Food is fine if you check your order to make sure they got it all. Will mumble into the mic like a SoundCloud rapper and then cop an attitude when you don’t understand what they said.

Literally every time I come to this Wendy’s they never make my meal correctly. This is the bourbon burger with no crispy onions and one piece of bacon….. looks delicious…… not.

The only thing I eat there is breakfast. And each time since last year there is always egg shells in the sandwich. This is the only breakfast in the area when I head out for my work so each time I'm already gone before I get to the shells. I've wasted at least 20 sandwiches

A bit slow to take our order... I think a busy time and maybe understaffed. Food came out quickly and was well prepared. Everything was clean. Would definitely stop here again.

I love to go to this Wendy’s as the fries are crispy, the nuggets are crispy, and the burger is juicy. This place has decreased in my opinion though. They don’t have the four for four deal anymore which was a main factor of why I went to this Wendy’s and the staff was a bit weird one time. The staff asked to hold on (in the drive thru), and we waited a good 5-10 minutes before the employee asked us our order. I understand that it might of been understaffed or the people in front of us had a big order but waiting 5-10 minutes just at the speaker is a bit absurd. Also the quality of the food here is hit or miss. I said the food was crispy and juicy but that’s only 75% of the time, the other 25%, the food is dry and questionable.

THIS WENDYS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GET FOOD AT, there food is cold and hard and their customer service is not good , only good person there is an old short mexican lady, besides her everybody has an attitude and act like they hate their job this wendys need a reevaluation of their life .

Been going here for over a year now, but my last three visits have changed things. Ordered the same things all three visits, the new Italian Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich, Fries, and a drink ordered through the mobile app. Here is how those visits went: #1 - Made it home with the food, but the sandwich I was given was the wrong one. I was given a Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead. (I wanted at least a partial refund but still haven't heard anything about that yet) #2 - Was told that the special bun is not available and would be a regular bun. Not that big of a deal, but I still didn't get what I paid for. #3 - (Deal breaker) Pull up to order and told that they have no fries available. Mobile Order has fries in it so they refuse my order. Asking for a refund through the drive through and was told I would need to do it on the app. Makes sense. Get home to do that and I see that they processed my order! Not able to cancel the order myself I had to call their help line (very nice experience btw) to get some sort of remedy. All in all, can't go here again.

The supervisor got so aggressive with me I almost called the police. I need someone to contact me about this immediately

I asked for a simple order - the 4 for $4 - with a hot chicken sandwich and hot nuggets. I got regular nuggets and a cheeseburger. The cheeseburger had old cheese, wrinkled old bacon, the top bun was hard, and the sandwich was cold.

they never give me sour cream for my potato. even when i specifically say "may i please have sour cream".
