First room had either not been cleaned or was poorly cleaned. Second room was perfect. Breakfast was great with many options and the gentleman that was managing the dining room was present and kept things in order. The exercise room was clean and had free weights, an exercise bike, treadmills and elliptical machines with available sanitizer wipes and towels. Glad to be back!

Comfortable stay in hotel. Hotel has a very safe and good location, 20 minutes from Downtown Detroit. The room was comfortable and spacious with two queen beds. The room was not dry, hotel rooms are usually so very dry, so this was a first for us. Very happy to enjoy the Dove brand products in the bathroom. Rooms however need a little extra maintenance and cleaning. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Sunroom was wonderful to sit and enjoy the complimentary breakfast. Debbi, on reception, was VERY helpful and friendly. We had a comfortable stay.

Came to this hotel from Canada for a work event. The room was nice. The location of the hotel left me questioning why there was no restaurant in the hotel. Although the did do a continental breakfast. There isn't much around the hotel to eat if you don't have transportation. Front desk staff was friendly. They made the room up while I was out. Seem to have done a good job with that.

Honestly the staff was mostly kind except for one person. She was passive aggressive. I have it a 2 star rating because the room and shower weren’t clean. There was black mold in the shower. There was trash left over on the floor from the previous guess so they for sure didn’t vacuum. The floor were dirty from previous guest as well. And they floors leading to the pool remained I cleaned for two days. It was gross. By far my least impressive hotel experience.
