Everyone was so happy to be at work! The atmosphere was welcoming and efficient. This was my first time there, and my new family doctor was wonderful. She was attentive and committed to helping me figure out what’s going on with me. I had bloodwork done & the ladies working in the lab were equally great. I recommend this facility to everyone!

The new building is so clean and sharp! The check-in process is a well-oiled machine! Very efficient and easy. Love my experience there! Went back 2 days later for bloodwork, no appointment required and so quick and easy.

Kathy Jurden is a wonderful practitioner. She listens patiently and includes me in my care. She truly cares about her patients and always gives me the time and attention needed for my visits.

This is a great facility. It’s a little far from my house but that’s on me because I wanted to stay with my PCP of 20 years who is in New Albany. The check-in kiosk is a little tricky to navigate for the inexperienced, but I assume it will get easier over time.

I trust the staff of Ohio State Primary Care. They always provide excellent care. They are kind compassionate and exceptionally good at what they do. I couldn’t be happier with the care I received!

I am so happy that Dr. Farrell is my primary physician, he always seems to know the answer to any health issue I have. I appreciate the time he takes to explain what the issue is and what can be done to help me. His staff is kind and always willing to provide any support that is needed.

We use this family doctor for our whole family. They are very thorough and caring. Even when our doctor was out and we had to see a different one, they made us feel like we already knew them.

Dr. Gauthier is the best primary care physician I have ever had. She listens well to my questions, is very knowledgeable and determines an appropriate treatment plan. If I post a question on MyChart, she usually answers within a few hours. Being able to get most of my medical care at the Wexner Medical Center in New Albany provides convenience and a consistent experience.

Emily Ickes, NP is wonderful! All the office staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Short wait times as well.
