stayed
at
this
location
in
May
when
I
visited
Detroit
for
my
niece’s
college
graduation.
The
hotel
was
nice
and
all
of
staff
(except
one)
was
super
nice
to
work
with.
A
special
shout
out
to
Rosa
at
the
front
desk
and
Barbara
in
the
dining
room.
These
ladies
are
both
accommodating
and
profesional.
Cherise
front
desk),
on
the
other
hand,
I’m
sorry
to
say
is
extremely
rude
to
guests
and
should
not
be
interfacing
with
them.
She
made
me
feel
very
unwelcome
when
I
arrived
and
actually
was
argumentative
with
my
family
who
brought
me
to
the
hotel
after
my
arrival
on
a
red
eye
flight.
I’d
made
a
change
to
my
reservation
and
Cherise
actually
announced
to
us
that
she
had
hoped
never
to
hear
my
name
again.
I’ve
traveled
the
world
and
have
never
met
a
more
rude
and
aggressive
front
desk
person
not
to
mention
any
hotel
staff
who
behaved
like
she
did
with
me.
It’s
a
shame
because
of
her
I
will
never
stay
at
this
location
again
and
I’ve
told
all
of
my
family
about
the
experience.
She
does
not
give
a
good
name
to
this
hotel
chain
and
ruined
my
opinion
of
it.
I
haven’t
received
any
feedback
from
the
hotel
about
my
concerns
as
of
this
date
after
posting
on
trip
adviser.
Normally
management
will
offer
some
feedback
or
apologize
for
a
poor
experience.
Had
I
not
had
this
experience
with
Cherise,
the
hotel
would
have
received
a
solid
5
star
review
from
me.
One
staff
member
can
make
all
the
difference
for
a
customer.
