Jessica was my barista, she was very kind and friendly. She recommended syrups to put in my drink and it was delicious. I would definitely listen to her recommendations!

I'm a big fan of Starbucks coffee generally but this morning's experience at Birmingham New Street has made me even more of a fan. Going in to the office on the day after a sunny Bank Holiday weekend is not easy, but Jessie was a ray of sunshine. She was cheerful and engaging and I left the shop with a smile on my face. Setting me up nicely for my day.

This is a review for Jessie. She was a delight when taking my order, so upbeat and friendly. Order was quick and, she recommended something new(to me) for breakfast - a warm almond croissant, I was sold! Great way to start the morning. Thanks for being so lovely. A young ladies named Jessica served me, she had do much time to have a little chit chat lovely big smile makes a real difference after a long hard day I didn't know what I wanted and she made a strawberry and cream frappe with a hint if vanilla and white chocolate. Hhmmmmm divine if you love sweet things and I do this was delicious 😋 nice change to have staff member happy to serve and meet needs of customers I will be back and I've already recommended this drink to friends.

I honestly wasn't expecting much from this Starbucks, being based inside a railway station, but the staff were fantastic and provided excellent service. They had great banter between them which really made my day first thing in the morning and the one guy serving really made an impression on me purely in his delivery of "have a lovely day!" Standard quality of the Starbucks coffee we all know and expect, the staff just truly made a mark on the visit for me!

I always have the vanilla frappuccino which delicious as always. Jess served me so many times and always remembers my drink. She has such fantastic customer service and is always putting a smile on my face. She recommend me to have toffee sauce in my vanilla frappuccino and as I try it. I loved the whole drink with lovely flavours. It was lovely to see Jess back as she has the best customer service in Birmingham. Jess you are a fantastic member of staff at your work place.

I experienced Starbucks for the first time. Mehrdad was the one who made hot chocolate(Hazelnuts) for me. The taste and smell was excellent. He was patient and focused on what he was doing. Thank you Starbucks.

I buy coffee every morning, but when I got home today and opened the lid, I found that the coffee was not filled at all. I don’t understand the standard of Starbucks’ coffee size. It depends entirely on the person who made the coffee that day！

Had amazing service from Jess when taking a cinnamon swirl and bottle of water away. She greeted me with pizzazz and a big smile and worked her hardest to support me asking if I wanted ice and picking the perfect swirl. 100% for effort. Great job.

I liked the fact that it was a great cup of Starbucks coffee - and I should know - and it was a great place to open up my laptop and do some work.

Popped in for a cup of tea to go just before closing and the service was still great. Jess was lovely, and also helped me finding a replacement umbrella as she had the same one! Was looking everywhere. Would definitely recommend.
