Stayed here a few weeks ago and was not impressed. The room was relatively clean but the thermostat was set at 62 in the middle of summer. My husband turned on the heat to warm it up and when we returned from dinner it had warmed up enough to switch back to air conditioning. The worst part of my stay was that the sheets smelled like a sweaty man had slept on them all week. They didn’t look dirty but smelled so much that I couldn’t sleep. And of course we got no maid service or clean sheets since we only stayed two nights. I won’t ever stay here again. I should also add that about a month or so after I wrote this review, my husband stayed here again only to have his rental car stolen from the parking lot. The police told him it happens a lot because the parking lot is not well lit and they have no security cameras.

The outside and the lobby appear nice and well kept, but our room was absolutely not worth the amount we paid to stay here. As you can see in the photos, the curtains were stained, the walls had some sort of unknown substance splattered on them and even a small spot on the ceiling. We always do a bedbug check anywhere we stay and that was fine, but we discovered (presumably) pet hair and dust in the corners of the bedframe near the headboard. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The walls are some of the thinnest walls in any hotel I've ever stayed at - we were woken up around midnight because it sounded like someone was IN our room talking and laughing, but we soon realized it was the room next to us. Every sound outside of our room was very noticeable - doors shutting, water running, people talking and walking, etc. The water pressure in the shower was weak compared to what we're used to. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and the only ventilation in there was a small, dusty vent in the wall? I would never stay at this hotel again and I would never recommend it to anyone.

I was there for 8 nights, and it was wonderful. The rooms are big roomy, everything you could possibly need, and whatever you might need, just call down on top of that they have a wonderful, helpful staff plus housekeeping is always available to help too. Everyone is ready and willing to assist you. And they have a great pantry and buffet breakfast and their own restaurant. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my week. I recommend it to everyone.

Decor is dated and worn out. Same colors as when they opened back in the 1980s. Chairs in the restaurant were so worn out the cushions were flat. Dinner Food is very limited and was not great. Breakfast was pretty good. Associates were welcoming and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with this Hilton, water was chalk white, shower sucked, didn't drain, toilet didn't drain. Bed frames don't fit the mattress, heat and AC is loud. No room service on a 2 night stay. Rundown, needs maintenance. I would expect this for a lesser motel. Hilton Garden Inn is supposed to be the flag ship.

Stayed the night December 1, 2023. Front desk staff were generally not pleasant and one had a constant guest all evening. We found straight, medium length black hair in our bed. Mattress was very hard and was about 6 inches from the wall so pillows were always sinking into the crevice. TV shut itself off with a timer and it could not be stopped. Bathroom was dirty. The bag that we assumed held a hair dryer was covered in dust. Dust bunnies were covering the floor under the bathroom sink. I'm not sure who would actually use large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion that were attached to the walls. That is kind of creepy. Who knows what someone has put in those bottles....spit, semen, urine (people are that nasty). We paid $2 for a bag of popcorn to microwave in our room. The microwave sounded like a plane trying to take off. Refrigerator ran most of the night. Bathroom door sounded like a banshee when opening and closing. Closet door was stuck on the right side. Needless to say neither one of us slept and we left early in the morning (definitely not paying $16 for breakfast after all that). We paid over $130 for a room that should've cost a maximum of $30. Very disappointed in Hilton.

Have stayed here a few times. The rooms are bit run down but the breakfast is good/reasonably priced and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately, my rental car was stolen out of the lot this week, parked on the sidewalk within sight of the front door. Plymouth Police officer indicated that the lack of cameras and proximity to the highway have made this an ongoing problem. The parking lot is also not well lit.

I and several family members booked rooms as part of a wedding group. Unfortunately, housekeeping was running behind and our rooms were not ready at check in. We arrived 10 minutes before the check in time (3 pm). We were told it would be about 30 minutes, but the wedding ceremony was at 4. There was a lot of chaos around the desk because of the number of families waiting around to be allowed into our rooms. It took a manager to come sort the chaos, but it didn't help get us our rooms any faster. We actually missed my niece's wedding ceremony that my daughter was in. Totally unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel!

I am a regular at Hilton and a Diamond member, this was the worst Hilton hotel I have ever stayed in. I booked 4 nights for a business trip and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. After getting a few hours of sleep for the first 2 nights, I called the front desk on the 3rd day to request a different room and was greeted by someone who was very rude. Having no sleep, I was extremely frustrated and have asked her to be nice and told her in these situations you should empathize with the guest and apologize. The moment I said this, she started yelling at me and said “you are not my boss and cannot tell me how to do my job” and hang up. So I ended up going to the lobby but just made it worse as she started almost yelling at me the moment I walked in. I couldn’t even get a sentence out and I was berated by her in front of many guests eating breakfast. She refused to talked to me or give her name so I ended up asking the lead cook (Eric) to assist and get her name (Sierra). Eric tried to talk to her but could not do anything either as Sierra claimed Eric is not her boss and cannot do anything. I have reported this incident to the manager that night and she was extremely apologetic and very nice. However, the second room I stayed in was the same, the bed was very uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower is strong which can’t be adjusted and floods the bathroom every time you use it. I chose the hotel due to its convenient location but will never be back. I advised everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.
