The Southlake Pizza Hut delivers Super Fast and the pizza is always hot and perfectly made. Great service, and very courteous workers that make sure your pizza is made fast and with plenty of toppings.

always timely delivery, they have never messed up my order. it is hard to be properly staffed in a post-covid world and this Pizza Hut location is somehow operating great! No complaints!

Every single time I order delivery from Pizza Hut at this location I get the same delivery driver who immediately as I open the door is hostile and aggressively angry. The first time I figured we all go through bad days but now after the 3rd time of ordering and getting him, I am done ordering from Pizza Hut unfortunately. Having someone be that angry and forward coming to my home which is very personal, is a major safety concern. I do contactless delivery and he still knocks and waits at the door despite me leaving the cash tip on the door mat. When I open the door he immediately comments on the amount I tip for living in a large home. Which i tip based on a 20% percentage the app recommends me to, in cash every time. Being too uncomfortable to respond to that comment, he then proceeds to say my property is hard to find and difficult to get to every time because it’s gated property which I leave delivery instructions always on my profile with the gate code and my cell number to call if there’s any questions or issues. I don’t know what this guys problem is but his hostility is the reason I just would rather take my business absolutely anywhere else.

Let the buyer beware. This is a franchise store, not a corporate operated store. I say this for several reasons. The owner of this store doesn't care about you or resolving any issues you may have with your purchase. The Pizza Hut corporate office does very little to resolve issues for this store. This store doesn't participate in corporates marketing and rarely makes pizzas the way a corporates owned store would. They are a franchise in name and product offerings they sell only. If you buy from them, keep your expectations low and you won't be disappointed. You've been warned.

After frequenting near here, I know that this location is very inconsistent. One day you might get a decent pizza and the next it could be one of the worst you have ever had. For my final experience here, I ordered a large cheese pizza (simple right?) and received the greasiest I have ever had. It took seven paper towels to pat it down to an edible state, but—at that point—I had already lost my appetite.

On time, good amount of toppings and sauce tastes great. This Location consistently good

The thin and crispy pizza with light cheese and sauce, and pepperoni, onions, and bell peppers was the best one they ever made! I get this one every time and this one was the best !

red onions are not the best onion for pizza - they are thin and often over cook and or burn - yellow or white onion chopped large would provide more onion flavor

The coworkers that I shared the supreme pizza said that it was the best that they have had in a long time. We were impressed with amount of toppings

The pizza and wings were ready at the stated time and made correctly. All three toppings on the pizza were spread evenly over it and it was cooked exactly right. In addition to the food being good, the employees were friendly and efficient.

I live out-of-state and planned an event for 120 people in Southlake. The staff were so helpful and kind. They were easy to work with, gave great recommendations, and helped make it a smooth process. The pizza arrived, just as ordered, and it was a great experience throughout the process. Everyone was fed, happy, and I appreciate the great service!

Takes over 45 minutes to get pizza delivered to your house once they leave the store. I only live 10 minutes or less from the restaurant. This is the second time this has happened. I should have the driver tip refunded.

I ordered traditional bone in wings and was given boneless. Seems careless.
