Walking distance to the strip so that was very nice! We booked a suit and when we got there manager put us in a normal room, so we had to go back and tell him we didn't get the room we paid for. He tried to say it was booked by someone else, but after not backing down he finally gave us the room we were supposed to have. The air conditioner was broke so we asked for a box fan. We were happy he came up and installed a new air unit which was very nice. Loved the location. I crawl in bed at the end of a long day and feel something scratch my leg. Pulled the covers back and found a full toe nail clipping! And several strands of very dark long hair. The bedding has obviously not been changed since the last people were here, and that is absolutely disgusting and overules any of the good feelings I had for this place! We were unfortunately too tired and it was too late so we ended up just sleeping on the top of the comforter, and I always bring my own pillows and a blanket for this very reason. But the toe nail and the hair in the bed completely ruined it for me, we won't be going back here again.

The room was great! Exactly what was expected for the rate. Only reason it gets 4 stars out of 5 is for the dated heating and cooling system, without a thermostat and only a convector on the wall, you have to turn off the system manually rather then set a desired temperature and forget about it. Hands down still a wonderful place for the price, I will keep this one in mind for our next Dells trip.

I didn't expect much for the price but thought I received good value. Cable TV wasn't worked but the guy at the desk was diligent and eventually got it working. Nice to have a short walk to downtown.

If you don't mind leaving this place smelling like curry, stay here. The second you pull into the lot with your vehicle windows open- you will know what I mean. Empty office seems they don't care about being there, long face clerk seemed they do one a favor of showing up. Please don't bother stopping by.

The place is clean and the fridge works! (We paid double at Great Wolf Lodge and our fridge was not in service, we stayed 1 night so we didn't ask for more, but let the desk know before we hit the Waterpark for 4 hours and no one came to service it, so we let it be.) A fridge is a nicer convenience than one mat think for cold drinks, at the least. The room was clean, no frills but clean as was the bathroom. The woman at the front desk was kind & pleasant. I asked if a ground floor room was available and one was. Nice convenience and close to the car. We stayed 1 night after Great Wolf as we wanted one more day & night to explore Dells (brought my kids, as I've been here many times as a kid.) The motel was better than expected. Yes, no frills but a nice, clean, safe place to stay and we were able to get 5 tickets to Noah's Ark for $20/pp. Great deal, in the last 2 days the park is open. While it's not a "pretty" motel, or well known like Days Inn or Holiday Inn it was a nice stay. Oh! And more quiet than the pounding above our floor at Great Wolf. Nice place for kids, just walking distance from the actual strip. Save $5 from parking and walk to the strip. Stay here and save. Can't beat the nightly price and have the same experience as with any basic motel/hotel.

Great location walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops, activities, and more. Staff friendly and we had issues with our TV which they promptly fixed. Rooms were clean and had working air. Nothing super fancy, but decent condition. Only real issue was only given 2 towels and 1 hand towel when we were a group of 4
