I really appreciated that the doctor took time to try to figure out what I could have after testing negative for strep. He was the only doctor there and there were people in the waiting room and instead of telling me I don’t have strep and sending me on my way, he listened to my symptoms and decided to test for mono and rule other things out. Thank you.

Poor service, balanced by an understanding doctor. I walked into this clinic to have my upper respiratory symptoms looked at. I assumed that I would be seen promptly, as it was a Monday afternoon, and there were only two other people in the waiting room. The front desk staff made no mention of my place in line or my expected wait. I waited for about an hour. If you come here, I recommend booking an appointment rather than walking in. When my turn came, I was dismayed to be seen by a PA student from the local community college. After taking my history and my symptoms the student told me he was going to “discuss with his precept”. After waiting for about 20 minutes without communication, I learned that the IT system was down. Apparently this meant that care providers — doctors, students, and nurses all — could do little until it was fixed. I wish that someone had told me this, rather than leaving me to wait in the exam room. Finally, I got to see the doctor. Though hampered (and frustrated) by the broken IT system, he seemed competent. This was a great relief. Sensing my frustration, he also refunded my copay. I sincerely appreciated this gesture. But due to the wait times and the juniorness of the care staff, I still will avoid this clinic in the future.

I arrived at 4pm to do a pre employment drug screen, they didn’t close until 5pm and their door was locked. I managed to get in while someone was coming out, when I gave them my paperwork they told me they couldn’t do my drug screen because they had too many people waiting. I saw 3 in the lobby?! I didn’t have time to make it to another concentra before my 24 hr time limit expired for my drug screen. I almost lost out on a job because they didn’t want to do it.

I went in to get my med card physical. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The Dr. was very nice also. Thank you!

The medical assistant who was assigned to take my vitals and perform the screening on me was rude and abrasive. If I asked questions about what I was signing/clarifying questions about what was needed she would respond with an attitude and disrespectful tone. I was there for a physical and drug screening as part of an application for nursing school. I was there for nearly 2.5 hours. I had to refill my parking meter twice. Everyone was polite and professional except this woman. Horrendous bedside manner. I’m still hesitant to return for any needs. Doesn’t seem worth the money.

Very slow.. had to wait 1.5 hours just for a drug test. If you can go to another concentra for a drug test, do it. The other ones I’ve been to have been 100X faster.

I want to start off by thanking Concentra for sending to a creepy massage therapist because if I didn't get sent there, I wouldn't have asked to see someone else. This led me to see Cynthia at the Blake street location & I must say....THE BEST DECISION EVER!!!! Not only does she play a vital role in my recovery but the professionalism in the ENTIRE office is great!!! CYnthia not only gets the injured spot but just the ambiance while getting worked on is great!! The music is a bonus!! I have even been called to see if I wanted to come in early at times, NO OTHER URGENT CARE DOES THAT!! This is one of the most professional 👏 staff I have came across in a long time!!!! Would most definitely recommend this location to any one!! Thank you Cynthia & the entire front desk staff !!!! 5 stars!!

Waited over an hour for a simple escreen for a new position. The receptionist was rude to me, other customers in the lobby, and to those on the phone. He was very unhelpful and I would not recommend coming here.

I went to Concentra with ear problems. Dr. Ron was great,kind ,knowledgeable and so nice. I really appreciate the treatment I received and highly recommend Concentra.

This is a VERY busy location, parking is typically challenging, employees always friendly. I’ve used Concentra for DOT, fit for duty, and return to work exams. Show up at 8 AM outside of an emergency unless you have several hours to spare. The wait times could be minimized by having appointments or giving patients the option to provide healthcare information prior to arriving.

The younger women doing the eye exam and urine analysis was short coming of a friendly attitude for my working pre-screen that needed done. I understand it is essential to be professional but being too quick and robot like in my opinion is not professional, you should be personable too instead of just looking at this like a job quick and easy. The front desk women that's bilingual was great. I waited 2.5 hours arriving at 11am to get through for a 5 minute pre-screen.

Hands down, the best care you could expect from an urgent care. The staff and doctors are professional and genuinely care about your recovery. I went for a Workman’s Comp claim and I am so pleased to have made it to this location. I highly recommend!

Waited 90 mins to see doctor for a simple DOT exam. Then waited another two hours in the room to get discharged pretty sure they forgot about me. When the lady came to discharge me with my paperwork she gave me the wrong paperwork of another Hispanic patient just because I am Hispanic in my opinion that could be seen as racist. Not only do they need to remember where they put their patients so they don't forget about them, they also need to remember who they're patients are and which ones are in which rooms. Also it makes me concerned getting another patience paperwork since that is violation of HIPAA.

Great medical staff, friendly and knowledgeable! Reasonable prices for self-pay and X-rays are quick and easy here. Been here three times over the last few years and always have a good experience.

Concentra are very good. Recently broke my hip at work. They are near my apt. Caring professional and I am getting stronger.

Urgent care experiences are unanimously agreed to be the worst — they take forever (for me, ~5+ hours), disorganized, and demoralizing. However, concentra was everything the opposite of this! I felt so taken care of by everyone, (the doctors, nurses, front desk employees and admin) and got out of there super quickly. I think my total trip (from the time I entered the facility to left) was 2.5 hours. Idk about you, but my urgent care visits have NEVER been this quick. The employees at the front desk were exceptionally kind, as well. I had doordashed some breakfast to the facility, thinking I would be in the waiting area forever and wanted breakfast. But by the time my name had been called, the Starbucks hadn’t arrived yet, and the woman at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name!) graciously agreed to keep the meal behind the counter for me during my visit. Instead, she hand delivered the Starbucks to me in my room so I could eat it before the doctor came in 😭 I felt so taken care of!! Thank you to the entire team at Concentra!

I went to Concentra Downtown Denver after an exposure at work. They saw me promptly and were very thorough. Both the doctor and Ron the PA were awesome! Thanks so much for the great care!

The staff were very welcoming and the wait wasn’t too bad either. They were very efficient at doing their job with a big smile on their face🤡

I went in for a drug test and finished the white whole process in about 15 minutes. Quick and to the point but dosnt accept my Medicaid for regular visits

I had a great experience here. I came in for pre employment drug screening. I didn't have to wait long. Staff was professional and friendly.

I was told if I arrive at 8a when Concentra opens I’d be “in and out” for my employer screen. 45 minutes later I haven’t been seen because they have “1 MA” and I couldn’t stay any longer. A waste of time and I do not recommend coming to this location.

concentra has only one massage therapist in Downtown. She was clicking computer emails one hand, and other one was on my shoulder for 30 min. will be great if we another choice of massage therapist. Lidia

Great staff great service. They made it somewhat easy to solve an issue I knew I had whereas other urgent cares were making it difficult just to be seen. Highly recommend this place they were great

This team has always been absolutely amazing! Any time I’ve had to go in for my medical recertification for work they’ve always been awesome! Someone give Gabriel a promotion! That guy works hard as does everyone else there! Thanks for all you guys do.

I went in for a drug test for employment and waited forever. I feel if it’s just for a drug test we shouldn’t have to wait like everyone who has an appt or walking in because they’re sick. I needed to use the restroom so I held it to get down there then waited forever. I almost couldn’t hold it anymore. I don’t need to see a nurse or doctor so why did I need to wait forever?
