My overall experience with the gym was OK. The trainers are excellent and do a great job at motivating you. My issue is with the business end of things, specifically the cancellation policy and charging $250 to get out of their contract. I was injured and had to stop training. They did offer to freeze the account, which stopped the payments but that was only for 3 weeks. I then reached out and mentioned I can not medically resume the training and would like them to waive the cancellation fee because I had been paying for 3 months and not showing up already. The sales person was only focused on getting more money out of me and not my need as a customer or human being. He kept pushing sales pitches and trying to get me to keep my membership. I would not advise anyone to sign up for any program lasting longer than a few months at a time. I had planned on being a life long patron but now when I am back to healthy, I am going to a smaller, locally owned gym where they care about people and not profits.

Very very Small gym, hardly any equipment, they don't even have a free weight bench SMH only one set of free weights (dumbells) and the personal trainers hog them so know one else can use them, you would think they would have there own set apparently they owner is cheap. know one works the weekends so don't try to show up on your day off to sign up. Very very disappointing 😞 way over priced, I pay half there rate for a year's membership at my home town gym. M+M in the Detroit area., that gym is amazing btw. Hardly any equipment here at anytime, barely any shoulder equipment. it's a place for beginners only. I'd call it a poor gym. Someone could open another professional gym and put this one out of business. Sure hope it happens, greedy owners.$80.00 a month for what exactly? 💯 way over priced.

I go in at least twice per week, for a team workout with lots of attention from the personal trainer. Sarah has been my trainer for the last year and manages to keep it interesting and varied. The facility is clean and open.

Love this gym!! The staff is amazing and very supportive! They truly care about their members. Plus they just got a full remodel! Definitely check it out!!

The staff at this facility goes above and beyond to take care of their members. They are genuine and compassionate and it’s very evident that they care about each and every person that walks through the door. I personally enjoy the strength and team training classes are a lot of fun, challenging and ever changing so you don’t get bored with the same routine. 10/10 reccomend!

Facilities have recently been remodeled and work out areas are spacious with a variety of new equipment. Well managed with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We really enjoy and benefit from our work out experience.

This gym needs to move to a bigger space and buy more machines , so many members not enough machines . Paying a monthly membership to just get in a mini room that is always crowded
