Lots of different items for everyone in the family. Good pricing. Lines can be long on the weekends. Don’t go if in a rush. Good customer service.

This was a very nice, TJ Maxx. The inside was very clean. Well organized and had many great things on sale. I love the displays they have here very nice.

The store was very clean. Staff was on there km jobs the only problem was check out very slow long lines .fix it they will get 5 stars from me.

They had a good selection of stuff, but only maybe $10-$15 off of what you would originally pay for it. I went to try on some shirts, and the attendant in the dressing room was clueless and didn't even realize me standing and waiting for 3 minutes to get a room. She was too busy talking to her friend, so I just went in a room. She then calls me back after I come out of the dressing room, scoffing at me for not having a number card. Maybe if you DID YOUR JOB, I would have known I needed one.

Haven’t been here in years but decided to stop by and was not disappointed. Amazing staff!! I believe I had Emma up front at the cash register, was super quick and efficient. Store is really clean, had a very pleasant time. :)

They have a good rotating selection. Employees are busy restocking and picking up after customers but are available if needed. It is a clean and positive atmosphere and the check out line goes quickly.

I lucked up today. Found all types of cute baby wear. They were fully stocked with all types of goods.

It's very organized and well stocked. I also appreciate the patience that the cashiers have in assisting with returns and check out.

honestly i was uncomfortable. the workers kept looking at me while i was shopping and were watching my every move for no reason. went to go pay and a worker named nadia had an attitude and overall the experience was bad. not coming back to this tj max

They fell off from the home goods to the gear. Don't even waste your time any more. No Polo linen nothing for little Boys. Them and Marshall's terrible now. Just a waste of time.

T.j Maxx in Allen park has different stuff than the one in Southgate or any other location. That is a feature I really like about the store. Good selection and prices. Customer service is always been good as well.

You get everything you need at the store whether it’s for the kitchen a birthday party the beach clothes electronics game you name it they got it and you can’t beat the price so get to shopping while they still have the goods

Salwa was extremely helpful and sweet today to my elderly mother who needed help. She showed so much compassion and empathy towards my mother who dropped a few things walking down the aisle. When we offered to pick it up, she refused. She then asked my mom if she needed any help finding anything. I couldn't but ask for her name. For someone her age, she is very patient and understanding.

Went shopping with my cousin, but the didnt have our sizes. I hate when the happend. I was told they could call one store for me. She suggested I could also check online. I did and called other stores, but no luck. I really wanted that sweater.

Bathrooms dirty close all over the place looks like everything is used to have good quality Walmart quality close no more designer labels like it used to be over price on closing worse than Walmart

I went there many times and bought many things for my family and my daughter bought bag of snacks but she didn’t like it so when I tried to return it the didn’t accept that and lady was rude with us.

Like T.J. Max go their to find items for the gramdkids for the most part. Reasonable prices on most items.

This store had the most organized beauty section I've ever seen. Usually these sections are miserable to look through but whomever is responsible for this area at this store clearly takes their job seriously and it shows. What a pleasant surprise. 5 stars for the staff who work to keep this store so shoppable!

Clean store. I think out of 7 cashiers spots only 2 lines were open. At least they still have cashiers and no self checkouts.

TJ Maxx is a nice place just very difficult on weekends and the lines are so long but if you're shopping there it's best to go during the weekdays

Love this store. But dont they have a large variety. They seem to sale whats in style and that's it.

First time back since the shutdown in March. I felt comfortable walking in. There is an associate welcoming each customer and doing a head count and another associate spraying down all the carts. I will be coming back. The management is doing a great job maintaining our safety.

I like this T.J. Max, safe area, store is clean & staff are nice. They have different varieties of brand and styles unlike nearby stores of T.J. Max. The store location is well located and nearby other famous stores, gym and restaurants. All in one. Will always shop there. They also have great prices.

Not a huge selection this time but I know that changes daily.

TJs was not crowded. Their dressing rooms are still closed, but they accept returns. It was fun going somewhere and relaxing!

The cashier was awesome. It was crazy busy because of the holidays and she was still super nice and accommodating.

It was clean and as organized as it usually is. There are hand towels, to wipe the carts, if you want, when you walk in. There is also hand sanitizer at the doors when you walk in. But at the checkout line, there was no enforcing social distancing. They have markers on the floor, but everyone wasn't practicing it. There are dividers and hand sanitizer at checkout.

Love this place. Everything is always cheap and on sale. Anything and everything i need is here.. the long go by really quick. The workers are very polite and there is always someone there to help.. I went there for one thing and left with 18 items. All cheap. Great Christmas gifts for everyone from friends to family to kids. I recommend this tj max.

It was busy but was still able to get in there get me a coat and get out really fast. They have someone on the floor cleaning up and alot of Registers open to cash people out

Great selection on many items! The shopping carts were been cleaned as customers entered and exited the store. The store was neat; the floor sales personnel were friendly and helpful and new merchandise was been put out quickly. I, only, had a problem when checking out because I felt the cashier could have been more helpful but overall good shopping!

No complaints , just wish that you had a section specifically for dress pants and more socks
