I decided to take my daughter and her two friends for her birthday and I was shocked by the price £44. Apparently we were charged £1 each just for walking in. Then 3 adults were charged just for sitting down. The prices of coffee and food were extortionate. I went online and looked at linconsfield play centre, it would have been half the price. The place was due to shut at 6pm but at 5.30pm they started asking people to leave. The young workers were very friendly, but the older ladies who worked there were very rude and told me off because my child was drinking out of a water bottle not brought from them (even tho, I explained it contained her medicine) they told me she could not drink from the bottle. They then decided to announce over the tannoy that no one is able to drink or eat food not purchased from them. The toilets were out of paper and dirty., I could not get my wheelchair around here as the tables and seating were very close to each other. I used to come here at least twice a month pre COVID, I am shocked at how this place has changed and gone down hill.

An already brilliant venue is now even better. They’ve added lots of great new things to the play area that keep the kids entertained for ages. There are some great football targets on the football pitch, there is a brilliant climbing wall downstairs which my son loved and there is a really fun reaction game right in the middle. By far the favourite place for our kids when it comes to a day out. Food and staff are as brilliant as they have always been as well. Would highly recommend

We came to Thurs 27th Halloween Party. Had a lovely time. Dj uk was great.was disappointed that my son boys didn't get a chance to get a go on the go carts as we was told it was fin8shed but was about 20-30 mins before the end and would have thought there should have been an announcement to say they were closing. My boy was disappointed. We enjoyed everything else made very fun event for all.

This is a charming location for children to frolic around, and it's exceedingly kid-friendly, as you might expect. My son was enamored of it and had an absolute ball. The cafe is lovely, offering decent fare and delightful coffee with options for soya and oat milk, which is particularly pleasing for me. There are plenty of snacks and fruit available for children, as well as scrumptious slushies. Our visit was thoroughly enjoyable, as we caught up with friends and family while our kids had a fantastic time. Loved the soft play. I wholeheartedly endorse this place.👍🏼🤎

My Wife went to Parents Paradise today with family members and was really impressed with the staff there at the session. My Mother in Law loved the Latte made by Ollie. Amy made a fabulous slush puppy and Olivia E was very polite and professional whilst taking our food and beverage order. A fabulous time was had on the Go-Karts and Holly who was working on them was very enthusiastic and encouraging. The girls on reception, Isabel and Charlotte were very welcoming and friendly along with Izzy who was approachable. The food was delicious, we will be back very soon. A fun time was had by all, definitely recommend Parents Paradise to others. The toilets were also very clean.

We had a really good time. We haven’t been before, definitely will go again. Our granddaughter is 3 years old she had a great time especially the centre slide and the electric race cars. The food and drink choices were spot on and competitively price overall a lovely way to spend 2 hours

Overall good experience. However the older boys were not very mindful of the smaller and younger children around. Fortunately no smaller children were hurt, but they could have been. That area would benefit from a staff member being present to oversee activities. Lots of good work going on. Car circuit was overseen very well. Clean and tidy. Good clean facilities and great staff. Well done.

My grandson love this place he is 2 years old. I like that you book online so you know you are getting in, it is very easy to do this. Parents paradise is very clean and tidy and the staff work very hard to make sure it stays that way. The equipment is well maintained and clearly marked about what age child can go in where. Make sure you have £1 coins as there are machines and rides and electric cars to go on. So like my grandson if they are not feeling like playing in the soft play there Is plenty else to do. The cafe has a good choice and not too expensive. The staff are friendly and polite so all in all it is a pleasant visit.

I have 2 girls 5 year old and 3 year old. Both enjoyed a lot. My 6 months old son also had a specific area for under 1s and enjoyed. It’s also not crowded as you have specific time slots. And the most important is that there is enough space to sit close to where your children are playing so you can have a coffee and supervise your children very easily! I loved it and we will be coming back for sure!

Love coming to parents paradise. Not only is the staff always helpful and friendly but whenever I came no matter the time it is always spotless and clean. I love that they clean and sanitize all the toys and equipment inbetween the sessions. We also love to have lunch or dinner there because the food is always fresh and tastes absolutely delicious. It’s also great value. I also love that they don’t allow outside food in for the simple reason that they want to keep the place nut free which is understandable and fair. Makes it more inclusive and safe for kids and parents. The entry price is also extremely reasonable considering you are there for a full 2h! My boy definitely loves it here and we will continue visiting parents paradise. We’re also planning on celebrating his 3rd birthday here. Very much looking forward to it and we can only recommend parents paradise

Fantastic party for our 3 year old! Even with nearly 30 kids (predominantly under 5s!) the party went so smoothly and our daughter had a great time celebrating. My only feedback is that we had a tab open at the cafe and it wasn’t made clear that one card meant one drink, as it was an open cafe we assumed our guests could order anything as long as they showed their card, since we were paying for everything. I would have distributed more cards per parent if I had known. Overall, a brilliant party - will definitely be back again! Thanks very much!
