This store gives Papa Murphy's a bad name. Two times in the last few months we ordered pizza and it was less than average. Just ordered the Chicken Garlic pizza advertised for $12 for a large. Very little chicken and cheese. Clerk tried to charge $15 plus tax. I told him it was $12. He said the owners don't share the costs with new employees. This particular store has gone down hill in a very big way. We won't be going there anymore. There are too many places in the Sauk City area that has much better pizza. Even the gas station take n bake is much better.

Never had such bad service in sauk papa Murphy's.. i called 5 or more times to order take out and no answer had to drive 11 miles to place a order and the people working the desk were rude and got my order wrong.. no tomatoes tomatoes on the side.. was loaded with tomatoes.. and they still ignored the phone.. just wow.. you dont want to do your job then quit

I called to place an order for pick-up and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. It was a last minute decision to order from there and I was on my way home when I decided to go with them for dinner tonight. She told me 45 minutes to an hour before my pizza would be ready. I asked if there was any way to get it sooner as I was about 2 minutes away. She said well you should have ordered it hours ago then. I said sorry last minute decision. She then proceeded to tell me that if people would stop calling and coming into the store they might be able to get the pizza made. If you are going to talk to customers this way don't work in customer service.

Another place we frequent. Also delicious and fresh. Staff are friendly and the owners are great local folks.

I had a misunderstanding, I've never been to a take and bake place, so I had to have my hotel cook it for me, but the pizza itself was amazing and such a great price for it as well! The store was very clean and felt open and welcoming, and the workers were polite and pleasant! I wish I had one back home that I could order from because I would definitely be a repeat customer!

Pizzas were great. Everything that I ordered was correct. They weren't ready when I came in to pick them up. The people working seemed to be distracted by each other. Therefore it was probably the reason why they weren't ready.

The lady named Deb is great! Everytime she recognizes my husband she always puts spinach on my pizza cause she knows I always get spinach on it, so if I ever forget she remembers for me! Always a great experience going there!

On 8/15, my wife and I were going home from a day out when we decided to call ahead for a carry out pizza. When we arrived I told him my name and what i ordered. The guy working was very rude and absolutely has no customer service skills. This guy also doesnt know how to make pizzas either, he just threw my ingredients on my pizza without spreading them out. Sloppily wrapped with plastic wrap, leaving out cooking instructions. I was there on 8/15 around 7:30pm.
