Managers here are always yelling about when people need to take breaks? Why? and the mangers always seem stressed and ready to burst but it’s hardly busy. At least no busier then any other Starbucks. Starbucks is supposed to be a cool calm vibe. You always know you are going to get taken care of. Slow is smooth and smooth is fast. The about to bust vibe sucks.

When someone gets the same drink everyday, expect them to know what it should taste like. When they let you know something is wrong, being rude and letting them know that “she is a really good barista” and turning your back on them doesn’t keep people coming back. 151 just gained a customer.

Newky rennovated (downgraded) shop compared with other locations. 1. Only 1 cashier - prepare for 10 ~ 20 mi s for in-store order (happened to me twice already for just simple tall Americanas) 2. Tables are classroom setup with 4~6 5 seats per side - prepare for sharing tables with strangers (my friends and I are like at contract negotiation) 3. Mixed orders frequently 4. Pre-made food and snacks are gone. They'd take it from the backroom (kitchen?) Nice staff but always in anxiety since the reopen. Not recommended for any occasion... sadly

Maria is such a pleasure to interact with in the drive through. I think I remember her first few days on the job and am so happy she has continued to be a part of the Starbucks team. She is always friendly, very thoughtful, and a great person to help start my morning.

This Starbucks is very consistent. The baristas are friendly, professional, and always follow recipes to a T, unlike most other locations.

I enjoy this location a bit more compared to the one across the highway, but I will say the (very nice) staff has difficulty following a lot of simple modifications or requests, such as getting some napkins-theyll give you one, when you ask for a bit more they give you an additional singular napkin and make you the bad guy for politely asking for more for the third time. Yes i have experinced this on multiple occasions. Very odd.

I guess when you order a carafe it takes a back seat to everything else. Waiting for 40 minutes while they blatantly ignore my order that’s just sitting there. Oh and god forbid you say anything as a customer asking how long is it gonna take. They will be all nice to you but its obvious they mess with you if you complain. Ordered at 10:15. Still haven’t gotten my coffee.

I’m not sure why all the low reviews, every place has off days, but this was the best Starbucks staff and experience I have had. The team working today was so kind and professional and my drink is great.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. This might as well become a drive though ONLY service location. People behind the counter ignore inside customers over handling drive through business. The people that do service the counter will ignore you completely until they are ready. I waited fifteen minutes in line to be told they have no coffee because their brewer ‘broke.” Attentive service is a missing attribute. Time to short sell Starbucks stock.

Took quite a while for our two regular coffees and a hot chocolate ...but the pla e was very busy.

Horrible experience with Jeanie (I believe is her name). Horribly rude. I will NEVER go back to this place because of her. Her service and attitude made me absolutely livid. This woman needs to be fired. I have never been treated so badly in Starbucks before.

Starbucks is popular because of the amount of locations and the consistency customers can expect. This location holds true to that. It’s consistent. It’s convenient.

Nice little Starbucks. While off the main street a little tucked in. Parking lot isn't big but nice service inside.

It took 25 minutes to get a Pike Coffee after I ordered in person this morning. (And I only recieved my order after calling it to someone's attention). Some people have to work.

They have great customer service. And they keep the place clean and safe.

My least favorite Starbucks. Whe. I go to a coffee house, I want it to be warm & inviting, this one is not that. Slow service inside.

Location is great. That's it's strength. Right in Town Center. Everything else is Starbucks standard. Great. Would have given 5 star, if they kept the place a little more cleaner. They have enough crowd not to worry may be.

I came in the morning after my doctor appointment.The drive-thru was a little hard to find but once I found it, it was smooth sailing from there. I have to give kudos to the woman at the drive thru window. She was very kind & personable and provided amazing customer service. The coffee was perfect and the breakfast sandwich was hot, fresh & delicious. Thank you!!

Everyone made sure to go over the order multiple times so there order wouldn’t be a mistake. They were really nice, and felt like a whole different Starbucks

Occassion - study, coffee, alone time. Pros - friendly staff, lots of staff. Great vibe. Awesome people. Safe. Lots of merchandise. Good management. Busy but not to crazy! Cons - AC is occasionally pumped very high. Bottomline - this spot is better than branch in Southlake town square.

Fresh and tasty coffee, layout of drive thru is a little odd but they were kind and courteous. Also, they seemed to be following CDC guidelines and wore mask. Update>> they seem to have issues staying open lately, they are either closed or understaffed most days.
