    My drink was sooo poorly made. I drove 15 min, waited in line, paid $9 bucks just for my drink to be half empty. I will be going tomorrow to get a refund. I’m so incredibly disappointed.

    This is the SLOWEST location. I have tried several visits in a row and waited a ridiculous amount of time. On my last visit they were extremely busy. Two employees were working hard while two others seemed to do nothing.

    Slowest Starbucks ever!! You’ll end up waiting over 30 minutes for a latte placed an online order around 12:12 and I’m still waiting after 12:40! It’s not just like this on the weekends but the weekdays at all times and hours!! Insanely slow service! Better off drive 15 min up the road to the other location!

    No matter what Starbucks location I go to, none of them can ever seem to make my drinks right. I order one of the same two drinks every time. Every time it is made differently, and it’s not a drink that I add to or change. Both drinks are ordered just like Starbucks makes them. Maybe the employees should actually measure…? This time around I got the gingerbread latte. There was absolutely no cold foam on it. We kindly asked about it, and the guy at the window proceeded to argue about it (in a kind way that he probably didn’t even see as arguing honestly). He told us it would taste the same and to try it first. All he would do is pour more milk in it. There are more steps to cold foam than just pouring milk into a drink. Why can’t you just fix the drink when a customer ask? I’m not a difficult customer; I just expect things to be made the way Starbucks claims they will be. Needless to say, we just left without getting my drink fixed. And, no, it doesn’t taste the same without the cold foam. Drinking it with the cold foam really does make a difference. Here is an idea…don’t be lazy and do your job the right way…the first time. Then maybe you wouldn’t have to fix so many drinks.

    The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. This is one is the biggest Starbucks I’ve been to and it’s pretty clean for the most part.

    Forever disappointed that dispite charging 6-7 dollars one drink starbucks refuses to fill the cup to a decent amount when you put light ice. [The drink doesn't even have light ice]

    Great space to hangout. A lot of sitting room. Coffee was okay, ours didn’t made right at the first time, the barista didn’t hesitate to remake it when we told about it. Really a friendly staff.

    I came here..and my drink was wrong…I politely went inside and asked if it wasn’t too much trouble to be remade…the lady at the register decided that because I asked for it a certain way that it would taste watered down…I asked if water was put in as a substitute…she would t answer..I then explained that I get this same order all over Fort Worth…but it is only and I do mean only when I come to this location do I ever have an issue with my order….every other time I legit let it go..and go on about my business…but this last time was the straw…so after I asked to have my drink remade..they made it of course..but this issue I had is the fact that the barista made it how she wanted to make it…versus how I ordered it…I not trying to make a big deals…but I work hard for the money I spend at this establishment…and to be treated like trash is very unsettling. I won’t even go into the other experiences I’ve had at this location..but they have never been good

    I work right by this location so I come here quite often, they always do a great job but one employee has really been sticking out to me - her names Emma and I’ve seen her a few times in the drive thru, but today really just solidified how much I appreciate her service. She’s always so sweet and kind, very genuine and gorgeous inside and out! I’ve seen her when she’s tired and not at 100%, and she’s just as great as when she’s at her best. I truly think she deserves all the appreciation in the world. Also, the drink she suggested was amazing. Thank you, Emma!

    Im not faulting the employees they were clearly trying their hardest but this location needs a second machine as it takes 30+ minutes to receive a coffee. I went inside for a quick coffee before my husbands doc appointment and now we are late. Several others were asking for refunds after 20 minutes

    Their espresso was very backed up. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my coffee, but it was worth the wait. I always love getting their Carmel Macchiato!

    We visited on Saturday for a croissant and a simple black cup of coffee and after a 20 minute wait and many people ordering after us and receiving their drinks and still no coffee for us, we had to leave or be at risk of being late to an event we were headed to. The establishment was too busy to talk with anyone about the said coffee and due to the busyness of the employees, we even left a nice tip. So we paid and tipped on a coffee we never got! We reached out through the “contact us” form and have yet to hear back or receive a refund for a drink we never received. We realize it may have been an off day and/or unusually busy but if you don’t have time to spare, I’d get my coffee elsewhere.

    Is there an option to do negative stars? This is the second time I have shopped at this location. I waited 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. And they couldn't even apologize. Horrible.

    Please DO NOT visit this establishment. I visit frequently but today was my last time going to this location. Upon getting my order no less than 12 gnats flew in my car on top of my food. I pulled around the corner and discovered that 2 made it into my drink and one on my food🤢🤮 I called and informed them and got told it wasn’t their fault but they were aware that they have an infestation. I had to wash my car and hair shortly after because I would keep finding them after thinking I killed them all. The cashier literally seen us swatting them in front of her. AVOID THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT BUGS IN YOUR FOOD‼️

    My daughter didn't know what she wanted and kept changing her mind and the staff was sososo patient with her and sweet to us. She even made us a second drink when my daughter decided she didn't like the first one. And jumped through all of the hoops to make our vist great, went above and beyond.

    If I could put a zero star I would have, disappointed with their service. I bought a medium macchiato for $5.90 and just so happened to look at my statement and there is a charge for $10.90. I talked to the supervisor on shift and was told that it could have been a mistake. NO IT WAS NOT SOMEONE TIPPED THEMSELVES $5 WITHOUT MY CONSENT. Watch out when you use your card and dont get a receipt. Going back to 151 Coffee.

    The drink was absolutely delicious for my first time trying it! But one problem is that the table was kind of messy, I have to swipe the crumbs off the table, then again good music taste and great service

    I just tried to order from the drive thru. I was in line before 8pm. The car in front of me took a few minutes to place their order. When I pulled forward, the employee said it was after 8pm so I couldn't order, even though I had been in line. This is lazy and unprofessional.

    Love my Starbucks but this employees most of them girls had an attitude every time we ask for something. The dive-in or mobile orders take more than 15 mins to get it done. I love this location but sometimes I think it twice.

    We ordered a Treinta Mango Dragon Fruit. They didn’t tell us they were going to make it different until we were at the window paying. It doesn’t taste like the Mango Dragon Fruit at all.
