My favourite store, I absolutely love it specially the decor items. You can find very lovely gift items here in reasonable prices. The staff is cooperative.

Everything you need under one roof some items can be found cheaper elsewhere but I must say the arts and crafts department is second to none I've tried all over town but found the range to have just about everything you could ever need and more at a very reasonable price extremely handy when you have kids that enjoy crafts or need supplies for school projects

One of the worst customer experiences in retail. NOTE : THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED !! Ordered a coffee table online and it had some slight issues with it so had to call to return it. Spoke to someone and also sent pics of the issue and were told that someone will let us know when this will be collected. No response for over a week and chased again. Yet no response after that again . no collection date or refund processed. Got so fed up, we requested to just take it back to a branch, as it just sitting in way and told that was not possible either. No one answers the phone at all at the Slough branch so couldn't just go and pick up another one either. Previously was told that certain items were in stock in Slough. and as no one answers the phone, had to drive down to them to be told that items were not in stock. Waste of time, money and effort. The process is beyond bad and I would highly recommend people to avoid this route with them. Great if you go and purchase something you see BUT forget online purchases and customer service as its non existent . Dragged on so long that had to ring up the credit card company to put in a dispute I'd like to rate them at zero but it doesn't allow me to.

Nice store, with lot many options be it whatever (DIY, Christmas lights & decorations, Household stuffs, Garden decorations etc.). Prices are fair and can be comparable to B&M or any similar stores. Iceland inside it is an added advantage in case anyone feels to eat or drink something :)

There's a decent range of products, but not always cheaper than competitors. Prices, if shown on the shelf which they aren't, don't always match, e.g. A ceramic storage canister was marked at £2.99 on the shelf sticker, but at the till this had increased to £3.42 as the bar code was different even though it was the exact same item. Coffee shop is rarely busy, but is ok for a coffee and cake.

Range offers a range of products and accessories for home decor and decorations, decorative clocks, posters and canvas prints, drawing and art &craft materials as well beddings and bed sheets. It also sells curtains, kitchen products and wares, storage boxes, DIY paints and accessories, camping gear and has a floor of garden accessories including seats, tables and chairs. Outside there is garden centre as well with plants, pots and fence materials. There is also a range of fountains in all shapes and sizes.

The store is clean. It has a great Range Of items available to suit all needs. Only downside is the cashiers. They look upset to be there and no smiling whatsoever despite I spend quite a bit in there. This has put me off despite It’s not the first time I see this behaviour!

Shop was nice. for payment, I had to wait in a long queue , but when my turn came, one man crossed the queue. The salesman saw it, and every customer was told him, unfortunately that salesman still served him. shame!!

It's a great store that has everything! Also, really cheap prices! But i can't believe they already have christmas stuff on sale😂

Compared to last visit I thought choice for home interiors was not great - it used to have more furniture, more carpets/rugs, soft furnishings etc What is good is that you can buy groceries and buy a coffee!

I've been there to buy some party items. It is a very big store where you will get nice decorative and useful household items. Very good for own houses.

Everyone was very helpful and the store was very clean and they did a lovely cuppa, I was in there for the art and crafts section

My little daughter calls The Range -Christmas shopping. It's her favourite place on earth 😅🥰 so we often go together. It's really nice shop with variety of things for everyones taste, house and pocket. All recommendations ☺️

Have tried everyday for the last week to ring this store and no pick up! I dropped my sunglasses in the car park and wanted to check if anyone had kindly handed them in, but they can't be bothered to pick up their phone. Terrible service and after you ring for a while it just cuts off. Also tried central customer service to see if they have a way of reaching them directly, even more useless.

The majority of staff members are empathetic and supportive, resulting in a generally positive experience. However, there is a small subset of staff members who lack empathy and fail to provide adequate support, which can make the overall experience challenging. Considering this, it may be advisable to avoid the place and not waste your time

Large store with lots of value items and good stock, Christmas store on the first floor had lots of variety but the aisles are so close together, you can only comfortably fit single file down them, not good for busy times when everyone wants to shop for Christmas decs!

Happy they've unblocked the entrance under the canopy so no pallets dividing the way in. Many items still not priced, large flower pots some doormats on end caps.

Was a bit of a mixed bag. Store was big and had loads of items, so you'll probably find what you're looking for. However, there was not enough trolleys/carts for your items and the queues were about 35 people deep. So yeah bit of a blend of great and annoying tbh!

Great store with ample choice for home. Gave 4 star as had issues with pricing on certain purchases. Manager said she couldn't help even though price was advertised wrong. Was refunded but wasted my time trying to sort out and inconvenient.

Visited yesterday no trolleys available and the small old lady working in the cafe didn't know what she was doing she couldn't find items on the till or scan drinks. Good selection of Christmas bits

I didn’t get an item. Ive contacted customer Service on 3.11. Robert answer to me that he can see that my item should be delivered on 2.11 and ask me about back If i didnt get it. Joke How i could get it, If i contacted on 2.11. On 4.11 I still didnt get my order. Ive again contacted customer and asked about refund. No answer. I will Never use online Service provided by Range

A wide range of home products, at affordable price and average quality. Would usually find something useful here. Store is organised and neat

Went to get camping bits. They had very limited stock. No-one around to help.or check store room. Waited 20 mins to served...long queue due to only one being open whilst 3 members of staff were on break outside the store. I for one will not be returning. Don't know how they make any profit. I'd have given 1 star if not for the lovely lady on customer service who apologised then did check for me.

Absolutely awful. Half the things have the wrong prices or none at all. Took an electric blanket to the till the shelf price was 40, at the till it was 60, so didnt purchase it. Only to get home and find we've been charged for it. No one is answering the phone. Terrible service. We don't live local and now have to go again as the servers are incompetent and rude. Manjit was helpful. The manager did not even acknowledge us and no interaction at all from him. Disappointed.

Good store for home and garden shopping and excellent range of art supply. Parking available outside. It has a Dee Dee cafe as well.

Had to return a faulty shower caddy. I didn't have a receipt and only had my banking app as proof of purchase. After much searching on their systems to find the receipt, my husband realised we had bought it at another branch. The staff then located the receipt and processed the refund. They were so patient and efficient, despite my stupidity. Thanks again
