My husband and I spent the weekend at the Chesterfield Inn for our anniversary. The Inn is very spacious and clean. The room was nice and big with wonderful views of the landscaping via the big windows. The owners are wonderful and very caring to your needs. I had extras delivered to our room and was very pleased with the rose, fruit and cheese tray and chocolate covered strawberries. We had a meal in the dining room on our first night there and it was delicious. It was a romantic and quiet destination - exactly what we needed. Just 2 miles to the Vermont border and about 12 minutes to Keene, NH.

We enjoyed our stay for a local wedding. Our room (16) was far more spacious and quiet than anticipated, the bed and bedding very comfortable, and the breakfasts were delicious and very generous. The staff could not have been more gracious and welcoming. It was an easy trip to surrounding towns and venues, with the Inn's entrance clearly marked. We will definitely stay again if and when we return to the area! Highly recommend.

We had a marvelous time. Even our Maltese poodle mix enjoyed the expansive lawn and the outdoor patio for dining. Our dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Excellent wine list. The Chesterfield Inn is just up the road from the Vermont border and Brattleboro. And near Keene, NH. The ultimate in comfort. Henry/NYC

The Inn is lovely including the rooms, which are quite roomy. I wanted to bring the mattress and pillows home with me they were so very comfortable!! I had a lovely balcony with a table and chairs off of my bedroom. Breakfast, which is included, was delicious and we ate dinner there as well - also very good. Everyone was very nice and attentive (but not overly so) and coffee was available in the morning in the lobby area. In the afternoon there were cookies (delicious) and ice tea (and I believe coffee and hot tea available as well if requested). The grounds are well maintained and it is short drive over to Brattleboro, VT. All in all, it was wonderful and I definitely recommend anyone looking for a great get-away to try this inn.

This is a beautiful inn with lovely grounds and easy proximity to Brattleboro Vt as well as hiking and quaint areas. The innkeepers and staff are so welcoming and friendly and ready to accommodate any requests. The rooms are super comfortable and beautifully arranged. And the breakfast is delicious! Served in a beautiful dining room with all the amenities you could ask for. We also enjoyed dinner in the same delightful space. There is so much attention to comfort and enjoyment at the Chesterfield. I would go back anytime of year!

First time stay at the Chesterfield. Judy and Phil are lovely Inn Keepers who obviously enjoy what they do. April, who checked us in, went above and beyond for us during our stay. I highly recommend having dinner on premise. The food was great and the portions were large. Breakfast was also very good. Our rooms (16 and 17) were spacious, beautiful and clean. Beds were comfortable. The grounds and the buildings are well kept. Thanks for a great experience. We will definitely return.

We had such a delightful time during our week-long visit to The Chesterfield Inn. The staff couldn't be friendlier yet super professional at the same time. The room was amazing, with lots of space to "work from home" and host local friends and family. The grounds were beautiful and walkable. Our overall experience was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend Chesterfield Inn highly enough.

The staff members were so friendly and the food (we had breakfast and dinner there) was delicious. We were blown away by the size and luxury of the room. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to anyone who asks us about our trip. Additional bonus was getting to pet the Inn cat, Yoda.

Love this pet friendly B&B!! Great location and easy to get to Keane and major highways. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast was excellent!! A big thank you to Nicole for offering a pot for hot water for the room as I am a major tea drinker!! The 2pm cookies were delicious!! I will be back😊👍 Dottie

We had a wonderful stay at Chesterfield Inn. We felt welcomed from the moment we checked in. The grounds are lovely and our. room was beautiful. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the room as well as our private patio. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make sure we had everything we needed. The afternoon tea, coffee, and homemade cookies served in the lobby were a nice touch. The dining rooms are lovely. We had a delicious dinner and we greatly enjoyed the breakfasts. We would highly recommend staying at the Chesterfield Inn.

We picked Chesterfield Inn as a stopping point on a leisurely return from Boston to Vermont, and we were glad we did. What a fine spot! The Inn is charming, and the grounds beautiful. Our second floor room had a balcony with a great view, and was extremely comfortable and well equipped. The dining rooms are very attractive, and our dinners were excellent, as were the wine choices. The full breakfast the next morning was equally great. All made better by extremely friendly and efficient staff. We are thankful Chesterfield Inn is only a few hours from us, as we'll definitely return.

We stayed in room 22. The view from our small patio was lovely. My only complaint was the noise from the passing cars took a little from the atmosphere. Overall, we had a lovely stay. I really appreciated the pet family room so that we could relax our dog.

A beautiful Inn set in a beautiful location. Very peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The room we had was specious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom very comfortable with a spacious shower. Breakfast was served at the dining area and was a delight. We would definitely want to stay at the Chesterfield Inn again!

We stayed at the Inn for the weekend with a group of friends. The Inn is very attractive, well furnished and cared for. Our room including the bed was extremely comfortable. Each room is uniquely decorated and pleasant. Management and staff are friendly and available. We had breakfast and dinner there as a group. The food was excellent and so was the service. It was a wonderful place to get together with a group of old friends
