I stayed at this location in May when I visited Detroit for my niece’s college graduation. The hotel was nice and all of staff (except one) was super nice to work with. A special shout out to Rosa at the front desk and Barbara in the dining room. These ladies are both accommodating and profesional. Cherise front desk), on the other hand, I’m sorry to say is extremely rude to guests and should not be interfacing with them. She made me feel very unwelcome when I arrived and actually was argumentative with my family who brought me to the hotel after my arrival on a red eye flight. I’d made a change to my reservation and Cherise actually announced to us that she had hoped never to hear my name again. I’ve traveled the world and have never met a more rude and aggressive front desk person not to mention any hotel staff who behaved like she did with me. It’s a shame because of her I will never stay at this location again and I’ve told all of my family about the experience. She does not give a good name to this hotel chain and ruined my opinion of it. I haven’t received any feedback from the hotel about my concerns as of this date after posting on trip adviser. Normally management will offer some feedback or apologize for a poor experience. Had I not had this experience with Cherise, the hotel would have received a solid 5 star review from me. One staff member can make all the difference for a customer.

The location is great- right off the highway and easy to get to. Otherwise I wouldn’t stay there again. My family always stays at Hampton Inn on trips and I was shocked at how bad this one was. The front desk people shouldn’t be working with the public. Not rude but also not friendly- at all. The worst part was the dilapidated room. The curtain was falling apart and the room was filthy. I’m shocked I’m not covered in bed bug bites. I’ll attach some lovely photos of the slum I stayed in. Stay at your own risk and I hope you have a strong stomach. Also, I was in town for a family emergency so I didn’t have the energy to change hotels or I would have moved to Ann Arbor’s Hampton Inn which is great.

Overall, it is a great place if you’re looking for a more affordable option in the Livonia area. The location was great, it had easy access to the highway and various restaurants and shops. We didn’t need the staff much but they were friendly & helpful and their breakfast is excellent. The cleanliness was also good even though when we got to our new room it looked like it wasn’t vacuumed all the way. There was also an old stain on the floor in our new room but the old room didn’t have one. We had switch to another room halfway into our stay because our toilet handle broke, but the staff were nice about it. The dryer was also broken but hopefully they will get it fixed soon. Other than that, we had a decent stay. And we will be back.

The room is very tidy and up-to-date. It is mostly clean, but more attention could be paid to floors, especially around and under furniture. There was a very long line to check in when I arrived as a huge group of bikers all showed up at once, but the front desk person was friendly, efficient and professional the entire time, even when some people were being impatient or rude. I was impressed!

I enjoyed a two nights stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. My digital key didn’t work for my room during my stay that was disappointing but everything else was great

Nice stay overall!! Rooms could use a good deep clean, beds were comfy, room was overall clean except a couple hairs here and there in the shower, a little dusty & walls could use cleaned. Pool had waaaay too much chemical in it. Service & breakfast was great! If we’re ever out this way again, we will more than likely stay here!

Very disappointed. Although the staff was very nice, there were a lot of things that hotel rates come with that we didn’t receive. We signed up for room service twice and did not get it at all. The floors in the bathroom shower and corners of the room were rusted and stained. A large stain of juice by the bed and the ice machine was broken on our floor. We were also limited on towels and wash clothes though we were staying almost a week.

Overall the stay was ok. Staff was kind and pleasant. Room was fine. The issue is the hotel allows too many large groups of children. It made it difficult for a paying adult to use the amenities. And also difficult for the staff to keep clean. The pool area/hotub was filthy and overrun with kids...not families. Hotels either need to charge more for kid events so that they can pay a cleaning fee but also have some adult only hours for use of amenities.

I enjoyed everything from checking in to checking out. Everyone was so nice. The rooms were clean and the pillows felt like feathers 🪶. Centrally located near a lot of Restaurants and Stores. Will definitely be coming back.

Long story short half the staff is rude, inconsiderate. The building is dirty on a daily basis. The pool area had mold growing on the tiles and in the hot tub. The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast crew. Bother the ladies that run the breakfast deserve a round of applause. They are both great company and very professional.

One of the best deals bang for your buck wise. The location was easy to get to, the hotel was very clean, great service, good continental breakfast, the room and bathroom was very clean. Not a huge fan of the smell of the cleaner for the bathroom or the pillows but I'm very picky and that seems to be a hotel wide issue, not just this hotel.

My fiancé and I were there for vacation. We stayed at the hotel for over a little a week. We only got serviced once. They only came in our room once to change our sheets and get fresh towels once. I had to go down to the front desk to get towels. I even asked if we will get our room serviced the next day and I was told that our room was on the list. The next day the girls knocked on our door but we weren’t ready to leave our room quite yet. She said that she will be back in an hour. We left out for the day and when we came back our room wasn’t done. I went downstairs to speak to the manager and she called the maid and she that we were still in the room which was a lie. Not happy with this hotel. Now I’m afraid to stay at another Hilton hotel.

For a 2 star hotel, I give it 5 stars. The night audit attendant was very helpful in checking my party in. The room was clean. Modern. The beds were firm, but it’s a 2 star hotel so I won’t rate them lower because of it. Overall a good reasonably priced stay.

This was a great location in Livonia. The hotel is only a few years old and is in excellent condition. Everything sparkles the rooms are very nice. The service was very good and the breakfast was good also. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's got some nice shopping around it and restaurants if you want to get out and about

Lamp didn't work and offered to change rooms but why not bring a new lamp. Room had mood lighting and bright light was one not working. Coffee in lobby was warm not hot. Shower floor was slippery when wet.

Room had a terrible smell and I was traveling with my wife and infant. We thought maybe the smell might dissipate on its own so we tried to wait it out. When it didn’t, we asked the front desk to do something. They said they could take 15% off my entire stay, so I let the issue slide. Once it came time to check-out, the employee that promised this never made notes on my account regarding the situation. Ultimately both staff and management refused to help me. I had to call and complain several times, after I arrived home just for them to only offer 15% off one measly night of a 5 night trip. Worse experience Hilton ever, especially being an Honor’s member. Might become a Marriott member due to staff’s poor training. Not to mention our room never even got serviced after staying the appropriate amount of nights that qualifies it for an automatic cleaning.
