I
heard
good
things
about
Wichos
Tacos
so
on
Cinco
de
Mayo,
we
decided
to
give
the
taco
restaurant
a
go.
I
looked
their
menu
up
on
the
internet
and
phoned
in
an
order
at
4pm
to
be
ready
by
5:15pm.
I
had
some
problems
placing
the
order.
The
price
seemed
a
little
high
for
the
food
we
ordered.
When
I
arrived
the
line
was
already
forming.
I
waited
for
a
few
minutes
to
get
service,
and
when
it
was
my
turn,
it
a
took
a
minute
for
them
to
figure
out
which
order
slip
was
mine
to
sign.
Then,
I
had
to
wait
for
my
order
which
I
had
phoned
in
to
be
ready
at
a
specific
time.
While
waiting,
I
saw
why
my
order
was
so
expensive.
They
had
placed
the
order
wrong.
I
had
ordered
a
dinner
which
was
three
fried
mashed
potato
tacos,
beans,
and
rice.
They
had
me
down
for
5
tacos.
I
got
back
in
line
to
rectify
the
situation.
In
the
meantime,
two
people
had
already
got
their
orders
and
left.
Finally,
I
got
back
up
to
the
front,
and
I
explained
the
situation.
I
asked
if
I
could
get
the
order
corrected
and
a
refund
for
the
difference.
They
gave
me
back
a
dollar
and
some
change.
That
still
seemed
off
so
I
asked
the
person
working
the
register
for
the
price
of
the
meal
ordered.
I
told
her
I
saw
a
menu
with
a
price
of
$8.25.
She
asked
me
what
menu
I
used.
I
told
her
it
was
one
posted
on
the
internet.
She
told
me
the
OFFICIAL
menu
was
on
Facebook.
Since
they
don't
have
a
website
and
multiple
sites
-
including
Facebook
-
with
multiple
menus
showed
up
in
a
Google
search,
how
is
one
supposed
to
know
that
Facebook
is
their
OFFICIAL
menu?
In
2020,
it's
rather
sad
that
a
business
doesn't
have
their
own
website.
I
asked
her
to
show
me
the
price
on
one
of
the
menus
in
the
restaurant.
She
could
not
produce
a
menu
with
the
price.
All
I
could
do
was
shake
my
head
and
let
it
go.
There
were
already
a
number
of
people
waiting.
Shortly
after
explaining
my
situation,
my
order
was
ready.
The
cook
double
checked
with
me
to
make
sure
we
had
everything.
I
was
finally
on
my
way.
I
was
upset
by
my
experience
so
I
called
to
talk
to
the
manager.
I
tried
three
different
days.
He
was
always
gone.
I
had
left
my
name
so
he
could
call
me.
I
wanted
to
let
him
know
that
I
really
did
enjoy
the
food,
but
the
service
left
something
to
be
desired.
I
also
wanted
him
to
know
that
not
everyone
uses
Facebook
and
with
all
the
different
information
out
there,
how
was
I
to
know
that
Facebook
had
the
OFFICIAL
menu.
I
called
a
friend
to
ask
her
to
look
up
the
menu
price
for
the
dinner
I
ordered.
It
apparently
did
not
come
in
a
dinner,
but
the
price
of
the
tacos
with
rice
and
beans
was
still
less
than
the
amount
they
charged
me.
I
realize
they
were
busy
especially
on
the
day
we
ordered.
However,
you
don't
just
brush
off
a
customer.
I
know
the
manager
didn't
know
me
by
name,
but
I
left
my
number
he
could
have
called.
I
may
or
may
not
give
them
a
second
chance.
We
took
a
chance
on
them
despite
really
enjoying
the
food
from
another
Huntley
establishment
who
specializes
in
tacos.
Maybe,
I
should
have
stuck
with
a
restaurant
that
I
had
had
in
the
past.
Feeling
brushed
off!
