I have to rate my experience in this salon an absolute 10/10 considering how amazing my hair turned out and also how great the service was. I’ve been trying out lots of colours for my hair, but I had never went with black. I was truly anxious about it’s outcome, especially since my past experiences related to hair salons aren’t exactly the best. So a close friend of mine recommended me this salon. I booked an appointment and I’m not lying when I say that everything turned out just like I imagined it. I have to point out that all the stylists were friendly and the energy was rather enjoyable too. A special thanks goes to Lori, who did an amazing work with my hair. I’m definitely going to be a loyal customer here and I absolutely recommend everyone to trust this team. They definitely know how to work magic with your hair 💞

Amazing cut and blow-dry with Patrick who is so talented and professional. I recommend him completely, especially for those looking for a long hair stylist who they can trust to handle long hair. Patrick took the time to understand my hair goals and he took off only half an inch yet gave me the most stunning blunt, sleek, solid form cut. I've never met a stylist who took as much time and care when handling long hair as Patrick. Zero rushing - he took his time to make sure he was only trimming as much as agreed and he did so immaculately. Patrick also did the most phenomenal blow-dry while respecting my wishes to only use medium heat. The photo taken later at home speaks for itself. My hair was so glossy and I couldn't stop swishing it. Even after styling it myself at home, it's really easy to style. Patrick is a superstar and I'll be returning for sure. Anyone with long hair knows how hard it is to find the perfect stylist who they can trust thankfully I've now found that. Thank you!

Delighted with Irene and the Live True saloon after my experience. I had long brown hair without much of a style for the past years and went for a blonder balayage as advised by my stylish Irene and it just looked amazing!!! I cannot recommend her enough! She’s lovely and listened carefully to what I wanted and was very friendly. Great head massage while having my treatment 😊

I've been a client of Irene now for many years and can confidently say she is exceptional in every way. She is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and her attention to detail sets her apart. I trust her implicitly with my hair, knowing she always has my best interests! In the past, when I was coming in for a blonde balayage, she effortlessly comprehended my vision and created a customised "no yellow" toner that was nothing short of perfection. Recently, I decided to transition back to dark brown, which can be tricky, especially since I wanted to avoid overly warm and red tones. The result was exactly what I had hoped for, and I've received non-stop compliments ever since. I couldn't recommend her enough!

I have been doing my hair with Natalia for more than a year now, and I just can’t recommend her enough. My hair is naturally curly and had an uneven hair color, so getting a color correction was the main aim for me. But what Natalia did to my hair just exceeded all my expectations. I still can’t believe how she literally transformed my hair from damaged to a healthy flawless hair. Had a lovely experience at Vauxhall branch. My appointment supposed to be at Brixton branch but they messed up my appointment very disappointed with staff and the customer service but luckily there’s one person available to do my hair that day. Her name is Ying, lovely lady! She gave advice how to maintain hair properly and she’s very knowledgeable. I will definitely book my treatment again in Vauxhall branch ❤️

I have been to the Vauxhall salon twice now and had Clarissa, she is always very professional, smiley, chatty and attentive. She really listens to what you want and doesn’t rush your consultation. She advises the best products for me to use on my hair that are non-biased and seems to really know her stuff! She has done highlights both times and the way she does them is amazing, they blend so well and look bright but natural. I have had bad experiences with previous hairdressers that have burnt and damaged my hair with bleach, but Clarissa managed to work around this and keep my hair super healthy. Thank you so much!

Javier has been managing my hair for quite some time now and provides excellent service - super friendly, efficient and takes requests well. Always happy with results. I'd definitely recommend booking with him. Historically, I've also had great experiences with Paco, Irene, Lorena and the Salon manager, Tyler. Simona is amazing for nails! Her customer service is fabulous and quality of work is always great. Definitely a salon worth visiting.

Had a fantastic experience today with Olivia - she started the session with finding out about my hair type and current issues, before providing personalised advice about caring for and treating my hair. She then gave me a fab wash and cut, before styling it. The shaping is exactly what I was looking for, and gave me plenty of choice on how i like it. She answered all of my questions about products/my hair and we had a super friendly chat. I came using a gift voucher brought by my family but I will be definitely be back to see Olivia. The rest of the staff I encountered (New Zealand Lady, I did not catch her name sorry!) were also super friendly and helpful). Thank you for a great treat day :)

Amazing experience from reception. Raul has amazing expertise of working with my curly unruly hair. I walked out with the salon feeling like a million dollars. The salon space is open with lots of room and lovely placed interior pieces. From the chandeliers to mirrors. A lot has gone into making this salon a great space. Thanks for the great experience.
