This afternoon I stopped in their drive thru. The attending employee was so prompt and polite. While I was waiting on my food I saw/heard what I assume was their manager on the phone with a customer. I have no clue what the customer was upset about, but I did hear the manager handling the situation with respect while still maintaining professional boundaries. It was so good to see (not that I would want any service worker to be abused). The manager was so respectful and you could tell he genuinely wanted to make the situation right. Then, when the attending employee came back with my pizza, they asked if I needed anything else. Right as I was about to drive off, they NOTICED me talking to my kid in the back seat. They stopped me and asked if I wanted some cookies. I was surprised but I said sure (I didn’t even know they had these). They brought the exact number of cookie packs I needed and said “I didn’t notice the kid before.” Like, how sweet and thoughtful. I was so pleasantly surprised. Y’all are doing it right over there guys, for real. Plus, the pizza was SO good and made perfectly. 10/10 recommend.

Staff was fast and so helpful. Food was hot and fresh and generous toppings and decent amount of cheese and these pizzas were from the hot-n-ready box. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was and they let us go through the drive through with a trailer.

It was okay. They must be having a pepperoni shortage. I wanted the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza but I got just a regular pepperoni pizza. Also they over cooked my cheese bread. But still ate it.

Picked up order from drive through. I was early, so I had to park out front and await my food to brought to me. Food was pipping hot, like I like it, and the jalapenos were fresh. That dipping sauce for the cheese bread, OMG!

Customer service was good. Phone answered quickly, pizza was lightly cooked but still cooked thoroughly. Supreme pizza was great, toppings were fresh and not soggy, dough was cooked but not burnt or chewy. Sauce was perfect. Plus drive thru is incredibly convenient. Will definitely visit again.

New location is top notch! Got to get my pizza in the drive through, and honestly, that's all I've ever wanted. Staff was friendly and quick. Was probably the best pizza I have had from little cesars!

I ordered an extra most pepperoni pizza and crazy bread with crazy sauce.....The crazy sauce was the only thing with flavor. The pizza and crazy bread were flavorless. There was no extra pepperoni, extra cheese was globbed in the middle, very light sauce. Perfunctorily execution at best. The bake was odd....play-doh consistency on the crazy bread and stale thick cracker on the pizza, doughy color, thoroughly unappetizing.Little Caesar's used to be good, consistent and flavorful and economical....it was so bad I tossed it and ordered Domino's....I have been a Little Caesar's customer for 30 years. This is the last time I order it in Lake Charles.....too expensive and disappointing..... it's a shame.

New one located on Prien Lake is never busy when I go. Last time I ordered on the app then used their drive-through for pick up.
