Been
going
here
for
over
a
year
now,
but
my
last
three
visits
have
changed
things.
Ordered
the
same
things
all
three
visits,
the
new
Italian
Mozzarella
Chicken
Sandwich,
Fries,
and
a
drink
ordered
through
the
mobile
app.
Here
is
how
those
visits
went:

Made
it
home
with
the
food,
but
the
sandwich
I
was
given
was
the
wrong
one.
I
was
given
a
Spicy
Chicken
Sandwich
instead.
(I
wanted
at
least
a
partial
refund
but
still
haven't
heard
anything
about
that
yet)
#2
-
Was
told
that
the
special
bun
is
not
available
and
would
be
a
regular
bun.
Not
that
big
of
a
deal,
but
I
still
didn't
get
what
I
paid
for.
#3
-
(Deal
breaker)
Pull
up
to
order
and
told
that
they
have
no
fries
available.
Mobile
Order
has
fries
in
it
so
they
refuse
my
order.
Asking
for
a
refund
through
the
drive
through
and
was
told
I
would
need
to
do
it
on
the
app.
Makes
sense.
Get
home
to
do
that
and
I
see
that
they
processed
my
order!
Not
able
to
cancel
the
order
myself
I
had
to
call
their
help
line
(very
nice
experience
btw)
to
get
some
sort
of
remedy.
All
in
all,
can't
go
here
again.
