One of the best neighborhood bars you'll stumble upon! Todd is a class act and treats every patron like family. The drinks are made with pride and always taste incredible. Dark, cozy space with a bar, tables and sofa & chairs.

Perhaps the best bourbon experience I've ever had at a bar. Incredible bourbon list and pretty decent pricing. The opportunity to try so many unicorns in a flight was awesome and the bartender was super knowledgeable and we talked bourbon shop all night. So glad we found this bar on a work trip!!!?

Cozy place, with a great selection of Bourbon as well as many other spirits. It doesn't hurt that the bartender, Ryan, is just as enthusiastic as my wife and I are when it comes to bourbon which made for a great conversation.

Best bourbon bar in Akron, with over 300 kinds on the shelves, the only one in Ohio accredited by the Bourbon Trail. The bartender, Erica is a double certified executive bourbon steward, and happily shares her enthusiasm and knowledge of bourbons and whiskies with her patrons. It's strange to be excited about spending time in a bar but, with so many choices, this is a place where that comes easily. The tasting flights are priced from very to barely affordable, with each set giving new experiences to discover. Great place to learn and enjoy what whiskey (and other drinks) have to offer.

Erica was great and one of the most knowledgeable bartenders I've ever known when it comes to bourbon. Ask her for recommendations. Impressive selection here. Did not try the food selections during our visit ... just bourbon!

Erica is the best bartender around. Friendly, smart, can make just about anything if she has the stuff - even drinks that don't exist (maple cream stick bourbon goodness with crushed pretzel rim)

This is the best place in the neighborhood for cocktails, there's no discussion. An amazing selection of whiskey, bourbon, scotch, and hard to find spirits. South Point has an atmosphere unlike any place in the area! Go see Mycal and Anna!! They're cool as hell! Very knowledgeable and full of recommendations!! Love this place!

I love this place! Jordan is an amazing bartender and person in general. He makes a point to personally get to know every patron who comes in. He makes the best drinks and convinced me that even gin can taste good if you know how to dress it up. He truly knows his stuff and I highly recommend this place to any and everyone. It is definitely my new favorite tavern. Oh and ladies make it a point to check out the artwork in the restroom.

One of my favorite cocktail bars ever. Update: 2023, still one of my favorite bars, but the price on some of the rare and hard to find whiskies is steep. And while that may be justified, it's definitely why some of the whiskies on the list are still there on the shelf.

Relaxing & chill environment. Strong drinks. So far the best bar I've been to in Akron that isn't swarming with boomers or hoodlums.

Kurt welcomed me in and was patient with me for knowing nothing about good whiskey or cocktails. He could have gotten impatient as it was busy, but he took his time to help me find what I wanted and taught me what to look for. “Gelato” mixed drink was a highlight.
