I can't say enough about the quality of care I received yesterday from the moment I walked in the door of this lovely office. I was immediately greeted warmly by the professionals at the check-in desk. I was then promptly introduced to Mary who assisted Dr. Ebben throughout my procedure. My anxiety was met with compassion and understanding. The procedure was painless and was over before I knew it! I truly wish every medical office offered the level of excellence that I experienced with Madison Oral Surgery and Dental Implants.

I broke a crowned tooth at the gum line The tooth could not be saved. I was referred to Madison Oral Surgery by muy local dentist. The Dentist was friendly and caring. It was practically pain free after the initial numbing. I the procedure went quickly and professionally. The wound healed beautifully. I highly recommend them.

I had to get an erupted, broken wisdom tooth removed and today was the day I was dreading. I panicked and researched all weekend and had so many worries that I wouldn’t get numbed enough, they wouldn’t be able to remove it, what if I have to be put to sleep(I have a deep fear of being out to sleep), I had many questions. Dr. Reiland was very calm, understanding, and patient as I sat in tears out of fear. He walked me through everything that was going to be done and talk to me through the whole process which literally took less than a minute!! The longest part was checking in, waiting, and numbing. The shots caused a little discomfort but I did not feel a thing after! He’s truly amazing and super fast. If I need any future work done I’m going to him! Also l, his assistant Hannah was amazing. She’s very compassionate and she even got me a blanket to keep me comfortable. Great experience, great team, 5 stars isn’t enough.

While scheduling an appointment, the receptionist had patience and was able to throughly explain my coverage for my dental insurance as I have not had to use it before. They were very kind to me. I have never had any sort of surgery before so it was a little nerve wrecking before having my wisdom teeth removed. The office is very welcoming and the environment felt comfortable with all their plants. My nurse Tiffany L was wonderful!! She was able to calm my nerves before & after the surgery by talking to me like a person to person, yet professionally. When I had pain 2 weeks after, the office was able to get me in very quickly to check it out. Now a month later, I’m having pain(that is probably unrelated to the extraction) and nurse Mary talked to me over the phone reassuring, not in a rush to talk, and seemed like she cared about my concern. I believe most medical facilities have been understaffed and it’s been chaos for them for the past few years, but Madison Oral Surgery has succeeded my expectations! YOU ALL ARE DOING GREAT! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Everyone from office staff to doctors were knowledgeable, friendly, supportive, and helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to walk me through a pretty intense and scary procedure! Everything went so smoothly and the results are life changing! I would 100% trust the team at Madison Oral Surgery and Dental Implants for any other oral needs our family might have. A special shout out to Sandy in the business office and Doctors Reiland and Streff. They are truly masterful with what they do!

For someone who has High Anxiety over going to a Dentist, Dr Hoyer and his assistant Tiffany were absolutely incredible! I asked to put some music on while getting numbed up and they did just that.. put music on to occupy my brain instead of focusing on the dental work. I was in and out in under 45 mins. By far the best experience I have experienced!
