This Starbucks is either a hit or miss. It’s the closest one by my house and sometimes the staff are rude and off putting and other times they’re nice and the service is fast and great.

What an incredible way to start my morning with Mrs. Wendy at the window!! She’s a golden employee!! Don’t let this one go!!! I’m from austin and this customer service is just superb, thanks Wendy, you’re an amazing person!!!

One coffee was great, the other was a bit off. Usually their coffee is on par. I think it was a one-time thing. The staff was friendly.

It's Starbucks - there really isn't anything else to say. Jason, however, is a true gem! He is so kind, friendly, and professional during every visit! Thanks, Jason, for being a bright spot during my mornings!

I told the young lady I like to redeem my rewards. She said it’s ok. But after scan my phone she told me I charged you. Didn’t use my rewards. No excuse! Noe explained! She is not a professional. Also my drink is to light , no sweet. Too many new people working at this place.

I placed a mobile order incorrectly and the team fixed it so wonderfully! All positive attitudes for a mistake on my end. Many thanks to the gracious team here during the busiest time of year!!

This is One of the best Starbucks we went to. The staff were very kind even before 15 minutes of closing time. They served with plenty of patience, we are actually new to this town and received great service from this Starbucks. So hats off for the great service. Good work team Keep it up.

We were absolutely blown away by the customer service we received at this location. Addie was very attentive and kind! She let us sample one of the sandwiches that we have never had and it ended up tasting amazing. She made sure to greet guests as they were coming in and leaving. We will definitely be back!

Update: the normal workers offset this really bad experience. They are great and it brings a smile to my face when I see them. Usually you guys are good. But whoever was in charge of the mobile orders today should maybe get better training. Saw 4 people who had to get their drinks redone because she kept making them out of order. And she made my frozen drink first then I waited 20min for my other drink. So by the time I got my other drink the frozen drink had melted....

Great place to study. They have a bigger cafe than other Starbucks locations do. Many, many places to sit and work. Large outdoor seating as well.
