking me unrelated questions like which year I am in or am I doing internship. How does it help with diagnosing my illness? Then she asks for symptoms. I was extremely tired and fatigued for 2 days. I had terrible headache and body aches. I was so tired to the point that I slept all day and only woke up to eat. I didn’t take my temperature until last night, I had 37.8C fever at 4am with headache. Basically same symptoms as covid except running nose. She takes my temperature and I’m not having fever at the time. She shows me and says “no fever”. I say that last night 4am I had fever and I took fever pill to ease the fever. She insists that that’s last night, right now I don’t have a fever and she doesn’t believe me. She insists that I was tired because I just finish my period (I’m sure it not the reason, my period finished like 5, 6 days ago) and I have low iron in blood. Does low iron cause fever?? NO. Can I have fever caused by period after my period was clean for a week?? IS THIS EVEN A QUESTION?? She totally ignore my fever! She says that I come again when I have fever. Like, what? She cannot believe her patient? After all the fever pills and the photo of my 37.8C temperature I show her but she ignores? The clinic is not that accessible. Plus, I took the fever pill, which helps me less tired so that I can reach the clinic. I wouldn’t be able to even leave my hall when I had fever. I feel like I’m gonna pass out midway! She asks if I have sore throat. I say that sometimes I have and right now I don’t have. She uses the light to see my throat and conclude that I don’t have sore throat! AGAIN! She ignores my symptoms! My friend who was diagnosed with common flu had the same symptoms as me, and I just met him recently so possibly I also have flu. He also had on and off sore throat. But with this doctor Maria, “sometimes” means never have sore throat. She gives me 1 day MC. I need more. I have been sick for 3 days and the symptoms are still. She just doesn’t care and only gives me 1. I repeat again that I had fever last night and she can’t see it now because I took fever pill. I even bring that fever pill with me and show her. She doesn’t bother. I took picture of my thermometer last night and sent my friend. I want to show her that. She doesn’t bother. She insists that the number she is reading RIGHT NOW says that I don’t have fever. What does she expect?? I had fever and terrible headache at 4am! I had fever pills with me from the last covid. What was I supposed to do? Of course I would take the pill and wait until the clinic is open the next morning. What does she expect me to do? Suffering from my fever and headache for 5 hours just to prove to her that I have real fever??? She even says that 37.8C is not high with a totally neglected attitude. What is considered to be high enough so that she will care? 40 degree C? Oh wow when I saw doctor outsides ntu, they already consider I have light fever at 37.5 and 37.8 is definitely a fever. Then she concludes that I doesn’t have running nose, sore throat (which I actually have but she ignores it), not covid. I say that last night I tested covid and it’s not. She say if it’s not then not serious and I’m good. HELLO??? What is considered serious to her? Is common flu serious enough? Sounds like covid is the only reasonable illness to her. Her attitude gives me an obvious feeling that she think that I’m faking my illness. I’m so frustrated that she insists that I only need 1 day MC even though I have been unable to do anything for 3 days. People say that you need to be honest and do not hide anything from your doctor. Seems like with this doctor Maria Bernadette S. Thomas, even when you are the most honest person, she will not believe unless she sees you dying in front of her eye. Else, even if you say that you are dying, she will still ignore your symptoms. Omg how can this person even become a doctor?

It was a bad experience here. I really doubt the professional level of the staff here. I wouldn't have gone here if my teacher hadn't recommended it. Due to the requirements of STP, I need to transfer my oversea vaccines to Nir, however, they cannot do and asked me to do the serology test(took about 50 SGD). Noticeably, until now, I didn’t get any feedback. If I still wait for the results of that, u know how bad the situation will be. There is only one time available for ICA Offsite Enrolment Exercise. So I went to another clinic. They recognise the same materials and transfer the vaccine successfully. Actually, if u wanna do that. You can also go to SG government vaccination point which is free of charge and also free covid vaccine (Pfizer or Moderate). If u need that, don’t go there, they are low efficiency and unsure abt everything. Go somewhere outside NTU.

Had an extremely terrible experience having to do the student medical clearance at this center. Although I have booked my appointment months ago however when we arrived nobody checked our appointment and we had to wait in line for 4 hours to get the medical clearance done. NTU shouldn’t mandate us to do the health screening at this center as it’s clearly incapable to handle the massive number of students all at once. Also there was a huge delay as it took 8 days to receive the medical results which delayed the student pass application. Three of the staff were rude and unfriendly and it’s not a good representation as our first experience.

I was here for Graduate study with NTU-NIE. There was no indication of hours during which Chest X-Ray is made available on post-graduate paper nor on the service website as of date. I was asked to come again in the morning at 9am for this X-Ray. There is no sense of respect for people’s time nor a forethought of making clear of services provided. I then asked if I can complete the Chest Xray at other partnering Fullerton facilities. I was told I can either do it and physical send the X-Ray in or come back and do it here. Mind you- this area is not easily accessible. I had to put my foot down and say no and ask what is the point of having 4 other X-ray facilities under the same organisation but data is not accessible. They finally relented. Bloody ridiculous! Kindly please learn from other top-notch medical organisations in Singapore.

