Beautiful lake, wonderful park, great fishing I really wish they didn't close so early. At 10 pm we were fishing, quiet not bothering anyone. The police came and treated us like we were criminals. Probably will not return

Need to stop pollution coming in from Phoenix lake into Wixom pond and then into Newburgh Lake. Fishing can be good. Caught a few pike in March and April and some nice bass through the ice. Bluegill and Crappie . are running a little small

Great local lake. Fun for kayak/canoeing, fishing, and ice skating. Only bummer is (as far as i am told) you can't swim in here. If you could swim it would be perfect! But it is a perfect landscape item to enjou while you exercise, stroll, or fish on or around the lake. Very glad we have it. If we could improve the water quality in the future, it would be a great target to upgradde the lack to be safe to swim in! (If my understanding is incorrect, and you CAN swim here, please share the evidence. It would be awesome to swim locally in Livonia).

Small lake, but good for beginning kayaking.

Great fishing for small trolling motor boats and paddle type boats.

Best for trail walk and kayak ,bbq and fishing.

Great place for bass fishing with my kayak, some really big fish there.

Beautiful local spot. Local groups come out for lake cleanups which is needed. Wish visitors would treat it with more respect. Leave no trace!

This is a great dock for fishing. A great starting point for a power walk or jog on hines drive as well.

Lovely little lake with plenty of wildlife to admire, places to fish, and walkways along the gorgeous Hines Drive. It's a great place to take a step back from the rush of the city and connect with a slice of nature.

This lake was the nearest relaxing park during the summer. Same if we go on winter we can experience frozen lake experience the fun moments. Enjoyed the lot with my friends. People will do fishing in the camps and play ice hockey and some people will go for Sledging, Ice walking etc... Floors are very slippery during winter time be cautious!

It’s a small lake on Edward Hines road. It looks like a famous spot for fishing.

The "comfort station" is the warmest winter restroom I've experienced near an icy lake.

Lovely hiking the lakeview trails are challenging only complaint is there is not enough trash cans for garbage but please everyone pack in pack out if u take it with u take it out with u there are no garbage cans except one off the main trail I'm assuming a homeowner placed it there

Really nice lake close to home. It could use another good stocking from what it feels like. Always fun catching bluegills from one of the docks or taking the kayak out and paddling around for the day

Great place to relax also great hidden bike and mountain biking trails on the "back" side of the lake.

Gem of Livonia. Don’t eat the fish or swim in it. Pretty good place for catch and release fishing.

Best lake I've been too. Great for getting plants and fishing. Definitely go here for fishing. Also theres a bunch of snails so you can get some. It's not illegal or anything to do that, obviously. If your in the Plymouth and liviona area it's a good spot to hangout and fish.

ONE STAR this place has to much sea weed do not go here or you will be disappointed at the visit

Great fishing place

It is nice to have a stroll by the lake, enjoy the ducks and geese or nature overall. There is a fun play area for the kids too.

It can be a little stinky and gross in places but we still had a fun time paddling or kayaks upriver to Haggerty Rd. and back
