I was a little confused at first on how to pay the invoice, but luckily I figured it out. I have to say the best part was when I drove 2 hours one way to get my items and Gus and his crew were so very helpful! I did not expect the assistance I received and they did above and beyond in my eyes. Helped me load my items up and load my trailer. Along with that they were personable and made me feel super comfortable. Being a female I get a little nervous in new situations, but they immediately made me feel quite at home. Will I drive 2 hours again to pick something like this up? Probably not. Lol but not because of anything to do with Grafe.

My experience with Grafe auctions has been great. I have bought stuff from two other auction companies. Grafe is my third and hands down the best. The process is smooth, really fast and very fare. I love the quick closing with the 20 second windows. The men managing the auction site are very friendly and helpful. Dave at one of my auction sites was very protective of your items you bought. I had many items and could not pick them all up in one trip. It felt great knowing he would be protective of my items. I realized it is just the kind of man he is on or off the job. Congratulations to Grafe for having hi quality of employees.

I’m first time participating in the Grafe Auction. Over all great experience. The postings of the items is well done. Descriptions are accurate and the photos are complete. Grafe makes the checkout process easy. There are good choices for the pickup process. Times were available for weekend and weekday pickup. The staff at the pickup site were very helpful. They checked on me several times to see if all was going well. I had a question during pickup and texted a question to which they responded timely. I arrived on time and it took me 3 hours to break down and pack everything. Nothing critical to say about this operation. Thanks Judd for an overall great experience.

The process was easy to use. They don't have many in my area I buy alot of used restaurant items. There was a couple items that I purchased that weren't good and the auction company made it right. I was impressed with that. I definitely would bid with them again when they a sale within a reasonable driving distance for me.

I made an error and I got locked out and couldn't bid. I got it corrected and they were true to their word and unlocked my account so that I could bid on 5 different items and everything is going great. Will deal with them all the time.

Participated in the Riverside Red X auction and it was a fun auction. Communication was perfect, it was easy to pay and pickup my items. This was a great experience and I look forward to the next one.

I was astounded by the customer service with Grafe. I recently was a first time auction buyer, and was confused by some of the process in general. Grafe personally reached out to me and help me to understand and alleviate the concern and help me out. I feel Grafe went above and beyond with their customer service, and would gladly recommend them and use them again!