Really feel unwell, dizzy, muscle soreness, sore throat and cough. Tested -ve, and I’ve been waited more than 2 hours sitting on the bench, waiting to see doctor and claim the medicines This is my 3rd visit and the queue always long and take 15 mins or more to clear a queue. It’s worse ever than the nearby clinics.

absolutely terrible. i registered for the influenza vaccination. when i went there today, i was told that i couldn’t take the vaccination because of some logistic issues ON THEIR END. this is ridiculous. first of all, i was not told in advance. second of all, its finals season and i could be doing so much more with my time than making a wasted trip to this clinic. absolutely terrible experience. this is not my first time experiencing trash like this being thrown at me from fullerton ntu. waiting times are horrible, poor service and attitude from staff (always looking at me so condescendingly- yes you the indian at the registration counter) i mean a call or an email would be nice? but no. i made a trip down just for them to say ‘oh no not today’ not even an apology.

This is my first time writing a long review because I feel very strongly that more could be done to improve this clinic's efficiency and professionalism, considering how far NTU is from everywhere, this clinic serves as one of the only way for students to receive immediate health care Overall, I was extremely unhappy with the inefficiency and unprofessionalism of the entire clinic. 1. Long waiting hours (there's only one/two doctors for students to consult) -I have waited for 2 hours for my turn to see the doctor 2. Inefficient communication between the nurses Even the front desk nurse is unsure of the standard procedure of lab test collection, I have to head back to the lab room twice to check with the nurse inside the room. 3. Inefficient collection of medicine You have to be proactive to ask the dispensary about when's your turn to take meds, as they tend to take their own time 4. Unprofessional Doctor The doctor (Dr John Zhang) was the one that made me very very angry as well. He wasted so many times telling me I had no symptoms, but clearly did not check my breathing and my throat before confirming that i had no symptoms. Then I agreed to do the blood test for dengue--which is so so expensive (Spent close to 100 on hospital bills). On top of that, i waited 2 hours for consultation and the whole consultation was less than 8 minutes. Overall tip: Please go to a nearby polyclinic instead, especially when you are really sick and unwell. Paid $88 for blood test and I could easily get one at a poly clinic for $20 with less wait time. NTU Fullerton, I really hope you can do better than this and ensure students are well taken care of in such an inconvenient location.

Came at 9.30am, needed to wait 45 minutes until called into the consultation room, which was long but reasonable as there was around 12 people in front of me in the queue. The male doctor in Room 3 was amazing - went straightforward to ask my symptoms, checked blood pressure, breathing, and throat. Prescribed me antibiotic, flu med, cough syrup, paracetamol, but he allowed me to choose! I said that I had flu med and paracetamol already, hence I only need to get cough syrup and antibiotic from the clinic. He also gave me 3 days of MC, which was amazing and very understanding of my condition. The whole checkup process only took around 10 minutes. Waited another 15 minutes for the meds, but it was alright. Overall, quite happy with the service despite the waits.

Both calls were ended without talking anyone with one call waiting duration reaching 45 mins without any response. As a medical service, this is one of the worst, if not THE WORST medical service i have ever received.

I wonder what the staffs here are doing, as they have a lot of staffs and doctors in this clinic yet they are taking much longer than a public clinic outside with fewer staffs (1 doctor) and more patients. I strongly hope that they buck up with the timings as being a patient with asthma or any order illness could be very uncomfortable given the extremely long waiting time and inefficient procedures. Or at least build a mobile app, if they cant improve on their efficiency, so patients can have a sensing on the queue number and waiting time

Charged $1 for 1 piece mask I understand the rules but to charge so much for a mask is outrageous, no other clinics do this. Dont allow u to register first without mask Even though waiting time is 1/2 hrs and u have been standing there for so long already. Paid for mask and they still took their time in handing me the mask. Receptionist was patronising, horrible to be treated like that especially when u are sick. Doctor is not understanding, keep cutting u off also

    垃圾的诊所,不讨论医生个人能力,有预约和没预约没什么区别,排队4小时,纯纯浪费时间,NTU还指定只能这里体检,纯纯收韭菜钱

My Q number literally got skipped and I was sitting in the waiting lobby for 90 minutes. My number will never be called until I noticed them about that. Entering the consultation room, the doctor didn't even ask which part hurts and ends up the consulting in just one minute. Maybe he thought that I am only coming for an MC but I am not applying for that. 90 minutes wait and 3 dollars for nothing. Cool. To add on, it made me recall what happened 2 years ago, when I was really having a stomachache and couldn't participate the exam. I went there for an MC but a women doctor scolded me, saying I was a lier trying to avoid the exam. Funny.

horrible service by the staff at the reception and treatment room. bad attitude and when i asked questions, they replied rudely or worse, did not even give me a reply. for some reason they always looked annoyed. saw that NTU replied in the reviews that were made 3 wks ago saying they will take these feedback into consideration. but did they really?

