We have come here for toddler time on Fridays and have only experienced the outside pool. My littles get so excited to come here and really enjoy this pool. The weather has been so hot so this has been great. There is also a splash area and quite a few covered seating areas which is nice. Hope to continue coming with the kids :)

Edit: I was a member for over ten years. I finally got tired of the weekend birthday party crowds, the muscle heads dropping weights and breaking equipment, and the brain-dead Conservatives with their Fox "News" and One America lies. Most of the time, the earnest staff was too busy to change the channel from lies. I will miss seeing families and children, but I have a better experience at a commercial gym for one third the price!

Overall not a bad place yet it could be much better. The gym lacks amenities that are the norm in sport facilities such as sauna and state of the art machines. It gets extemely busy at times for the size and it might be a challenge to organize a fluid workout due to the machines being taken. The bathrooms are often missing important items in time of a pandemic such as soap and for some reason the organization appears uncapable of enforcing basic rules such as not having kids walk wet and barefoot from the pool to the lockers, causing the locker’s floor being wet, dirty and slippery during busy pool times. Other than that, if you go during non busy times, it’s possible to get a good workout and the personnel is always very nice and prompt, in a facility that was recently upgraded.

I’m so happy I found this place when searching for somewhere to host our daughter’s 7th birthday! We had a party of about 30 kids and roughly 20 parents. This place was easy to book and their birthday package included your choice of theme, decorations, waters for the kids, cupcakes, ice creams, all utensils, trash bags, party favor bags and 3 wonderful party hosts! I love the facts that there was a splash pad for the younger kids, playground in the pool for the larger kids, lazy river and 3 large slides (parent’s favorite 😄)! Also, plenty of attentive lifeguards on duty which was wonderful! Very clean facility with plenty of covered seating. We will definitely be back!! Thank you to the staff for hosting a great party! We are very pleased.

Thank you Keller point for the ridiculous 30 day written notice to cancel my membership, you made it easy for me to say never again ! Plus a $60 admin fee with an extra monthly fee and the extra month fee I paid at the beginning. Also if I don't agree to your terms you will not cancel my membership. If your reading this and thinking of joining, ask to see the written form to cancel a membership. These fees should be told to perspective members at sign up. All I want is to be able to cancel my membership effective on the day I ask to cancel my membership, and why do you require me to show up in person to cancel and agree to your terms. If others feel the same as me please post a review, perhaps Keller point will get the point ... P.S. the pool chlorine smell will leave you feeling sick the rest of the day.

A really nice facility. It's nice having the indoor pool for days when you don't want to be out in the sun all day. The lifeguards are really attentive and are always completely focused on watching the pool. The gym is maintained nicely with plenty of equipment and the indoor track is perfect for hot days. The kids enjoy the pool and the camps offered. The only suggestion I would make would be to have the pool open earlier or stay open later until 8 during the week.

The Keller Pointe has all of the amenities I need to workout. It is a clean gym that provides a lot of options for my family. I used to work out downstairs in the weight room, but management has decided to pack that area with so much equipment that I can barely walk through the area. It has too much equipment and benches for such a small area. I get a few dumbbells and head upstairs to the walking track now.

First of all I’m 14 and I’ve been lifting for about 2 years now and 3 of my friends and his dad went to work out and we go back not even 2 minutes in we get kicked out they say we can’t workout even though my friends dad was right there standing not even 5 feet next to us my family has been members for about 4 years now and the rules have still not changed it’s straight up ridiculous you guys should make a waiver for our parents to sign so they won’t sue and we can workout and get healthy and I want to say there are about 4 girls that go there sometimes and they go to our school they are also 14 with no parent you guys are gonna let girls in with no parent but not let us in with a parent the girl at the front with blonde hair is so annoying she literally runs back and tells us to leave the Keller pointe is the worst place to go anybody that sees this that’s under 16 don’t go to the Keller pointe

l LOVE this place. I haven't seen the gym yet ( my dad likes it, tho) , but the daycare is so fun! Toys for everyone and the Waterpark is amazing! The slides are super exciting, and everything is clean😆😆😆😆 there's also a basketball court, a track , a karate class ( 0 clue about it), and lastly, next to the pool is a splash pad outside and in side a professional pool you know the ones for sports n stuff but gosh it's outstanding 😀😄😁😆😂🤣🙂🙃🫠🙃🙂😃😃😄😄😁🤣😂

