    I wish i could give this place negative stars!!! Horrible place to live. The water was constantly being shut off to the entire complex causing my daughter to have to miss several days of work. Our electricity was shut off for 3 days because the apartment complex did not report the entergy account to the billing office to take it out of their name so we had to set up an entire account all over again all of the food in the refrigerator and freezer we just bought was ruined. There is mold growing in the cabinets, and the air quality inside the apartment is poor. We constantly had headaches, severe fatigue, and coughing. The pool was closed mist of the summer, and the covered parking we paid for was just a metal structure with no roof on it, so it wasn't covered at all. My daughter was constantly harassed by some of the male tenants near our apartment, making her feel very unsafe. The dog park grass stayed overgrown and we could never take the dogs in it to potty or play. Calls and messages left many times went unanswered and not returned but if the rent was a day late they were calling and knocking on the doors. We have pictures of everything including the mold. We finally moved out after a few months of living there and upon moving we found out the new electricity account we set up and reported the new account number to the office, was not given to the billing office yet again to be taken out of the apartments name, so it was scheduled again to be disconnected. This place is a horrible place to live. Do not move here if you want to have a peaceful, safe, healthy environment for you, your family, and your fur babies.

    The apartment was supposed to be ready September 25 but I chose the 30th to move in. Moving in, I had paint cans all over the floor from the flooring people. The floor wasn't dried as the glue was seeping out as I was walking on the floor. There are small roaches everywhere. On the carpet and walls wven before i put food in the fridge. The flooring underneath the tile is not level and has soft spots. There was a leak in the toilet spilling water on the floor as you flush. The garbage disposal didn't work. The kitchen sink was backed up. The bathtub wasn't draining so I plunged it and all sorts of hair, debris, and a film came out and coated the bathtub. The dishwasher is throwing old food and debris all over dishes that had nothing on them going in. The entrance was also so narrow I had to put my couch and chair in through the 2nd floor sliding glass door and over the balcony. Also, my trash hasn't been being picked up from my front door balcony since I moved in. The carpet also had a few stains on it. This is the absolute worst move in experience I've ever had for the price I'm paying.

    From the initial visit to the time we moved in, has been wonderful. The Management is kind and courteous. She has always been available to help and has a positive attitude. We would just like to say Thank You for making our move a great experience.

    Work order request were quickly taken care of within 24 hours of request. Staff were nice and friendly. Pay online was convenient, I did not like the $10 charge for online pay, So I paid with money orders. I loved the apartment and plan to renew my lease.

    Me and my Dad have lived here for over a year now. The staff is always respectful, polite, genuine, and caring. From the managers down to the matiance workers. When we needed something worked on they are their to fix it in 24 to 48 hours. We have no complaints. I would recommend to anyone to check out the apartments.

    Staff is very helpful and friendly and if you need something done all you got to do is go to the office and let them know and they own it I'm very happy and pleased to be here have a blessed day

    Application process was so smooth and simple. Friendly staff and neighbors. Safe neighborhood and clean. All around wonderful experience. My apartment is clean and nice. It’s really beautiful and spacious

    Great place to live! I’ve been here for a year and have nothing but praise for the new company! They communicate with their tenants, maintenance request are completed in a timely manner, and the new property improvements are great!