It’s the worst experience. Consultation queue moves 2 patients during the last hour. Got my meds after 20 mins after consultation. Total time spent: 2h 15min - for scratchy throat and no fever.

Terrible booking system. Students pay good money each year for health insurance. The booking system is atrocious and has not changed for the 5 years I have been in NTU. All they can say is to email them some feedback but nothing improves.

They made multiple mistakes on the doctor room assignment so I had to wait for an hour with no reason. In the end, after several attempts, they put me in the other room but I had to start queuing all over again. The doctor’s appointment was 10 sec (just to book the test) and had to wait to pay for an half hour again.

Dr. Mok who works every Wednesday is really bad. 40 days ago I paid a very high price to have a tooth fixed. After about 40 days, the filling developed a problem and it hurt when I drank cold water. So, I suspect that the material has fallen out, but of course, it could be something else, so I want to go for a review. Dr. Mok said she would remove the previous material and replace it with one that was temporary and did not guarantee results. I expressed my concern because once the medication failed, my teeth would be exposed and more damage would be done. Then, after I refused to use this material, I asked if I could use the original material and Dr. Mok refused. So I decided not to change because, after all, no one wants to revert to a temporary, less good-looking material without taking that much risk. Dr. Mok went on to say that if I were to leave, she would have to take a photograph of my teeth to prove that there was nothing wrong with her fillings. I thought this was utterly ridiculous. If she was so adamant that there was no problem, why did she change me to a bad material in the first place? If I don't change the material, do I have to prove that her padding is fine? I felt that she was simply shirking her responsibility. She would not allow me to leave if I refused to have my photo taken because the case had to be documented. High charges + bad attitude + shirking responsibility make me very unhappy and I hope someone will pay attention to this matter.

I came for a serology test for vaccination approval as I just arrived from overseas. The nurse who took my blood, Ms. SN Srimala was so friendly and positive, took my blood in 10 seconds without me feeling any pain. They ensured that I had eaten and drank water beforehand too. Thanks for the fast service and helpful insights about my own vein!

Just had a horrendous experience today... I came yesterday night to ask for a routine blood test (been experiencing long term fatigue). I was asked to come today at 8:30am since there was no nurse at night. I was here today at 8:30, waited for a while, but by 9:15am I was still waiting as apparently the nurse had not shown up yet. For context I need to be at work at 9am. At 9:15am the staff asked me to first proceed to payment, but my Visa Card was repeatedly rejected (first time I experienced this in Singapore after using it daily for 2 years). So I had to cancel my blood test, and went to work late and on an empty stomach, all for nothing.

Registration was smooth and quick apart from the queue outside. I would like to compliment Ms Li Lian on checking for my many drug allergies before dispensing the medicine. She was friendly and asked about my well-being. The waiting time to see the doctor and medicine collection was acceptable.

The guy doing ART didn’t key the results in and I was just sitting there waiting for 1.5h and my number wasn’t called. Afterwards when I approached them to ask they finally keyed in my number but, didn’t put my queue number forward and made me waited for another 1.5h.

  • 4/5 Racheal T. 2 years ago on Google
Ms Srimala did a good job drawing my blood out once! Staff are friendly and give detailed explanation on the SOP. If you’re paying by cash, remember to bring exact amount of cash because they don’t have changes early in the morning. Registration will take some time because clients might ask SOP of tests. Go early on the morning if you don’t want to wait too long.

Service terrible especially the chinese lady in charge of eye testing. she is rude and will shout at you. Is this how a clinic treat their patient? Too much SOP. Ask you to queue for register and queue for payment again. Can just do everything together.

I went there on Monday, and scanned the QR code to get a waiting number. After 1h, they called me and asked me to do repeat the steps. There is an uncle, he told me to repeat the steps many times. should I wait 1h again, he said yes, go start waiting. Then I found out that the uncle mis-directed me, because my number never called. I skipped registration. I was really sick and did not have energy to go around, learn what is correct way. Meanwhile, they take all the medical test persons. These people are healthy, they just need to pass blood test. I was really sick there, and left there because I don't have energy. Then after 2h, I could see the doctor, thanks to my friend, taking care of situation. Everybody other than me saw the doctor there. If you are alone going to this hospital, no treatment will be given. Also, I asked to use my medical insurance, they also don't allow this, saying: next time let us know in advance. What will happen for now? who knows. The doctor was good, if you manage seeing him.

An alarmingly inexperienced and insensitive doctor, particularly the head doctor, showed a blatant lack of respect. It's concerning that a doctor would stamp claims while barely listening to you.
