I
went
shopping
there
beginning
of
August.
I
was
having
casual
conversation
with
the
sales
associate
at
checkout
and
did
not
notice
she
rang
me
up
for
a
pair
of
40.00
sweatpants
that
I
didn’t
purchase,
nor
receive.
I
took
my
receipt
back
into
the
store.
Spoke
with
supervisor
Kevin
(who
took
20
minutes
to
come
to
the
register)
about
the
situation.
He
was
beyond
rude!
Said
he’d
look
into
it.
I
asked
when
I
could
expect
to
hear
back.
He
said
“I
don’t
know”.
I
said
“can
I
have
a
roundabout
timeframe”.
He
said
“it
won’t
be
today”
and
walked
his
arrogant
self
away!
Now
I
can
assure
you
I
have
no
reason
to
lie
about
a
40.00
pair
of
sweatpants
to
try
and
get
over
on
Nordstrom
Rack
and
I
can
assure
you
it
won’t
hurt
Nordstrom
Rack
to
do
the
right
thing
and
reimburse
me
for
their
employees
error.
