This gym is badly in need of update, repair and attention. Half the machines are broken and don't work properly. The owners obviously have made no investment in equipment upkeep, service or repair. Its dirty, poorly lit. This could be a premiere club easily. good location wasted.

I’ve worked at gyms and been a member to many. This facility is by far my favorite. Great equipment. Great environment. And the owner is always keeping the gym updated and clean. Defiantly worth joining!!

Moved to the area and gave this gym a try. Personally, I think there are much better options out there if you are more advanced in the gym but it can get the job done for your regular gym-goer. It has all the essentials you would expect at a gym, but it is a very small facility. If you want to avoid the packed, typical commercial gym experience than this place could work for you. 24/7 access to members. There are a few squat racks, an assortment of machines, and a station with various cable attachments for rows, triceps, lat pull downs, etc. My only knocks on the gym are that it seemed slightly unmaintained, it definitely could use a better cleaning crew (at the end of the day it is a gym though), and the dumbbell area was small / only went up to 100 lbs (not a big deal for most people). Pros: 24/7, non-commercial, never packed, has all the essentials and plenty of cardio equipment. Cons: Very small facility, small dumbbell area with limited weight, could be maintained better overall, could use some equipment upgrading and TLC.

The negative reviews from “John” and “Mark” aren’t even members of the gym, and one had their membership revoked for continuing to let people in who weren’t members. Leaving negative reviews just because you don’t like and/or have beef w/ the owners is childish. So here’s my long overdue great review for the place I called home for nearly 2 years! The ONLY reason I don’t go anymore is because I moved out of state. Lulu is literally always there there during the day training clients & Ed is there when he’s not working as a realtor. They also have someone that comes and cleans every week. Paper-towels and sanitizer everywhere to clean up after yourself. It’s a small gym, so no front desk staff like a chain gym. It has all the equipment you need. Like any other gym, yes, equipment breaks. Especially when you have kids (who are now kicked out) that don’t care for the equipment and bring non-members in who also don’t take care of anything. On top of that, it’s really affordable too. 24/7 access, good cardio equipment. There’s also a dude who looks like baker mayfield and this guy that does crazy obstacle course training workouts. Pretty interesting place. 10/10 recommend.

Great locally owned, 24 hour gym. Been a member for 10+ years and absolutely love this place and the people who go there.

Gym has all the equipment you need plus more. They have amazing trainers if in need of one! I was able to lose all my baby weight plus some. The gym is friendly and helpful. The owner is kind and is always quick to help. It's even better that it is open 24/7. So grateful I found this gym. It has been the best gym I have gone to with great people! Picture ft my trainer

Love this gym! It has everything you need for all fitness levels. The owner is friendly and the location is perfect! I have been a member since moving to Texas 6 years ago and could not be happier. I highly recommend Performant Fitness!

I have been going there for about 4 years. They have everything I need. My only complaint is that two of the tread mills have not always worked but Ed responds to my complaints. Recently installed two new ones. I have been working out with my fitness trainer Janae Lafleur for about 9 months and she is the best. There are complaints some about no one in management there all the time. Hey it is a 24 hr fitness club. That is the norm. I work out there 5 days a week and it is almost always busy

Love this gym I have been going here for 2 years now and will continue on going. My trainer Lu is amazing always helpful and great pushing you to accomplish your goals. Ed is very helpful too if u need help with anything just ask don't be shy .

Good variety of equipment for all workout styles, clean facilities and better people. Highly recommend!
