We
went
for
my
niece's
birthday
because
we
planned
a
trip
to
SkyZone
which
is
down
the
street.
We
didn't
know
how
the
conditions
were
going
to
be
on
the
road
because
usually
it
snows
during
Thanksgiving
here,
so
that's
why
we
got
a
room.
Before
arriving,
I
was
told
that
I
could
hold
the
room
on
a
card,
but
pay
in
cash.
When
checking
in,
I
was
told
different.
The
front
desk
clerk
was
very
snobby
towards
us.
She
said
that
our
rooms
weren't
ready,
&
they
wouldn't
be
near
each
other.
After
booking
the
room,
I
called
the
hotel
&
asked
for
our
rooms
to
be
near
each
other
&
was
told
that
they
would
be.
Then
was
told
while
checking
in
that
we
couldn't
due
to
being
overbooked.
We
asked
while
checking
in,
could
we
have
a
late
check
out,
we
were
told
that
we
couldn't
because
they
have
to
get
the
rooms
ready
for
the
people
who
are
coming
after
us.
But
how
is
that
possible
if
when
we
showed
up
to
check
in
our
rooms
weren't
even
ready?...The
1
room
they
had
ready
at
the
time
we
all
went
to,
I
booked
3
rooms..
they
finally
gave
us
the
2nd
room,
then
the
3rd.
When
we
got
the
3rd
room,
the
heat
wasn't
working.
Then
we
were
told
we'd
have
to
wait
because
there
wasn't
any
other
rooms
available,
saying
they
were
all
sold
out.
All
of
this
was
told
by
one
individual.
When
her
"shift"
was
over,
the
staff
after
her
were
more
accommodating.
They
helped
us
get
another
room,
helped
with
the
late
check
out
&
apologized
for
any
inconvenience
that
occurred.
The
pool
area
bathroom
had
ants
really
bad.
We
informed
the
front
desk
agent.
The
breakfast
staff
was
rude.
When
saying
excuse
me
to
the
lady
she
kept
walking
past
as
if
she
didn't
hear
me,
when
she
was
right
next
to
me.
Food
wasn't
being
refreshed,
&
it
was
like
after
seeing
us
come
downstairs,
she
started
to
close
the
breakfast
area
up
quickly.
Just
a
horrible
experience
all
in
all.
Never
again.
