I went in Jan 2, 21 to check out the sales after Christmas. Found two great tops at 60% off of already marked down prices. That all was great! The woman helping at the dressing room was attentive and polite. The woman at the cash register, Melissa, was not as courteous. She was not listening to me as I expressed I didn't have or want a store account. She then asked if I wanted a bag, and I replied no. After the transaction was complete, she went to hand me a bag. I said I didn't want one and she shrugged. After walking away I noticed a 5¢ charge for the bag I didn't want. Yes it's only 5¢ BUT she was not listening to me and as a customer, I was extremely annoyed that she didn't care.

What an incredible experience. Marion was very helpful and honest in the selection of a suit. She deserves a very big raise. My buddy and I have a show in 5 days, and without her help, we would’ve looked like a couple of clowns.

Thank you Mariah! My friend Ben bought 3 suits, 10 button down dress shirts, 2 dress shoes, and a belt. Mariah helped us from bringing our stuff to the dressing room to checking us out. She helped us getting a store card that saved us money and she bagged all of our stuff neatly. She was fantastic! Plus the store was neatly organized and everything was easy to find. I had a great experience shopping here. A sweet beautiful gorgeous associate named Sophia came over to me and ask if I needed help finding anything. She explained the sales that are going on and laid out everything in great details. Sophia was very friendly and courteous. She showed so much care for what I needed to find and be satisfied of anything that I buy. She even offered me if I wanted a bag where a lot places now don't even bother asking if a customer wants a bag. This place is lucky to have an associate of her standards.

I was so upset after almost giving up hope for finding an outfit for my baby shower. Then I decided to go into Express on a whim and Melissa went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in something. I was SO happy to hear that their dressing rooms were open considering I don’t know what anything will look like on me while 8 months pregnant. Melissa picked out some amazing outfits for me that really put me out of my comfort zone and made me feel gorgeous. I am so incredibly happy with my experience and I’m very grateful I didn’t give up on my journey to find the perfect baby shower outfit. Thanks again Melissa!
