I have purchased over 10 bottles from them and they have all have been quality and great fragrances. Got a bottle of Omayza paris l'amour est divin for $90 and it sells for $250 online. Believe me you will love this product!

I decided to splurge on a bottle and ended up buying two. The woman who helped me was the same employee who helped me at the Aurora location. Things were going great until I checked my bank account. I thought this was a simple mistake since the employee was struggling to operate the card reader. Oh, no. It's how their card reader works. Instead of just charging the amount, the reader has the bank "hold" those funds as well. Once the charge is accepted, the other charge is reversed as a credit. Apparently, this is common at their stores. The offered to print me a copy of the receipt that "proves" this but even when she called the owner, she couldn't do this. Now I have to wait until Tuesday for the funds to show up on app again. ( My bank was kind enough to explain this better than the staff.) Save yourself the hassle and just use cash at this store. This would have been a better review but let's see if my money comes back. Otherwise, best believe I will leave this up. *I have my contact info given to their account department. I serious think they are messing with me. I'm call the BBB.

They are price gauging fragrances that you can get online (and elsewhere in the mall) for a low price and lie to your face. They also have a No Refund policy designed to prevent you from returning an unopened product when you realize this. I never gone out of my way to write a review before. But price gauging is illegal. They attempted to sell me a bottle of L'eau BLU for over a hundred dollars. Which is priced $21 dollars online. When my girlfriend confronted the lady at the counter. She said the reason it's priced so high is because it's actually from the Middle East. Which is a flat out lie. I will never shop here ever again and I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Huge selection. Very helpful staff. There was only one issue. I found the cologne i wanted but it was priced at $59. When I told them I get it cheaper online they offered to lower it. Their price was still more costly. I advised them how much i was used to paying and where i usually got it and they finally offered to match it which i was happy with. The slap in the face was that the original price was DOUBLE what I was used to paying. I get negotiating but this just rubbed me wrong.

I made a huge mistake and I am sorry for it now! I’ve shopped store before and was pleased! However, I moved out of town and when I came to Denver decided to go to Park Meadows Mall to get my favorite fragrance. Sales woman insisted I try a new perfume and exclaimed better than my usual scent that I had requested. Sprayed on paper.. smelled good. Put a small amount on hand, everything ok. I decide to buy I was persuaded . The perfume was KTORET $100. Went home used perfume became nauseous and headache with the smell and intensity of perfume. I called store, asked if they could receive a mail return with receipt and a reversal on my debit card, since I now live over 100 miles away, they said they would consult owner &get back to me. Two weeks later, I follow up and sales woman reports that I only had 15 to return, in addition to “must be person”. Since I lived out of town and 15 days had already passed my purchase was final , out $100 and stuck with a perfume that makes me sick! Moral of the story.. DO NOT LET ANY SALES PERSON MANIPULATE OR SWAY YOU TO PURCHASE ANYTHING OTHER THAN WHAT YOU WANT! TRUST YOURSELF and remember.. these people do NOT have your best interest at heart! They are there to make a sale! GET WHAT YOU WANT NOT WHAT THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL! The sales woman was very nice and I don’t want to send her hate, and I know she was only doing her job, but don’t let sales people sway your better judgment!