The Keller Pointe has become our family's go-to place for summer fun and fitness! With two energetic kiddos aged 9 and 10, this facility has exceeded our expectations in every way. The range of activities and amenities they offer, along with their outstanding staff, make it an outstanding destination for families. First and foremost, the pools are a big hit with our children. They absolutely adore spending their summer days splashing around in the refreshing waters. The pool area is well-maintained, clean, and provides a safe environment for the kids to have a blast. There's nothing more satisfying as a parent than seeing your little ones genuinely enjoy themselves, and The Keller Pointe delivers on that front. In addition to the pools, the summer camps offered here have been a godsend for us. The variety of programs and activities available keep our children engaged and excited throughout the summer break. It's not just about the fun they have, but also the valuable life skills they learn through interactive sessions and group activities. We can rest assured knowing that our kids are in capable hands while having the time of their lives. One of the standout features of The Keller Pointe is the basketball courts. As a family that enjoys sports, having well-maintained courts to play on is a huge bonus. While our kids shoot hoops and engage in friendly competitions, I take advantage of the top-notch fitness facilities available. It's incredibly convenient to be able to get a great workout while my children are enjoying themselves nearby. This way, we all get to engage in activities we love and spend quality time together. Moreover, I want to give a special shoutout to Jessica, a familiar face we often see out in the community. Her dedication to making a positive impact is truly commendable. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels welcome and included at The Keller Pointe. It's these personal touches that make the facility feel like a close-knit community rather than just another recreational center. In summary, The Keller Pointe has become an integral part of our family's summer routine. The pools, summer camps, and basketball courts provide endless entertainment for our kids, while the excellent fitness facilities allow me to stay active. The presence of caring staff members like Jessica adds an extra layer of warmth and friendliness to the experience. We highly recommend The Keller Pointe to anyone looking for a family-friendly facility that combines fun, fitness, and community spirit. We LOVE Keller, TX & We LOVE The Keller Pointe!

As a gym, this is the worst facility I’ve ever held a membership with. The teens at the front desk don’t even check if you’ve signed in. Half the lockers do not work. The parking lot is packed with public swimmers during the summer months. 1/3rd of the indoor swim lanes are closed for swim lessons most of the time. The inside track is short and poorly designed. The basketball courts are packed 24/7. They only have 1 workout machine for the most popular muscle groups.

This isn't the best gym I've ever been to, but it may be the best for the price! Keller residents get a discount; there are both indoor and outdoor pools; childcare for 2 hours is only $1.50 to $2.00 during specific hours; and there are numerous other perks to membership. Right now, it is only $10 for a day pass. So, if you're not sure based on the website, I would strongly encourage you to come try it out for a workout!

My daughter and Son in Law had the sons 1st Birthday party there ... Keller Pointe was so nice and had so much fun with family and friends but as far as for the the price of the $250 for an hour and you get 2 pizzas and cupcakes that you don't even get communicated with about the colors and they come dark blue and red for a 1 yr. old is not acceptable ... Communication is the key people ... Don't just take it upon yourselves to choose what you want ... Other than that had a great time... Thank you ...

We have hosted our boys' birthdays at Keller Pointe for four years. They make it very easy! I bring my own pizza and drinks, and they handle the rest. Everyone that attends the party gets to enjoy the water park all day. Usually we have AWESOME workers that host the party. This year, the guy didn't know what he was doing.

The middle aged lady at the front desk working on 10/12/23 is extremely rude. She must have forgotten her coffee this morning. My daughter and her friend( member) came to practice volleyball. After my daughter paid the day pass rate and her friend checked in, they were denied a volleyball to practice. They were told they don’t have ID, so they can’t get a volleyball. However, they were allowed a basketball. When I spoke to the younger man at the front desk, who was very polite, he explained a member is able to use the volleyball but a non member is not without an ID. I explained to him that the friend was a member. He then allowed them to have a volleyball. This place is insane with the rules that only apply on certain days when certain people work. Very poorly managed. This is one of the main reasons we cancelled our membership.

Nice pools but the general service is not very good. Understaffed at pool entrance office leads to LONG lines even when trying to enter as a member.

Great facilities! Booked my child's party there. Decor was fantastic, so was the attendant. But they kicked us out of the party room BEFORE even serving the pizza. The pizza order was delay because they ordered it for AFTER our party room blockout time. Big disappointment as I had nothing to feed my guests except cupcakes.

I have come a few times for Friday Tot Swim . It is quite busy. I greatly dislike that there are no lockers around the outdoor pool area. You either have to lock your valuables in the car, leave them sitting by the pool, or go inside the rec center, lock them there and come back out to the pool. Not very convenient. Not sure if other days/times would be less busy for swimming. Might be worth a try. The pools themselves are nice. Very clean

1:50 pm Wednesday June 28 2023 I have been coming here since 2004 the people that work here and the management are a dumpster fire, I hope one day that will change! It’s really unfortunate because the Keller point has always had potential and that’s my biggest issue here.

😠 On Saturday August 12th 2023, I was robbed at La Fitness Keller. Someone cut the locks off the lockers and stole phones and wallets. I was appalled at the total lack of concern from the personnel at LA Fitness. It was like 'Oh well bad break'. I had to contact the police myself and fill out my own...
